Then, the key technical problems and design difficult point in the research of gauge-changeable train and bogie were analyzed and summarized.

      摘要:The structure and technical characteristics of several typical foreign gauge-changeable bogies were briefly introduced, and the development idea and research method of domestic gauge-changeable bogie for EMUs and freight car were provided. In the application of gauge-changeable bogies, the railway standard system and climate conditions should be considered to adapt to the application environment and requirements of gauge-changeable countries. In order to ensure the achievement and safety of the gaugechangeable bogies for high-speed EMUs, 3 aspects should be considered: inheritance, maturity and innovation, as well as a full line test should be carried out.

      摘要:The AVR6 power board basic function was introduced with in-depth analysis of the performance parameters and sensitive stress, and power board enhancement test project and test frofile were proposed; Through strengthening power board stress test to explore the key parameters stress limit condition, the power supply board stress accelerated degradation test combined scheme and test sample size was proposed and implemented;with the analysis of test data, the power supply board pseudo life and multi stress accelerated degradation model was presented;and by using MLE estimation and covariance matrix, a comprehensive assessment of the reliability and lifetime level of power board was carried out, which provided a basis for improving products reliability and developing maintenance cycle.

      摘要:In order to improve the running speed on 20‰ ramps of CRH2G anti-cold EMUs, shorten the travel time, and also satisfy the higher speed and better vehicles reliability under the environment of high altitude, high temperature, 20‰ ramps of Lanzhou-Urumchi high-speed railway, a traction optimization control strategy of CRH2G by optimizing the VF output characteristics of the motor and improving the harmonic performance of the motor current for the traction power improvement was proposed. Both the ground test results and the line test data showed that the proposed optimization control method was effective.

      摘要:The traditional Ethernet communication technology is analyzed, because of uncertainty of media access and data communication, there are some problems for traditional Ethernet applied in train control network. Reference to the characteristics of TCN MAC protocol, the time division multiplexing channel method based on time-triggered mechanism was introduced to improve the train network scheduling mechanism and ensure Ethernet’s real-time and deterministic communication. Then, the real-time analysis and calculation were carried out, and the simulation model was completed on the OPNET simulation platform. The simulation results demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach.

      摘要:In order to achieve the uniform energy absorption of the vehicle during the collision process of the high-speed EMUs and all vehicles involved in collision energy absorption, to improve the crashworthiness of the vehicle, a new type of broaching anticlimber was designed in view of the actual application of the existing anti-climber, which could be controlled by cutting thickness and cutting stroke. By using the finite element software LS-DYNA, the effect of initial cutting thickness on the whole cutting absorption process was studied. The impact test of the anti-climber was carried out and the cushion stroke of the anti-climber was investigated, and the results were compared with the numerical analysis results. The results showed that when the initial cutting thickness was thin, the chip had a spiral shape, the crimping curvature was small, the initial peak force was low, and the cutting process was more stable. Due to the adjustable cutting stroke and thickness, the interface force could be controlled in a certain range during the collision, which was beneficial to ensure the safety of the body and crew.

      摘要:A new method named intelligent human-machine interaction for train was presented to overcome the deficiencies of traditional hard key and touch screen method. The system solution and basic function of intelligent human-machine interaction was provided, focusing on the key technologies and implementation schemes of noise reduction, speech synthesis, face recognition and fatigue monitoring in locomotive cab environment, which could not only greatly improve the user experience, but also enhance intelligent level of train.

      摘要:In order to suppress the low-order harmonic current caused by the grid harmonic voltage and the DC pulsating voltage in the single-phase PWM rectifier, a control algorithm combining the DC-link voltage notch filter and the proportional resonance control was proposed. The N-order notch filters was placed on the back of the voltage loop, and the notch filter design and discretization method was discussed to achieve the elimination of DC-side pulse voltage interference. Proportional resonant controllers with anti-grid frequency fluctuation and phase angle compensation was adopted in current inner loop. The parameters of the fundamental frequency proportional resonant controller were designed by the root locus method, and the harmonic resonant controller was designed by using the amplitude-frequency characteristic to analyze the control ability of current loop to the AC signal. The correctness and feasibility of the algorithm were validated by simulation.

      摘要:In order to found the reason for the raceway stripping of tapered roller bearing of high-speed EMUs gearbox, physical and chemical testing as well as geometric analysis of failure bearing were carried out, and rolling contact fatigue was determined to be the root reason of damage, which indicated the fact that the lubrication was insufficient during bearing working process. A mechanical model of roller and raceway was established, and the contact deformation was analyzed between roller and raceway. The bearing movement status was simulated and verified with bearing dynamic simulation software developed by SCHAEFFLER company, and the self-rotating effect of roller and the instant contact area between roller and raceway had been simulated, which illuminated that contact damage between tapered roller and raceway was mainly caused by insufficient lubrication.

      摘要:It is necessary to analyze scenarios in which several failures are occurred at the same time for improving signal system security analysis efficiency. Since the existing finite automaton could not solve above problems, a hybrid modeling method for signal system security analysis was designed. In a certain scenario, the finite automaton model was used to analyze the security risk of a certain failure, at the same time, Petri nets modeling method was used for security risks analysis of scenarios in which several failures occurred and were characterized with asynchronism and concurrency. The relevant parameters and performance indexes of specific scenarios were determined by the modeling method, and the signal system security analysis simulator of all modeling scenarios were achieved by using software tools (VC6.0). The system security analysis was carried out orderly and effectively by using the developed simulator for reducing human experience error, improving the efficiency of signal system security analysis, and avoiding the important security risks.

      摘要:The high-speed train gear box thermal network model was established by converting the gearbox components into temperature nodes, and the heat balance temperature was calculated by calculating the thermal power loss and the thermal resistance in the heat transfer process with Matlab. The influence of gear box input speed, viscosity of lubricating oil and thermal conductivity of box material on the thermal balance temperature of gear box key parts were analyzed. The results showed that the thermal balance temperature of the gearbox bearings, gears and lubricating oil of high-speed train increases with the increase of the gearbox input speed and the viscosity of the lubricating oil, while decreases with the increase of the thermal conductivity of the box.

      摘要:Aiming at the phenomenon of abnormal noise about a type of electric locomotive cab, the vibration and noise of related parts were tested. The wheel vibration characteristics, carbody vibration transmission performance, cab structure mode and cavity mode were analyzed, and the possible causes of abnormal noise were obtained, which was pointed out that the low-frequency vibration caused by polygonal misalignment was the main causes for the excessive vibration of cab, the sound and solid coupling vibration between the vibration frequency of the cab panel and cavity mode was the fundamental cause of the abnormal noise of electric locomotive.

      摘要:The characteristics of the anti-yaw damper for high-speed trains in China were studied by means of the test method, including the analysis of dynamic damping and dynamic stiffness parameters. The experimental results showed that the dynamic stiffness of the anti-yaw damper increased with the increase of the frequency value, while the dynamic damping value decreased. At the same time, the adaptability analysis of the high-speed trains, including the stability, the maximum lateral acceleration of the vehicle body and the derailment coefficient, were calculated by using the dynamic simulation software SIMPACK. The simulation results showed that the anti-yaw damper meanwhile ensures the linear stability and the curve through performance, which verified the superiority and necessity of the anti-yaw damper in the practical application of the high-speed trains.

      摘要:Safety requirements of subway signaling system in operating stage were analysed, the potential risks of evaluating and controlling the signal system based on HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Analysis) and ALARP (as Low as Reasonably Practicable) affecting vehicle safety were proposed at the design stage. HAZOP was used to analyze the system risk qualitatively and locate the risk origin which could lead to a fatal failure, while ALARP risk matrix and experience grading were studied to ensure the risk level involved quantitatively. The ATC (on board) sub-system, as a typical example of signaling, the whole process of signaling system risk assessment based on HAZOP and ALARP was expounded in detail,and the relevant measures of risk control were given.

      摘要:To research the distribution of temperature filed and the thermal stress of ULF light rail trains, the three-dimensional finite element model was constructed, and according to apply proper boundary condition to the brake disc , the heat flux generation and the heat dissipation of brake disc were simulated and computed by ABAQUS. The result showed that in the process of brake, the temperature of brake disc rose severely at first and then decreased with time, and increased in the radial direction without steady-state heat transfer. The distribution of thermal stress was related to the temperature field.However,the thermal stress of the brake disk increased after the inner circumference decreased first. The maximal thermal stress appeared in the edge of the brake disc. Therefore, the weak part is its edge for brake disc.

      摘要:The vibration response analysis of metro vehicle converter cabinet was carried out based on FEM software HyperMesh and Virtual.Lab. The vibration acceleration response of converter cabinet lugs was obtained by modal analysis and correction, transfer function calculation and load spectrum identification. The response result was compared with test result, and the connection stiffness of the bracket and cabinet was optimized by using the quadratic programming method. Finally, the vibration response was consistent with test result. This method could provide some reference for the vibration isolation design and optimization of converter cabinet.

      摘要:Aiming at the problem of positioning bearing identification of high-speed railway catenary, using feature matching method in image processing technology to locate the catenary bearing by catenary comprehensive detection vehicle was proposed, and three kinds of characteristic descriptors were used to detect the feature points with constant rotation and constant scale. SURF and ORB were matched with Euclidean distance, and the FREAK descriptor was matched by Hamming distance. Experiments showed that SURF has the best matching effect and the best performance. The method can be used in practice.

      摘要:UAV autonomous inspection plays an important role in high-speed rail inspection. In order to improve the efficiency and scope of UAV work, the obstacle avoidance problem of UAV in the process of autonomous inspection must be solved. The obstacle avoidance algorithm was mainly studied, and an obstacle avoidance scheme based on the combination of IRIS (iterative recombination) and APF (artificial potential field) was proposed. According to the requirements and constraints of UAV autonomous inspection, the IRIS and APF were optimized and effectively combined to achieve the application of IRIS algorithm in the UAV obstacle avoidance, which ensured the accurate direction of the UAV toward the target point. Through the simulation and experimental verification, the proposed IRIS-APF obstacle avoidance scheme not only achieves the goal of avoiding obstacles, but also achieves a higher algorithm speed and accuracy.

      摘要:In order to restrain the influence of electromagnetic interference on module control power supply of APU device in CRH380A EMUs, combining the mechanism of electromagnetic interference and the principle of rectifier and inverter module control power supply circuit in APU device, a new filter design based on module control power conversion circuit of APU device was presented. The experiment showed that the proposed filter has a significant inhibitory effect on EMI caused by normal operation and some special conditions of EMUs (such as VCB on-off, lift and drop the pantograph, pantograph offline, etc.).
