摘要:The technology diagram of key apparatus of urban rail transit full automatic operation system was presented. Some necessary improvements or enhancements for function or performance of the apparatus which included signal system ,rolling stock, ISCS, communication system , platform gate and so on were provided so as to fulfill the requirement of full automatic operation. At last, some problems should be focused on in design of the full automatic operation system were pointed out.

摘要:The development course of the tram was briefly described, the research and development status and technical characteristics of tram of the domestic rail vehicle suppliers were summarized, the functional orientation and adaptation conditions of the tram were analyzed, suggestions were put forward on the development of trams in domestic cities, and thinks that we should construct the trams scientifically and rationally.
摘要:350 km/h CEMU network control system met the standard GB/T 28029.1—2011, and adopted the two-level structure of WTB and MVB, which implemented soft update and data download with Ethernet. By developing the train and vehicle communication protocols, the train logical control, status monitoring and fault diagnosis was achieved and satisfied the interconnection requirement. With the tests, the CEMU was validated with safety and reliabili ty, fulfilling the technical demands.
摘要:Emergency braking ensures that the EMU stops safely in the shortest distance. This paper presented the triggering condition of emergency braking from the standpoint of fail-safe principle, and introduced the realization method of train security loop. Moreover, the factors of emergency braking implementation need to be considered and the method of emergency barking applied were analyzed, and the diagnostic measures of emergency braking were expounded. The validity and reliability of emergency braking were verified by means of the real tests.
摘要:To study the applicability of silicone insulation systems on permanent magnet traction motors, calculation of silicone insulation system life by accelerated aging and its application in permanent magnet traction motor were carried out. The results showed that the silicone insulation system had excellent heat resistance and stability with life not less than 20 000 hours under the condition of 220℃ , which meets the needs of rail permanent magnet traction motor.
摘要:In order to adapt to the characteristics of SiC-MOSFET, such as faster switching speed, lower loss but lower threshold voltage and weaker short-circuit capacity compared to Si-IGBT, the key techniques of SiC-MOSFET driver was analyzed, including drain voltage active clamping, bridge-arm crosstalk suppression, and over-current detection etc, as well as the test aiming at the driver for Mitsubishi SiC-MOSFET module. The results showed that the mirror-current sensing method could give a good protection for SiCMOSFET, and the active clamping could reduce the high voltage surges across the high current turned-off.
摘要:In order to research the effect of the damping hole’s change of anti-hunting damper on the vehicle’s stability, running performance and the curve passage capability, the relation between the damper force and the damping hole’s diameter was calculated by the pressure-flow equation. The change of the anti-hunting damper’s diameter was analyzed by software Matlab and imported into software Adams/Rail. The multi-body dynamic models of high-speed vehicle with different damping characteristic were set up in Adams/ Rail. And the models were calculated under various working conditions. Results were that: In terms of the stability of the vehicle, the nonlinear critical velocity of the high-speed train could increase by the influence of the damping hole’s decline. And in terms of the running performance of the vehicle, the wheel/rail lateral force and the lateral ride comfort index were influenced by the change of the damping hole’s diameter significantly. However it had little affect on the derailment and the unloading of the vehicle on curve track.
摘要:The seven car body of CRH2G high-speed train was chosen to do modal test, and modal parameters of the vehicle was obtained. Based on the same vibration mode, contrast and statistics were used to test data, and the influence of working condition to modal parameter identification was analyzed, which provided basis for the optimization and improvement. Research conclusions showed that working condition such as constant speed, starting, slow down, whole journey and static, would influence the precision of modal parameters, and number and location of test point would have great influences on the recognition of modal orders and vibration directions. According to different research purposes, some suggestions were put forward: number and location of measuring points should be reasonably selected; test may be done during the normal operation of the train; data sample can be collected in constant speed wind with enough energy.
摘要:It is very important for bogie design process to calculate the parameter expression of coupling displacement ability required by a bogie and the affect of each parameter on the required displacement ability, which will make the designer to grasp the design initiative and make the design more efficient. The parameter expression of coupling displacement ability required by a bogie was obtained which was applicable for bogie with motor suspended on frame and gear box suspended by a suspender. For similar bogies, it was simple to obtain the required coupling displacement ability and the curves changing with relevant parameter by entering the values of the parameters to improve the design finally. Firstly, the geometrical model based on the actual structure was proposed, and then equations were obtained by using analytical method and solved gradually with Matlab. At last, the parameter expression of required coupling displacement ability was obtained which was proved right by substitution and Pro/ENGINEER method. For a specific bogie dimension, the curves of required displacement ability changing with relevant parameters were drawn and the results showed that horizontal distance between large gear axis and small gear axis, upper/lower end of suspender and large gear axis have a large effect on the required coupling displacement ability.
摘要:A high precision analog quantity input and output module for train control on-board equipment was elaborated, which was mainly composed of analog quantity input circuit, analog quantity output circuit, fault free output circuit, processing system and communication sub-module. The design principle and implementation of the analog quantity input and output module were expounded. The test results showed that the module has good performance and high sampling accuracy, which could well meet the design requirements of analog signal acquisition and output for train control on-board equipment.
摘要:In order to solve the online real-time monitoring problems on railway locomotive driver operation state, face image tracking and human pupil biological image recognition technology was applied, and vehicle intelligent detection device, data transmission system and ground on line analysis system was designed. Through the system software coordinated control, the locomotive driver operation state intelligent early warning system was constructed, which realized automation on the all-weather online real-time tracking monitoring, early warning, analysis and intervention.

摘要:The architectures (including two out of three architecture and double 2-vote-2 architecture) of three types of generic vital computer which used in railway traffic signaling system at present were introduced, and the requirements of the internal time synchronization of vital computer were analyzed. Based above, two models of internal time synchronization were built and corresponding solutions were raised, which were verified by the internal synchronization of vital computer with two out of three architecture and double 2-vote 2 architecture. The result demonstrated that the two kinds of solutions could make the accuracy of internal synchronization in vital computer less than 2 milliseconds, which met the needs of most railway traffic applications.

摘要:Based on 8 times wheel profile measurement and wear tracking test of a CRH1 EMUs, and analysis of the main parameters such as flange thickness and equivalent taper, the thin wheel treads of the LMD series were designed. With dynamic software UM, the dynamic model of CRH1 EMUs was estabshed, the original tread and LMD thin wheel flange tread were compared on the following aspects: vehicle critical speed, the lateral stability of the frame, the stability of the vehicle body, the performance of small curve and turnout etc. The result showed that the economy of LMD thin wheel flange tread has a great improvement, and the dynamic indexes satisfy the operational requirements.
摘要:Based on the dynamic test data, the vibration level and vibration transmission of the components of the bogie with wheel polygonization were analyzed. The typical frequency characteristics of the vibration of the bogie caused by wheel polygonization were provided, and the influence of polygon wear on adjacent wheelset was analyzed. Based on the Timoshenko theory and the transfer matrix method, the vibration equation of the rails in the range of two wheelsets was deduced and the modal vibration characteristics were analyzed. The influence of the boundary conditions and temperature on the mode of the rail was discussed. The source of wheel polygonization frequency was analyed. And based on the parameter of Wuhan-Guangzhou and Haerbin-Dalian high-speed railway, the third-order vertical bending frequency of the rail coincided with the wheel polygonization frequency, which provided basis for the mechanism study of wheel polygonization.
摘要:Based on the friction power method, the calculation method of the heat load of the axle mounted disc and the determination of the boundary conditions were studied with axle mounted disk for brake system of CRH2 EMUs. According to the energy conservation method, the heat flux density applied to the surface of the brake disc was simplified and the relationship between the average forced convective heat transfer coefficient and the average natural convective heat transfer coefficient was determined. With ANSYS software, the temperature field distribution and the stress field size of the brake disc of the CRH2 EMUs were simulated. The results showed that: the surface temperature of the train brake disc rised rapidly at the moment of braking, and decreases slowly when the peak value reaches Tmax after t=20 s; After the start of the brake, the thermal stress of the plate increased abruptly, reaching the maximum value of σmax=238 MPa at t=9.6 s, and then gradually declined; The maximum stress value of σmax was much smaller than the maximum allowable stress of the material at room temperature σb=785 MPa, in line with CRH2 EMUs shaft material and structural conditions of use conditions and brake friction requirements and brake system technical requirements. The thermal stress curve and the temperature field distribution curve before and after the peak had a step difference but the same basic trend, which was rising to a maximum rapidly at first and then slowing down.

摘要:CBTC integration modes of the CI compatible and the CI upgraded were introduced, and implementation of ZC main functions in the integration modes was analyzed. According to CBTC interoperability trend, conclusion was made that implementation of ZC function in the CI compatible integration mode was more adapt to CBTC development, which would provide reference for ZC research, development and update.
摘要:The periodic polling table introduced by the international standard IEC 61375 has some drawbacks, such as uneven distribution of periodic message and large difference between the utilizations of MVB bandwidth. After analyzing the rules and constraints of setting the periodic polling table, periodic polling table was built based on chaos-genetic algorithm with the evenness degree as objective function. Finally, the simulation results proved that the chaos-genetic algorithm performs better than the step fill method in the IEC 61375.

摘要:When grinding car is in the process of work, the grinding motor adjusts its grinding angle by deflection hydraulic cylinder, and severe vibration will appear when the cylinder is working. In order to study the vibration characteristics, firstly, the working principle of the hydraulic system of the grinding motor was analyzed, then the mathematical model of the force of the hydraulic system was established and the AMESim hydraulic simulation software was used for simulation. Results showed that, when there was hydraulic-lock, the hydraulic cylinder speed was stably when the cradle deflection angle was within 20 degrees; when the deflection angle was greater than 20 degrees, the cradle started vibrate, the amplitude and frequency was greater with the increase of deflection angle. In order to solve this problem, a method for adding throttle valve or overflow valve was proposed.
摘要:The existing 2 kinds of power supply voltage require different motor designs. A DC 750 V metro traction PMSM was taken as example to introduce the key technology, main parameter and structure, and validation. The simulation and test verified that the motor has excellent performance and satisfied the operation requirement.

摘要:In order to study the crashworthiness and occupant-protecting ability of tram car under side impact accident, a 5-module 100% low-floor tram car with dummy and a 6120 bus FEM models were established. By designing the impact scenario that a low-floor tram car parking on the rail impacted perpendicularly on the side faces of floating module by a bus with the velocity of 30 km/h and simulating the whole process of crash in LS-DYNA. It was shown that deformation was generated and occupant on the impacted side was pushed off the chair in designed scenario due to the impact force, which also caused the whiplash injury of occupant without neck protection. Designing guard bar in sidewall, separate seat from sidewall and install headrest and seatbelt will improve the crashworthiness of tram car and decrease injury criterion and provide occupants a safer ride environment.

摘要:In order to reduce the noise of auxiliary converter in metro vehicle, noise characteristics of the auxiliary converter were obtained through the vibration and noise test in different working conditions. Based above, the noise transfer path analysis, optimization of duct structure, and duct muffler treatment were carried out. With the results, it was shown that noise of the fan at full load and high speed was the highest, and the noise in idle condition and low speed was smaller. The noise below 1 250 Hz was mainly the aerodynamic noise of the fan. In the range of 1 250 Hz~10 kHz, mechanical noise and electromagnetic noise contributed the most. Many main peak frequencies of vibrations were basically consistent with those of the noise, correlation between vibration and noise was significant. At high-speed and full load, the noise values of the measured points in the fan reduced 8.6~12.2 dB (A) after optimization, which indicated that the noise reduction effect was significant.
摘要:Three kinds of imported and domestic sinter brake pads which had been used a lot were tested in contrast, and the average measured friction coefficient was analytical investigated. It was found that brake pressure, initial brake speed and temperature had influence on the friction coefficient of the brake pad. According to the research results, the stability of friction coefficient at low pressure, low speed and high temperature could be evaluated when the quality of brake pads need to be evaluated. Pad A was selected to be mounted at cars, and after the in-service test of 600,000 km, it didn’t appear any hot spots, scratches, thermal cracks and other bad phenomena on the brake disc friction surfaces, and the brake pad was in good condition without block dropping anomalies, which proved that the brake pads could meet the requirements of the 250 km/h EMU. The research results can provide a reference for the revision of the brake pad standards.
摘要:At present, the existing railway train solid axle inspection technologies have some disadvantages such as low inspection efficiency, limited ultrasonic coverage and missing detection. For these disadvantages, a method for solid axle inspection based on axle end coupling by advanced and mature phased array ultrasonic technology was introduced. The method had some advantages such as better coverage, high inspection efficiency, strong inspection ability and stable inspection effect, which could replace the existing manual inspection process for solid axle.

摘要:The serial debug interface working principle of network control platform software was described and automatic test design method with LabVIEW program on network control platform software was provided. By this program, testing commands were executed automatically, testing data would be collected and saved automatically, and testing results could be analyzed automatically. Part of the deficiencies on performance testing was made up, and the efficiency of the test was improved effectively.

摘要:According to the problem of large volume, poor operability and portability, requiring vehicle power supply of the LTE-R specific testing instrument, a portable LTE-R testing equipment using software radio technology was designed, which realized RF signal pre-processing, data acquisition, transmission, storage and display with the mixer circuit, RF switch circuit, high-speed ADC sampling circuit and ARM control and display system. Combining software radio technology and embedded system technology, the portable LTE-R testing equipment finally achieved the effect of the size of the portable tablet computer with operability and good portability. The LTE-R coverage testing analysis and SINR testing analysis of Shuo-Huang line showed that the portable LTE-R testing equipment met the demand of actual measurement, and the efficiency in the field of construction measurement could be effectively improved.
