      摘要:The rapid development of rail vehicle equipment manufacturing industry has become an important engine for the development of the world economy in the future. According to global high speed railway development and high speed trains technical characteristics, analysis and research were carried out, including of development status and plan of world high speed railways and trains, especially the development characteristics of next generation high speed trains in Europe and Japan. At the same time, the technical characteristics and technical objectives of China’s next generation high speed trains were introduced, including the design idea, and key technology of car body, bogie, traction drive and brake, intelligent features and safety, and suggestive technical indicators of China’s next generation high speed trains were put forward, as well as the key technology development direction and intelligent target of bogie, car body, and traction drive system. The conclusion showed that the technology development and competition of the next generation high speed railways are still fierce at home and abroad, the advanced technologies of the next generation high speed railways have become the major hot spots and important research direction at present,which is urgent and necessary.

      摘要:Electrical connector is a key interface element for the converter system to run well. To improve the contact reliability of the electrical connectors, structural mechanics analysis and mating process simulation for common spring contact were implemented. The contact force and the stress distribution of female cylindrical contact in the heavy load connector were obtained. Three essential tests were carried out on four kinds of contacts with different structures and metal finishes to figure out the quantitative differences in their contact performance. The results of contact force were compared from numerical simulation, theoretical calculation and experimental test, which verified the feasibility of the simulation method. The vibration reliability of European connectors manufactured by distinct companies was discussed by experiment, and the weak direction of the symmetrical spring contact under vibration was pointed out.

      摘要:Acceleration signal plays an important role in motion control systems. One of the main ways to obtain the acceleration is to calculate or estimate it from measured velocity. It deduced a mathematical model describing the relationship among velocity increments, true acceleration and noises based on the relationship between the signal and noise in the measurement speed. Regarding the true acceleration as an unknown parameter of the model, it proposed to estimate the acceleration by using the extended recursive least square method. Finally, it verified the effectiveness of the acceleration estimation method by simulation.

      摘要:In order to solve the problems of excessive power and low power quality in traction power supply system (TPSS) of electrified railway, a new TPSS was introduced. Modular multilevel converter (MMC) was used to construct a DC grid between the grid and the contact network, which would generate interphase circulation because of the voltage difference between MMC bridge arms, affecting the system operation. From the viewpoint of energy control, this paper proposed a passive suppression strategy. The EL model of interphase circulation was established in dq coordinate system. The passivity of circulation was proved by passive control theory. The appropriate passivity control law was selected to make the system energy actual value converge quickly to the expected value by using the method of injecting damping. Three phase single-phase traction power supply system model was built on the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation platform. The results showed that energy was controlled by changing the number of sub modules in the input state, the sum of the upper and lower arm voltages approached the DC voltage to achieve the purpose of suppressing circulation.

      摘要:An improved sliding mode speed controller was presented for flux-weakening control of permanent magnet synchronous machine (PMSM) based on single current regulation algorithm, to improve the controllability of the speed of the single current regulator. The integral sliding surface was designed, which results in the elimination of chattering and the declination of the speed error and the robustness to parameter disturbance and load variation in the flux-weakening area. Based on the d-q current cross-decoupling effect, the proposed control combined single-current regulator algorithm and sliding mode control. The scheme was verified by computer simulation using PLECS software analysis.

      摘要:The operation of heavy haul train was based on dynamics modeling and traction simulation calculation. According to the limitation of traditional research, a mathematical simulation model of longitudinal force of heavy haul train based on cycle variable was established. The model had been verified by the simulation though a train marshalling of 2Loco+14Car, 9 units. The results of the coupler force curves and its distribution along the whole train in different running conditions were provided, which verified that a train marshalling of 2Loco+14Car, 9 units could meet the safe operation requirement

      摘要:JZ-8 type brake control system was introduced, including the project origin, system structure, main functions, working principle, braking mode, system software, test verification, and loading application. The important components of the brake control system were described in detail, such as the functions of the brake controller, the action of the brake screen, the modular features of the brake control cabinet, and the function principle, function and architecture of the BCU module of the core control unit. The system software architecture was described in detail according to the function module. The laboratory test and test curve of the system, on-line loading test and so on was introduced too, which proved the braking system could meet the requirements of the brake performance for AC drive locomotive.

      摘要:Aiming at the problems of tapered roller bearings applied in high-speed EMUs in our country, such as bearing grease leakage, abnormal temperature rise, and stripping, using forward design concept, combined the technical characteristics of cylindrical roller bearings of radial load capacity, high speed limit, strong maintaining lubrication capacity, the cylindrical roller bearings were developed for high-speed EMUs operation. Through the bench test, line test and batch applications, the proposed cylindrical roller bearings were validated to meet the application requirements of high-speed EMUs.

      摘要:According to theoretically equivalent principle, the space vector pulse width modulation technique was equivalent to zero sequence component injected sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM). Zero vector assignment factor K0 was introduced in SPWM, and with K0 contributing zero-vector U0 and U7 action time, special zero-vector PWM modulation methods could be obtained. According to the advantages and disadvantages on the control of the mentioned modulation methods, a combination of random zero-vector distribution PWM (RZDPWM) modulation method was proposed. The zero vector of the method was converted from a specific pattern to a random pattern followed by a real-time change with K0. With modulation m, the modulation wave was process in segmentations, which could effectively reduce the power device switching losses, the total harmonic distortion and the system electromagnetic interference. Finally, with MATLAB simulation, the proposed method’s advantages were validated.

      摘要:Pantograph-catenary dynamics performance determined the current receiving quality. The pantograph-catenary dynamics model was built according to CED160D pantograph and simple chain contacting catenary with ADAMS. The operating state of the train was used as the excitation load to the model, and the contact force of the pantograph catenary, contact wire dynamic lifting, pantograph amplitude, contact loss rate and other important current receiving parameters were calculated, which provided an easy and practical method for the study of the pantograph-catenary interaction and evaluation of current receiving quality.

      摘要:The reliability of railway signal relay will greatly affect the stability and reliability of the communication system. By using the railway signal relay as the sample, the high speed-data acquisition of the relay contact voltage, coil current and coil voltage was completed.In order to remove the noise interference,the collected data were analyzed by frequency spectrum and filter filtering. Based on the principle of electromagnetic mechanism of electromagnetic relay, the mechanism of the second time close was analyzed, and the calculation method of close time t6 was studied, then the time parameters of relay were obtained. In addition, the relationship between time parameters and relay reliability was described. The accuracy of the test system was proved meet the design requirement by compared with the measured data.

      摘要:Gantry crane is a key component of overhaul train. The main structure, working principle and technical parameters of overhaul train gantry crane were introduced. Static strength analysis and modal analysis with the finite element assembly technique showed that gantry crane steel structure met the requirements of strength and rigidity. The strength characteristics of overhaul train gantry crane was grasped, which provided a reference for the design and calculation of similar gantry crane.

      摘要:The slewing bearing is the key part of articulated bogie. In order to realize the function of connecting, carrying and turning, three-ring structure slewing bearing was designed. The slewing bearing structure was analyzed, the load safety factor of the slewing bearing was calculated. The design rationality was verified by bearing checking and partial load experiment, which showed that the slewing bearing could meet the working requirements.

      摘要:In charging control system of trolley bus, the output performance of the control system would be unstable caused by external turbulent, which results in the noise amplified. To enhance the robust and adaptive of control system, a new no-linear control method was proposed based on tracking differentiator to improve the charging control performance of ultra-capacitor trolley bus and optimize the curve of the output current and voltage of the system. Aiming at the problem of control parameter variety, a Ziegler-Nichols method was used to adjust the parameter. Simulation and test results completely proved that the proposed method was effective, which improved performance of the control system apparently, solved the contradiction between rapidity and overshoot, and realized quick and smooth charging for the super-capacitor energy storage trolley bus.

      摘要:The loads for bolster fatigue strength analysis were determined based on the load bearing characteristic. The structural stress distribution under each load case was obtained and the stress component to the weld coordinate system were calculated. According to the standard DVS 1612, the bolster fatigue strength was estimated on the basis of the degree of utilization for each stress component and the composition value. The results showed that the stress transverse to the weld has a major effect on the bolster fatigue strength and there is slight influence of the other stress component on it. Structure strength test verified the effectiveness of the antifatigue technology.

      摘要:The grounding technology solution is very important for the EMUs, which affects the reliability of the EMUs. According to demand of the rational design of the grounding technology solution for an intercity EMUs, the technology of simulation calculating was used to optimize the grounding technology for the intercity EMUs. After dynamic testing with the prototype train, the feasibility and rationality of the optimized grounding technology solution was proved, which could be referenced for other new type EMUs.

      摘要:Based on two kinds of operating conditions: constant speed motion and constant force start motion, the relationship between the coupler force and the traction force was analyzed by establishing a multi-particle urban rail transit simulation model in the background of the Shenzhen metro line1 in order to optimize the coupling force between the trains. According to the simulation results of the coupler force, the standard of the evaluation of the coupler force was proposed and the reasonable control strategy of the train was obtained. In the meantime, two models of parallel experiments, rational traction force grouping and mathematical statistics were used to draw the experimental conclusion. Therefore, the validity of the simulation experiment was verified relying on train calculation and comparison of simulation results. Experimental results showed that under the precondition of satisfy the standard of metro vehicle running, starting and accelerating the train in the constant force and constant speed operation, the optimal control strategy was not train traction evenly distributed control strategy. Meanwhile, the train optimal control mode could be obtained.

      摘要:The intelligent test design was introduced from principle, communication mode and program structure, which could automatically analyze the test outline, generate the operation logic of the test equipment, process the original data and generate the report. The advantages of the design were verified by the torque characteristic test and the traction power supply voltage interruption test, which were the typical test of IEC 61377-3:2002.The design improved the intelligence level of the test.

      摘要:In order to timely and accurately grasp the data of operation condition, construction quality, traffic safety, vehicle location, equipment failure data of operation site large maintenance machinery, and realize the rapid diagnosis and process of alarm fault occurred in the field, it was urgent to develop a set of large-scale maintenance machinery state monitoring and fault diagnosis system to meet the needs of users. With installing a monitoring and diagnosis device based on the vehicle electric control system, all kinds of information collected at the scene after the corresponding treatment was sent to the ground terminal processing system by 4G wireless module, which realized vehicle on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis. The system has been successfully applied in a variety of the large maintenance machinery, and achieved good application effect.
