      摘要:To improve the reliability of electronics products and save the products life evaluation costs, life evaluation based on simulation was proposed. TRC communication board was taken as the study object and introduced from basic function principle, performance parameters and single board stress, and the process of life simulation test was put forward through SolidWorks, Flotherm, Calce PWA software modeling and stress analysis, and then the reliability was evaluated. At the same time, the lifetime of the communication board was evaluated and the evaluation of the life simulation was verified. Read life test evaluation value and simulation value was close which provided a new thinking for the life prediction.

      摘要:With analysis of a certain type PCB field failure, it was found that pins of the relay broke because of the CL element corrosion. To verify the above conclusion and choose the better material, the accelerated corrosion test profile was designed. After six cycles, the failure mode was reappeared successfully, which could provide references for the following work such as material selection and design optimization.

      摘要:Along with the operation of more passenger dedicated lines, the service environment of domestic high-speed trains becomes more complex, which brings new challenge to the safe and reliable operation of China high-speed trains. For researching the service performance of high-speed trains under the complex service environment, long service performance tracking of CRH3 series EMUs was carried in Wuhan-Guangzhou, Beijing-Guangzhou and Beijing-Shanghai passenger dedicated lines. A great lot of test data about service environment, service condition and service performance was obtained under operating condition of CRH3 series EMUs, and coupling analysis of test data was carried, by which, service performance variation rules of high-speed trains with service environment and service condition were obtained. This study made academic basis and guidance to the R&D and maintenance of high-speed trains.

      摘要:A certain heavy locomotive dynamic model of the locomotive was established with multi-rigid-body dynamics software SIMPACK. By using AAR5, AAR4 and AAR3 track irregularities as the initial turbulence, the serpentine critical velocity of locomotive was obtained by the initial motivation method. Then, based on the Australian standard and UIC 518 standards, safety operation speed of the locomotive under different track irregularity was obtained. The results showed that: The lateral stability of the locomotive could meet the requirements of safe operation; with track irregularity increasing, safety operation speed would decrease, and the lateral stability of locomotive would be worse. According to different line conditions, different simulation methods in lateral stability simulation analysis should be adopted.

      摘要:After CRH5A EMUs brake discs were repeatedly mounted on wheelsets by pressed-on fitting, the inner hole diameter of the hub would usually be out of the limits of tolerance, so it was difficult for the interference to meet the existing maintenance technical specifications. As a result, a lot of discs which the inner hole diameters of the hub were out of the limits of tolerance were scrapped and the EMUs maintenance cost increases. In order to reduce the maintenance cost of EMUs, the minimum interference of the hub and axle was determined to 0.208 mm by calculation and tests, and calculated value of fitting-on force was 230~345 kN, which satisfied the requirement of new brake disc fitting-on force of 225~400 kN; Eight hubs which the inner hole diameters were out of the limits of tolerance and interference of 0.208 mm were mounted on wheelsets by pressed-on fitting and tested by counter-pressure, and the results showed that the actual measured fitting-on force was greater than 225 kN and conformed to calculated values, and the discs didn’t incure any displacement on the axle in the counter-pressure tests, which indicated that the brake disc pressure was qualified. This showed that the minimum interference 0.208 mm recommended in this article was reasonable and could be used to revise existing maintenance technical specifications.

      摘要:Because of the shortcoming of dual-loop control based on coordinate transformation method for single-phase fourquadrant rectifier, the mathematical model on rotational coordinates was proposed. The improved algorithm based on current state feedback and predictive current control was proposed and implemented. The control method could not only control the active and the reactive of the line current exactly, but also had good dynamic response. Simulation software was used to build the system model and calculation methods, and the mentioned two control methods were compared and verified. The simulation results showed that the improved control methods could ensure stable operation of single-phase four-quadrant rectifier, with better dynamic performance.

      摘要:Focusing on the friction-type coupler rotation behavior under compressive forces, the relationship between the longitudinal distance of secondary lateral stoppers of heavy haul locomotives and the coupler rotation angle was analyzed. A train dynamic model, including two sets of eight–axle heavy haul locomotives, a dummy freight vehicle and four friction-type coupler and draft gear systems with hysteretic characteristics, was built to study the effect of the longitudinal distance of secondary lateral stoppers on the coupler compressive stability capacity and the running safety of trains under braking condition. Numerical results indicated that the longitudinal distance of secondary lateral stoppers had an important influence on the coupler compressive stability capacity and the running safety of trains. Under 500 kN coupler compressive forces, the maximum coupler rotation angle and carbody lateral displacement were respectively 10° and 60 mm, and the train safety index exceeded the safety limit value when the longitudinal distance of secondary lateral stoppers was set to 10 m. When the longitudinal distance of secondary lateral stoppers was increased to 14 m, the maximum coupler rotation angle and carbody lateral displacement were reduced by 70% and 67%, respectively. The train safety index was much smaller than the safety limit value. During the design stage of heavy haul locomotives, the longitudinal distance of secondary lateral stoppers should be appropriately increased in order to improve the running safety of trains under braking condition.

      摘要:The influence of different anti-yaw dampers on primary and secondary hunting of CRH3 EMUs was studied. The results showed that T60 anti-yaw damper could restrain carbody primary hunting effectively, but could not restrain bogie secondary hunting. On the contrary, T70 anti-yaw damper could improve bogie secondary hunting immensely, but could not restrain carbody primary hunting. This research result showed that the perfect anti-yaw damper should show smaller stiffness and damping characteristic in low-frequency condition, and bigger stiffness and damping characteristic in high-frequency condition, which would ensure that CRH3 EMUs could adapt to different railway lines, satisfy wheel/rail matching requirement of different worn profile tread and avoid bogie instability alarm or carbody hunting.

      摘要:According to the standard of metro vehicles guage, by using the calculation method of the standard, a certain catenary and track inspection vehicle gauge was calculated and analyzed with Matlab programming and vehicle gauge could be judged even without drawing a gauges chart. Compared with the method which combined analytic method and CAD drawing, the reliability of vehicle gauge calculated by Matlab programming was verified, which provided a new choice and reference for the vehicle gauge’s calculation and verification in the future.

      摘要:Power circuit of DC 600 V power supply device of centralized power EMUs was described, and the basic work principle of single polar SPWM rectifier was summarized with its technical parameters. In order to meet the special requirement of on-load startup of DC 600 V power supply device, an improved power circuit topology was proposed and the technical proposal was simulated which adopted series IGBT with soft switching technology. The DC 600 V power supply system had been proved in engineering application.

      摘要:The field test and simulation analysis were accomplished to analyze the impact of oil temperature on inherent dynamic performance of yaw damper and vehicle stability and temperature characteristic of yaw damper. The test results showed that the absorbed energy by yaw damper, the dynamic damping and stiffness of damper increased with the temperature decreasing in the proper range of oil temperature, while decreased with the temperature decreasing when it exceeded the proper range of oil temperature; The temperature and dynamic feature had no obvious change and yaw damper could not recover normal state within two hours as yaw damper’s oil temperature was not at the range of normal working temperature. The simulation results also showed that the critical hunting speed increased with the temperature decreasing in the proper range of oil temperature, while decreased with the temperature decreasing when it exceeded the proper range of oil temperature.

      摘要:The thermal simulation of roof equipment for EMUs pantograph video monitoring system was studied by using Icepak software. The effect of grid number on simulation result and the effect of radiation heat transfer on device temperature were analyzed, and the temperature distributions of devices under different conditions were obtained. The results showed that the thermal design of roof equipment could meet the use requirement of harsh conditions such as the ambient temperature of 45 ℃ and the train stop condition.

      摘要:Aiming at the drawbacks of YZ-1 pneumatic braking system and YZ-2 electro-pneumatic braking system applied in superlong- heavy maintenance equipment, a novel YZ-D electro-pneumatic braking system was designed. Components, structure and work principle of the system were introduced emphatically. The test result validated that YZ-D electro-pneumatic braking system more suited super-long-heavy maintenance equipment application.

      摘要:Wheel-slide-protection control is one of the core technologies for the high-speed EMUs brake system. The effective and reliable wheel-slide-protection strategy can not only avoid the wheel tread flat, and protect the safety of the vehicle equipments, but also can take advantage of adhension force between wheel and rail to guarantee braking distance. The basic mechanism of EMUs was introduced from the relationship between the brake force and adhension force, and combining the standard of UIC 541-05, the wheelslide- protection strategy of the latest EMUs in China was presented, including the wheel-slide detection method, anti-skid method, fault detection and safety-oriented, detection of non-rotating axles, and the method of adhesion increase. Finally, the validity and reliability of WSP brake control system was verified by means of the real tests.

      摘要:Combined with simulation technology and characteristics of the EMUs back-to-back test bench, a test method of simulation line operation for EMUs traction system was put forward, in which the actual line operation data was input to simulation software, then the train running time and speed data and other data were obtained by the simulation software and input to the test system to simulate the line operation. This method provided a chance for testing the EMUs traction system on the ground, making the traction system problems discovered as soon as possible, which was much more reliable and comprehensive for verifying the performance of the traction system, and provided a reference for the traction system design.

      摘要:Traditional diesel engine test platform produced a large energy loss with low testing accuracy and poor automation and intelligent of control system. In order to overcome the above shortages, the energy recovery test platform based on energy storage technology was developed. The system design of energy recovery test platform was described, and energy storage capacity setting and design system topology were analyzed, detail in multi-function mode and the design of intelligence control system. According to experiment data, the reliability and efficiency of energy recovery system was proved. At last, the prospects and advantages of combining energy storage technology with traditional industrial technology upgrading were summarized.

      摘要:The method of graphical programing software was described, including the design, implementation, data recording and results analysis, which could automatically analyze the test data and form the test results with repeated execution. Compared with the manual test method, it was proved that the automatic test not only could effectively detect the errors in the software, but also could reduce a lot of testing time, improve test efficiency, reduce the cost of human and hardware resources, and save test costing.

      摘要:A Generalized dynamic modeling method was proposed for pantograph-catenary system based on least squares support machine (LSSVM), and the pantograph-catenary model identification and simulation were carried out. Firstly, the ARX Hammerstein pantograph-catenary model was built after analyzing linear and nonlinear partial section of the discrete pantograph-catenary system dynamic model. Secondly the model parameters were identified based on the method of LSSVM. Finally, the pantograph-catenary contact force was modeled and predicted by the actual testing data. The simulation results showed that LSSVM-ARX Hammerstein pantographcatenary model could effectively approximate the dynamic behavior of the contact force in pantograph-catenary system with higher prediction accuracy. The proposed method was effective in train pantograph-catenary system generalized dynamic modeling.

      摘要:As to the power supply main loop in the medium-low speed maglev system which employ the third trail, a mathematical model of resistance capacitance (R-C) ground network was built, and ground current characteristics were analyzed from its bode diagram and measured spectral data. The theoretical and experimental results showed that the accumulation and discharge of vehicle body potential had dynamic balance characteristic, by further optimizing the R-C parameters as well as separating the suspension modulars from the vehicle body, a rapid current diversion channel was formed to improve the system grounding performance.

      摘要:Magic formula tire model can describe the tire characteristic accurately. In order to get Magic formula tire model of the running tire, the paper used the combination method of Tire Data Fitting Tool module and genetic algorithm to identify the magic formula parameters. Firstly, rough parameters were identified by using Tire Data Fitting Tool module. Then accurate parameters were identified by using genetic algorithm. Tire force based on the Magic formula tire model had a good correlation with the simulation data. The research provided an effective tire model for the dynamics analysis of straddle-type monorail vehicle.

      摘要:According to the characteristics of the traction system design of Wenzhou urban EMUs, a control method of wheel diameter automatic inspection for EMUs power axles was proposed. The experimental results showed that the method could accurately inspect the wheel diameter of EMUs power axles with inspection accuracy up to ±0.5 mm. When the traction system inspected that the wheels diameter difference was too large, the power of motor or traction converter pulse would be limit, which ensured the safe and reliable operation of EMUs.

      摘要:A ZC simulator using the agile development model for functional testing of computer interlocking system was introduced from the functional requirements, design architecture, implementation method and application situation. The test results showed that using simulator could make the interlocking function test more comprehensive, convenient and intuitive, which improved the testing efficiency. The method also provided a reference for the development of CBTC signal system subsystem software application test simulator.

      摘要:According to the practical application of metro vehicles, the temperature properties of brake resistor in the outlet of B type vehicles were analyzed. Though the tests and numerical calculations, the temperature variation and temperature distribution characteristics of the brake resistor in the outlet during working were obtained, and its influence on the equipment safety below the metro vehicles board was analyzed. It was obtained that the equipment should tolerate 130℃ temperature at the range of 0.8~1 m of brake resistor outlet, which would provide the reference for the setup of the equipment.
