摘要:In order to implement new standards in the area of electric equipment for rolling stack of railway application, differences between international standard IEC 60077-1: 2017 with IEC 60077-1:1999 were analyzed from the aspects of the standard scope, structure and technical contents, focusing on the technical differences of the nominal voltage, temperature limits and dielectric properties, and revision suggestions for GB/T 21413.1—2008 were also provided, which provided reference for better understanding and using this international standard.

摘要:Focusing on the dispersion of the circuit key characteristics, a dispersion analysis method based on the techniques like sensitivity analysis, worst case analysis and yield analysis was proposed. The proposed method was applied on a control circuit. The effectiveness and applicability of proposed method was verified, and it could provide a case study for the following work of the product.
摘要:As one of the core technologies on the high-speed train, the train communication network can realize real-time control and information transmission, so the reliability of train communication network has been brought into focus. Considering topology, reliability of equipment, availability and usability of train communication network, an objective and reasonable reliability evaluation system was established. Analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weights and membership function of each index, then fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate reliability of train communication network. The example showed that this method could evaluate reliability of train communication network.

摘要:Currently rail transit has no reliability qualification test standards yet. To verify whether the MTBF of LKJ meet the requirements, with the main working environment analysis of LKJ, comprehensive environmental conditions of six kinds of stress which consisted of temperature, humidity, vibration, shock, changes in voltage, surges and electrical fast burst were designed, and against the specific test conditions, the censored time trial statistics program was determined using. By experiment, MTBF point estimation value was obtained by 8 558 h, and 60% confidence interval estimate of the value was (2 858 h, 38 351 h).

摘要:In order to solve the fault diagnosis not accurate problem in traction system grounding protection test, research and analysis were carried out for system and components, which pointed out that the reason was the improper selection of IGBT driving device in traction power unit. By adjusting the parameters of capacitance and resistance of short circuit protection circuit of IGBT drive plate, the problems were solved. Through the research and analysis of the system and the optimization design of the IGBT drive circuit, the fault could be located accurately, which was helpful for the maintenance of the traction system of the EMUs.

摘要:A kind of TCMS display was designed and optimized to a certain overseas market project based on the research of vision, hearing and human habits and other fields in ergonomics. The design of the TCMS display interface was optimized on its button layout, display colors and fonts for improving the visibility, which could make the driver read the train running status quickly and precisely and perform the corresponding operation effectively, and then, the safety and reliability of TCMS and even the train could be enhanced. It was proved that the application of ergonomics in the design works of TCMS could greatly improve the visibility and functionality of the whole system.

摘要:In order to study the effect of wheel harmonic wear on train operation safety, the simulation model of train-track-subgrade coupling system which considered rail and track plate vibration was established. According to the harmonic order of the first-order, sixthorder and eleventh-order in the wave depth of 0.1 mm and 0.3 mm, the wheel-load reduction rate, derailment coefficient and wheel/ rail lateral force were researched and analyzed based on relevant railway standard. The results showed that the maximum derailment coefficient was in the range of safety limit under the different forms of the harmonic wear wheel, and the derailment phenomenon would not occur; But the maximum wheel-load reduction rate exceeded the safety limit of 0.8, and the maximum wheel/rail lateral force was close to the national standard limit value, which had security risks. This study was helpful to evaluate the influence of wheel harmonic wear on the safety of high-speed vehicle, and provided the theoretical basis for vehicle operation safety.
摘要:The FE model of the carbody was established with Hypermesh based on the structure characteristics of locomotive; the load case design was carried out according to the EN 12663-2010, UIC 566 and JIS E 7106 2006; and the static and fatigue strength analysis and modal analysis were completed via ABAQUS. The result showed that the strength of the carbody was able to meet the requirements of the standard; and the modal frequency and modal shape of the first 25 order were also provided for the optimization of the structure and diagnosis of the potential failure of the structure.
摘要:The current-mode controlled switched-inductor Buck-Boost converter operating in discontinuous conduction mode was chosen as the research object. Firstly, according to its the discrete mapping model, the nonlinear dynamic behaviors of circuit system were analyzed by Matlab numerical simulation. Secondly, the resonant parametric perturbation method was applied to control the chaos in circuit system. The suitable parameters of perturbation amplitude and perturbation phase angle were calculated by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Finally, the corresponding Matlab/Simulink simulation and experimental circuit validation were done. The experimental results were comparable with simulation results. The result showed that the chaos of the circuit system could be reduced efficiently by resonant the parametric perturbation method.
摘要:In order to ensure the safety of high-speed trains and satisfy the demand of development and maintenance of traction converters, a key data record and analysis system was developed. Based on a standard CPCI-6U board, analog and digital parameters could be collected, recorded and downloaded through Ethernet, and analyzed on PC. The proposed system had be applied in several EMU traction converters, and provided precise field data for actual fault analysis, which was an important base for development and maintenance of the traction converter.

摘要:In view of the condition that frequency converter switches of high-frequency link inverter SPWPM (sinusoidal pulse width and position modulation) working in high frequency had high losses, a new control method was studied. When the load power factor was closed to 1, frequency converter switches only needed to work in output voltage frequency, which reduced the switching losses of the converter effectively. Based on the single-phase push-pull type high-frequency link inverter topology, control and modulation methods were analyzed in detail. Combined with the frequency converter control, the double closed-loop control, outer voltage quasi PR (proportion resonant) control, and inner inductance current proportion control were studied. The simulation and experiment showed the reliability and feasibility of the control scheme.

摘要:There are problems such as heavy workload, low efficiency and easy to make mistakes in the static network address of the train MCU by manual configuration, so, a method for intelligent configuration of MCU network address based on network address specification and two layer network management switches LLDP through train information maintenance Ethernet was provided. The configuration mechanism of the method was studied and the system scheme of the method was described. The test results showed that the train MCU static network address configuration method was safe, reliable, high efficiency and low cost, loading appraisals well, and accordance with the requirements of the system design.
摘要:According to GB/T 25117 and relevant standards, the traction system of rolling stock needs to carry out characteristics test, the typical torque of all speed points under 90% maximum speed corresponding to maximum torque should not less than 95% of specified value under the conditions of hot and cold motor. To ensure the torque characteristic measurement results of locomotive traction system accurately and reliably, the measurement model was established and used to analyze uncertainty sources combining with real experiment system. Measurement results of torque characteristics in different curves were evaluated, and the results showed that the methods and instruments were effective and reliable. This method provided the technical basis for the reliability of the measurement results of rolling stock traction system torque characteristics.

摘要:Over-voltage of carbody caused by lightning will seriously interfere with the operation of communication, monitoring, control and other weak current equipment, which will result in logic chaos or misoperation of the equipment. To research the carbody over-voltage of high-speed train lightning short-circuit, the equivalent circuit model of lightning current flowing through the EMUs was established according to the actual conditions. The changeable of lightning over-voltage waveforms and amplitude was analyzed when change the grounding resistance or shunt capacitor. The results showed that: trains large grounding resistance was the root cause of the carbody over-voltage; the amplitude of body over-voltage was effectively reduced by reducing grounding system impedance or shunt capacitance; When the grounding resistor shunts capacitance, wave head of over-voltage waveform time increased, and the increased rate of waveform was reduced, which could effectively restrain the impact of the over-voltage of the EMUs.
摘要:Tunnel is an important railway operation facility, and its settlement control is vital for railway operation safety. Taking Jing-Guang high-speed railway as research object, based on existing hydrostatic leveling remote automatic technique and laser remote monitor technique, a novel base-bed settlement monitor scheme, i.e. machine visual monitor scheme was proposed, which had overcome the contradiction between accuracy and cost with plane light source and image recognition technology, and realized precise monitor of high-speed railway base-bed settlement.
摘要:An extensive optimum selection and design for closed-cell aluminum foam used in railway vehicle was performed based on the comprehensive energy absorption curves. These curves were obtained from kinds of foams with different density ratios loading at different strain-rates. Afterwards, an effective optimum selection as well as design was conducted. A reverse design process and optimum selection methodology was put forward by assuming the train collision scenario, determining the overall energy-absorbing requirement, constructing the mapping relationship between standardized stress and standardized energy absorption per unit volume, proceeding positive-going calculation of the energy-absorbing capacity at corresponding situation, and comparing, iterating circularly, until it converged to the optimal density ratio and optimal thickness. Finally, an optimization design example was given with crashworthy EMU head vehicle’s energy-absorbing component, and corresponding optimal density and thickness was obtained. This methodology turned out to be an effective and useful tool to aid in selecting the most appropriate aluminum foam.
摘要:The existing record units of on-board rail vehicle equipment, due to insufficient protection, might be damaged, which would result in data lost in case of accident. Besides, different recording time and analysis software made it difficult to analyze. To solve these issues, protective recorder was designed in CMD system based on IEC 62625 standard. Through the recorder, data from different onboard equipment was recorded in unified format in a fire-proof, anti-vibration and liquid-proof data storage unit, free from loss or damage. The operating status could also be analyzed in a comprehensive way via unified ground analysis software.

摘要:In view of the abnormal vibration of a carriage floor in the delivery process of a metro vehicle, a large number of vibration tests and analysis were carried out to find the source of the abnormal vibration and eliminate the possibility of the transformer box and floor resonance. Through the analysis of the vibration transmission characteristics, it was determined that the floor vibration anomaly was caused by the local resonance of the car body beam near 98 Hz, and the solution was put forward. Finally, the floor vibration was reduced by 34% after optimizing the isolation layer below the floor.

摘要:The system structure and design principle of the electric drive system for Melbourne high capacity metro train were introduced, and according to the requirement of Melbourne owner, the main circuit was simulated by Matlab. The voltage drop between the two ends of the DC-DC converter’s IGBT, the intermediate DC link voltage Ud, and the harmonic current of grid side and inverter input were analyzed through comparing the voltage and current simulation data under different values of the inherent frequeney which were adjusted by changing the parameters of electric reactor LI. Meanwhile, through building DC-DC converter failure model, input voltage property of traction inverter was assessed in order to provide a reasonable reference for the design of the main circuit electric paramenters.
摘要:In order to develop the electric-pneumatic braking and electric braking capability for metro vehicle of Beijing metro line 8 II project, a verification test is very necessary. Firstly, the metro vehicle braking modes were briefly introduced, including electric braking, air braking and electric-pneumatic braking. Secondly, under the condition of different load level, speed level and brake level, the electricpneumatic loading test and passenger carrying test had been separately implemented in the metro vehicle. Eventually the electric braking capability of metro vehicle could be judged by calculating the electric braking force with measured parameters during the whole braking process. The results of passenger carrying test showed that electric braking capability could reach 113% of theoretical value under low load level (AW0), while it could only reach 93% of theoretical value under high load level (AW3); and the mean value of switching points of electric-pneumatic braking was 6.25 km/h. The test results have proved the electric-pneumatic braking and electric braking capability of this metro vehicle.

摘要:In view of the regenerative braking failure problem, onboard braking resistors are usually used for metro vehicle regenerated energy absorption. With advantages and shortages analysis of over-temperature protection for existing braking resistor of chopping circuit for domestic metro vehicle, a novel logic protection scheme was proposed. The realization and advantages of the proposed method were introduced in detail, and the practical operation validation was carried out. The results showed that the protection method had obvious advantage with wide application prospects.
摘要:Single train model of operation energy consumption and power supply system was analyzed firstly, and on the basis of this, a multi-train operation energy consumption model was established. In order to make full use of the regenerative braking energy, a method was put forward to set up the train operation schedule which could implement fine tune of departure interval, the stopping time and the running time. A multiple population genetic algorithm was designed to optimize the train operation schedule with the minimum energy consumption and the maximum utilization of the regenerative braking energy as the goal. The elite reservation strategy and migration strategy were adopted to improve the stability and speed of the optimization process in the algorithm. Simulation results showed that this method could increase the utilization rate of regenerative braking energy from 14.8% to 80.9%, and the ratio of regenerative braking energy utilization and operation energy consumption could be increased from 0.74% to 4.2%.
摘要:In order to extract the fault features effectively, a comparative study of adaptive signal decomposition methods was presented. The local mean computation, decomposed components and decomposition capacity of three conventional methods empirical mode decomposition, local mean decomposition and local characteristic-scale decomposition were analyzed and compared. Aiming at the problems of the local mean decomposition, an improved decomposition algorithm was proposed. The effectiveness of proposed improvements was testified by computer-generated signal. Furthermore, a fault diagnostic approach by jointly using improved LMD and -dimension spectrum was developed. The effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method was verified by DF4 locomotive running tests.

摘要:EMI on the train will cause random interference to the communication of the train network control system, and then cause the packet loss of the network communication. The influence of EMC interference on the train communication network (TCN) was studied by building a simulation experiment platform of train network control system, focusing on the influence of electrostatic discharge immunity test and electrical fast burst immunity test on communication characteristics. Based on the experimental data, the variation trend of the TCN packet loss rate with the interference size was obtained, and the data was analyzed and modeled, then the TCN packet loss prediction model based on EMC interference was obtained.

摘要:Measuring wheel profile parameters is very important for the safety of running trains. Inspection of wheel profile parameters with laser light image was the mainstream technology. Under high-speed conditions, however, the tradition dynamic inspection system for wheel profile of railway vehicles couldnot meet the precision demand in several aspects, such as system layout, mechanical design, image quality of camera so on. Several solutions for the dynamic inspection system for wheel profile parameters in calibration algorithm, system design aspects were proposed, which ensured that system precision reached the standard in high speed situations.
