      摘要:Based on IEC 62847:2016 international standard, the development of rolling stock electric connector standards, classification, main technical characteristics, test methods and its requirements, experimental groups and the number of samples, and environmental severity adaptability were analyzed and surveyed from the perspective of international standards for rolling stock electrical connectors which were widely used in railway fields. By absorbing and referring to international standard for rolling stock electric connectors, the idea about preparing the Chinese national standard for rolling stock electric connectors was proposed, which would promote the formation of Chinese national standard in the field of rolling stock electric connectors.

      摘要:In order to meet the need of lightweight for rail transit equipment as well as quality improvement, the application of light-weight material like carbon fiber becomes increasingly important. This paper described the progress of carbon fiber in rail transit equipment, and discussed the advantages and disadvantages of several large carbon fiber corporations in China. Suggestions and basic methodology for the use of carbon fiber in converter cabinet are also given, for the purpose of lightweight and quality improvement.

      摘要:In order to conduct a rapid assessment of product life, the effectiveness and applicability for life prediction based on reliability simulation method was discussed. Taking a vehicle-carried processor as research object, the weaknesses of thermal design and vibration design were exposed and the average life of 4.84 years was predicted. Compared to the reliability prediction method, this method doesn’t rely on the failure rate in the handbook and has high precision. Compared to the accelerated life test method, this method has lower cost and test time, which has a bright application prospect.

      摘要:The main environmental factors affecting the normal operation of the railway electrical contacts were analyzed, and the failure mechanism of the contacts under temperature and vibration stress was studied. The temperature rise of the contacts generated by the vibration friction and current was considered synthetically. The micro morphology of the contact surface and the fatigue damage theory were integrated into the generalized Erying model and then the model of the relationship between temperature, vibration stress and life was established. The results showed that the model could reflect the relationship between the environmental stress, the contact morphology and the life.

      摘要:A highly reliable and anti-collision mechanism for data communication between master and slave control modules was proposed, and corresponding functional modules on the FPGA were realized, which integrated the CPCI backboard communication and DPRAM technologies as well as cooperated with CPU software , so as to implement the anti-collision data transmission between master and slave control modules. This mechanism could promote the accuracy and reliability of the system communication effectively.

      摘要:Traction control unit (TCU) is the key and core component of traction system on China electric multiple unit (CEMU). Based on the analysis of TCU system functions of CEMU and top-level design, the hardware and software platform of TCU based on CPCI high-speed data bus was designed and realized. Ground test in AC drive laboratory of independently developed TCU was finished, and the CEMU loaded with independently developed TCU had begun passenger operations on main line, loading appraisals well, which verified the reliability and availability of TCU hardware and software platform.

      摘要:In China, Shenshuo electrified railway is one of the most important main artery that the western coal is transported to the east, where DC locomotives and AC locomotives are running at the same time. Thus, there are so abundant high and low frequency wide spectrum harmonics that have an adverse impact on power supply quality in this line. According to this situation, the equivalent circuit model of vehicle network was established, and harmonic characteristic on traction network was analyzed. A new type of injection hybrid compensation method was put forward, which was introduced from its compensation principle, harmonic current detection and control algorithm. The simulation results showed that this method could realize comprehensive treatment of the wide spectrum of harmonic, and obviously reduce active compensation capacity with high cost performance.

      摘要:With deep studying, the anti-slip control method of the locomotive under axle load transfer was put forward. The locomotive and the rail surface model were established with ADAMS(automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical systems), and the simulation platform was built. Aiming at the bad operation environment of the locomotive, in order to better approach the actual operation environment, it was proposed that the rail surface was set to change in the experiment. Based on the simulation platform of virtual prototype, simulation of the locomotive was carried. Two schemes were used to compare the influence of axle load transfer, and with the simulation, it was pointed that considering the impact of axle load transfer, the anti-slip control method would be more efficient.

      摘要:The high-voltage device on the roof of the high-speed train are always running in the open air,which are easily polluted by the atmospheric pollutants. The simulation calculation was done to the flow field characteristics of the pantographic insulator region for the roof of the high-speed train, the flow field structure was analyzed. Three designs of the train roof devices were assessed. It has been found that the side panel design increased the wind velocity in the roof area and reduced the contamination level of the insulators.

      摘要:The auxiliary inverter is an important part of the railway vehicles. Its performance directly affects the normal operation of the vehicle. A modular design of the auxiliary inverter was introduced. The structure of each function module was expounded. And structural strength and modal of the converter were analyzed by using the finite element simulation software ANSYS, and the structure was optimized according to the results. The generality and the production efficiency were improved, and good integration, reliability, and also maintainability can be obtained through the modular design.

      摘要:Yaw damper would manifest complex dynamic performance when vehicles run. Different dynamic performance would happen between new yaw damper and old yaw damper. Different installation length would show various dynamic feature. The analysis on new damper and old damper and various installation length were discussed. It could be concluded that dynamic stiffness and dynamic damping were both reducing when damper served for a long time, which was more obvious when amplitude was small, and the difference between new damper and old damper would become smaller with the increasing of amplitude; The dynamic stiffness and dynamic damping would reduce with the increasing installation length; Dynamic damping would reduce with the augment of installation length with small amplitude or big amplitude and low frequency; There was no obvious changes between dynamic damping when amplitude and frequency were big enough.

      摘要:Regarding the gearbox of a certain type high speed train as the research object, the simulation and analysis of the complex internal flow field during its normal operation was carried out. Three-dimensional model of the gearbox oil lubrication was built, and its internal flow field was calculated by using professional fluid simulation software Pumplinx. The pressure field and velocity field of different instantaneous in the box body were analyzed, and the distribution and variation law of the internal fluid in the normal working of the gear box were summarized. The research results showed that the pressure of the gearbox increased with the increase of the running speed, and the maximum pressure appeared in the gear meshing position; speed fluctuated with time and finally tends to stable, and the maximum speed appeared in the vicinity of the gear tooth top.

      摘要:Wind ventilator is important auxiliary equipment hanging at the bottom of the train body for interior vehicle ventilation. The performances of wind ventilator structure have great impact on the vehicle vibration characteristics. The structural characteristics of the ventilation device body was analyzed in order to study the vibration characteristics of the ventilation device. By testing response of ventilation equipment in high frequency, the vibration response characteristics when works in normal operation was mastered. According to the result analysis, the trend of simulation and experiment of ventilator equipment could fit well.

      摘要:Boundary conditions are foundation of structural modal analysis. Different boundary conditions loading methods influence structural modal parameters via changing the structural stiffness. By comparing the basic principles of computational modal analysis and experimental modal analysis through theoretical deduction, and establishing five kinds of feasible boundary conditions for proportion body finite element model, maximum error of elastic suspension of top 30 step modal parameters of proportion body compared to free mode was calculated to be 0.02346%, and the maximum error of boundary conditions 4 and 5 was 25.3386% and 10.2383%, respectively. Therefore, we could utilize elastic suspension simulated structure free mode in experimental modal. With analysis of hammering modal test for proportion body while three different boundary conditions respectively effecting (spring suspension, spring rod suspension and air spring support), the maximum error of first 3 vertical bending frequencies was obtained to be 2.545%, 2.961% and 4.812%, respectively, less than the error tolerance(5%). The correlation of natural frequency of structure in test mode was also obtained through mode assurance criterion(MAC matrix), which demonstrated the effect of boundary conditions on the modal parameters of proportion body.

      摘要:Modal analysis of the high-frequency auxiliary converter for the metro was conducted with Ansys software, and according to the results, the cover vibration was most in the normal direction under the first-order vibration frequency of the auxiliary converter. In order to improve the stiffness of the cover, the enhancement of the first-order vibration frequency of the cover was taken as the target, and topography optimization of the auxiliary converter cover was carried out with the OptiStruct software. Besides, the topology optimization of the lug was also conducted to lighten the lug. With the results of the optimization, it was shown that the firstorder vibration frequency of the auxiliary converter was improved by 32%, and the weight of the lug was decreased by 21%, with an obvious optimization effect.

      摘要:The main reason of the heat was analyzed and a method to reduce the temperature rise of electrolytic capacitors was proposed. Through the analysis of the electrolytic capacitors’ internal structure, the cooling effect of common cooling methods was analyzed, and a kind of effective cooling method of electrolytic capacitor was put forward. Feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method was validated by the prototype test.

      摘要:Centralized power unit has merits of integrating more variety of power units with higher power, but shortages like complex duct structure, diverse radiator type, and the difficulty of checking the working point of the cooling fan, therefore, the accuracy and efficiency of theoretical calculation could not be assured by using traditional methods. To solve problems mentioned above, the finite element simulation method was introduced. In this method, to find out accurate working points of fan, the model of cooling fan’s duct structure was simplified firstly, which provided an easy path to PQ curve and fan curve of the whole system together. The processing of calculation and results attained by using finite element simulation were presented. Finally, the calculation and simulation method mentioned in this paper was verified by implementing experiment, and the results showed that the reliability and feasibility of this new method were significantly proved. It turned out that the finite element method was a more advanced way on improving calculation precision and efficiency by comparing with the traditional calculation method.

      摘要:DGY470A type diesel shunting locomotives are mainly used for metro vehicle traction, shunting and rescuing. The electric control system of the locomotive was introduced, which adopted GWCY044-B microcomputer controller and signal generator for software programing to complement the diesel engine running functions such as speed regulation, commutation and shifting etc. Based on the control system, the diesel shunting locomotive electric control system with double-unit reconnection function was realized.

      摘要:In D08-32 tamper network control system, laser collimation system is used to improve the precision of linear tamper operation, and motor control is the key technology. In order to further improve the accuracy of laser collimation system, and improve the working efficiency, a laser power controller based on DSP was designed to realize laser motor PID overshoot control and overcurrent protection function. The general structure, software and hardware design of laser motor controller was introduced in detail. The verification and application showes that the controller has perfect function and good performance, which can reduce the application failure rate, and improve the stability and reliability of laser collimation system

The vehicle can improve RFD efficiency as well as to reduce emission for fulfilling subway rail detection requirements.

      摘要:With full consideration of metro train dynamic characteristics, line conditions, speed limit in the interval, punctuality and so on, the multi-constraints energy consumption model based on utilization of regenerative braking energy was established according to the modern optimal control theory. Then the model of train energy consumption was solved by means of immuneparticle swarm optimization algorithm, the energy saving operation conditions and the switching points were obtained. Finally, the minimum energy consumption of train at the station was obtained. In order to verify the effectiveness of the method, the Nanning metro line 1 was simulated as an example, and the energy consumption was reduced by 6.62% after optimization.

      摘要:To improve comprehensive utilization efficiency of tramcar energy, influencing factors for tramcar running energy consumption influenced by the infrastructure and operation organization was analyzed, and the corresponding energy saving measures was put forward from aspects of the train properties, line condition, operation organization mode and others. On this basis, the impacting relationship between the running energy consumption and some key parameters was obtained by formula fitting under different speeds, which provided a feasible method for rapid assessment of tramcar running energy consumption.

      摘要:Urban rail transit system energy consumption is from vehicles traction, air-conditioners, elevators, water supply &drainage etc., and vehicles traction accounts more than 40% of the total energy consumption. So, maximized reduction of the vehicle traction energy consumption has become a growing concerned problem. Aiming at the vehicle operation control of complex line conditions, an optimal algorithm based on recursive thinking was designed, which could obtain optimal operation control scheme under specified time and line condition and effectively reduce the traction energy consumption. At the same time, cooperative control for maximized utilizing brake regeneration energy in multiple vehicles operation was researched, and some solvers were provided.

      摘要:In subway system, a lot of transponder are paved on the track to assist the positioning. While the positioning of tramcars is different from the subway because of the positioning and the cost, the tramcars system usually adopt the method of combination of a few transponders or beacons, the speed sensors and GPS to position comprehensively. Therefore, the positioning precision of GPS is one of the most important conditions of positioning veracity. Due to the influence of the satellite offset, the GPS receiver offset and the route of transmission, the precision of GPS positioning decreased. In order to improve the precision of GPS positioning, Kalman filtering method was employed to best estimate the position of tramcars. The target track in different situations such as uniform motion, uniformly accelerated motion and variable accelerated motion were simulated and the results showed that the positioning error was greatly reduced by adopting the Kalman filtering algorithm. From the results of simulation, Kalman filtering method could reduce the impact of noise and greatly improve the precision of positioning.

      摘要:The gauge requirement for vehicle as very strict. With different measurement method, the air-spring height was different, which had big influences to the bogie height measurement result, and maybe result in misunderstanding and wrong judgments. During the bogie height adjustment process, a proper height measurement test method was important to ensure that the bogie design height and actual height was consistent. The paper described the stress softening properties of the rubber parts, and studied how the measurement method effected the height measurement results with examples, put forward several suggestions

      摘要:Aiming at the Chongqing No. 3 monorail vehicle side rail pantograph slide abrasion measurement problems, a method of measuring the wear resistance of the lateral rail by using the line structure laser was proposed. Through the camera calibration, the maximum wear value of the pantograph was calculated with the pantograph wearing image processing. Prototype measurement results showed that the system was stable and reliable.
