摘要:It designed and packed localization IGBT and FRD chip of CRRC. Structural optimization of IGBT was designed through ANSYS simulations of electromagnetic field, heat, stress and so on. The developed IGBT had passed the test of component level, module level, convert level and locomotive class, and satisfy the design requirement. The chip, IGBT, power module to convert industry chain had been formed and successfully used in field of trail transport in China, which has great social signification and market prospect.

摘要:The drive characteristics of 1SC0450V was introduced in detail, and the implementation principle of drive supply circuit, supply under-voltage protection, advanced active clamp and short-circuit protection were analyzed. 6 500 V IGBT drive and protection circuit was given as well, which was based on 1SC0450V. The power units of single 6 500 V IGBT and two parallel 6 500 V IGBT were designed, which were successfully tested on converter test and short-circuit test at last. The experimental waveforms and testing data of the power units was provided. This good protection performance of the drive was verified for applications requiring high reliability in industry and traction.
摘要:Aiming to the absence of IGBT’s application process quality assessment system, a quality assessment system of traction IGBTs was established, which achieved the process quality assessment and fault tracing analysis by using parameters normality checking, process capability index (Cpk), Weibull distribution and other special tools and methods. This study provided a new idea for device’s quality assurance and its field reliability supervision.
摘要:The traditional steel spring is replaced with high-strength and light-weight titanium alloy spring for weight loss, which not only need meet the requirements of the service life of the spring, but also meet the spring requirements of three-way stiffness and installing space. The theoretical calculations and tests showed that : the three-way stiffness and installing space of the titanium alloy spring could be consistent with the original steel spring; The fatigue life of the titanium alloy spring exceeded 2 million times; The processing was also similar to the original steel spring, just different in specific control index. The titanium alloy spring could replace steel spring absolutely.
摘要:The development of modern railway equipment maintenance system was reviewed, detailed in the current condition and defects of EMU maintenance system, and the disadvantages of periodic maintenance such as insufficient repair, excessive repair, high risk of secondary disasters, and high cost of maintenance were pointed out. Then, the application of condition based maintenance (CBM) in EMU was analyzed and demonstrated. Lastly, the logic decision flow chart of EMU maintenance was proposed and the development trends of EMU maintenance system in the future were prospected.

摘要:Virtual synchronous motor is composed by inverter, DC converter and system power supply. Once paralleled with the power grid, VSM could either send or absorb power, energy bi-directional flow was required in the design of DC converter. A bi-directional DC converter design scheme was provided with two series IGBT and a boost inductance in series on the neutral line of the low voltage side. The test shows that the scheme can achieve the boost and buck switching actively, energy bi-directional flow and the intermediate DC voltage stabilization. This design has the advantage of the simple control method, high precision voltage regulation, can met the voltage regulation and energy storage requirements of the new 10 kVA virtual synchronous motor.

摘要:A novel high frequency auxiliary converter was developed, which consisted of BuckTL converter, LLC DC/DC converter, three phase inverter and half-bridge DC/DC converter. The main circuit structure of each component was described, as well as its working principle and modes, and the key parameters design method. The results of simulation and test showed that the auxiliary converter had a good performance, which increased the power density greatly.

摘要:Based on the standard GM/RT 2142, a single variable method was used to research the related parameter how to affect the locomotive vehicle ability to resist overturning. The related parameter had carried on the qualitative and quantitative calculation and analysis. Analysis showed that the suspension mode of motor had less effects on locomotive vehicle ability to resist overturning and axle load, the lateral area of the body and vehicle height H had a certain impact on intrinsic roll-over wind speed, and changing railway vehicle roof profile was the most effective way to enhance the resistance of locomotives.
摘要:The locomotive wheel acceleration velocity was defined as a single comparison condition in the automatic sanding control logic of “Shenhua”eight-axle electric locomotive at present, but the condition was insufficient to reflect the actual demand according to complex locomotive operating environment. So in some conditions, the sanding logic might cause less sanding and dependent on artificial intervention, or it might cause excessive sanding and cause adverse effects. A new kind of evaluation method-muti-criterion sanding logic based on Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) was proposed. This method took into account the actual operation conditions of locomotive to improve intelligence of the sanding control logic, and reduce manual intervention.
摘要:In order to investigate the wheel treads’ lateral wear’s effect on the vehicle dynamics behavior with out-of-round wheel, secondary development for the existing SIMPACK software was done, and vehicle system dynamics model was established, considering the measured lateral wear of wheel treads. The results showed that: vehicle dynamics results response law was mainly affected by out-ofround wheel, while the wheel treads’ lateral wear largely contributed to the average of the results.

摘要:Main circuit structure and basic working principle of traction converter was introduced. Energy flowing relationship of traction system and auxiliary system when traction system generated power for auxiliary loads in dragged mode was analyzed. The control logic of power-generation device and dc-link voltage control strategy of traction converter in dragged mode was proposed. Fault diagnostic of power-generation device and the system protect strategy were discussed. Finally, the experimental results proved that the proposed method was correct.

摘要:In order to predict the fatigue life of the welded frame of 3B0 locomotive exported to Burma, the stress state of welded frame under different fatigue loading cases by FEM was analyzed, and then the fatigue stress ranges of main welds in box girders were determined. Based on IIW standard and fatigue test data in relevant literature, several S-N curve equations of welded joints for assessing the fatigue strength of welded frame was obtained, then the life cycles of some key welds were calculated by using both global nominal stress method and local notch stress method. The result indicated that the fatigue life cycles of all welds were greater than 2 million, which met the requirements of welded joint design standard for rail vehicle; As the T joint in frame’s side beam under vertical dynamic loads had low life cycles, it should reduce the local stress concentration by weld grinding. Normal stress method generally was partial to be conservative, so it had more advantages by using notch stress method for fatigue life prediction of welded structure from the perspective of structural light weight and local optimization.
摘要:To solve the communication problems within the multiple locomotives collaboratively pulling one train in the high slope area, the train manipulation assistant system was presented. By focusing on the analysis of basic needs, functions, design plan and control program were determined. Through the operation of prototype, it was led to the conclusions that the designed system could achieve information exchange between leading and complement locomotive as 2 or 3 locomotives collaboratively pulling the train, and provide the crew with the visualization of digital information for the collaborative manipulation.

摘要:Embedded software quality greatly influences on the reliability of embedded system, and the defects will cause serious consequences. To reduce development cost and shorten development cycle of embedded software, earlier static test in soft coding stage was proposed, and the test methods and tools were studied and compared. The practical application showed that the static test could find out the typical defects of code quality and security, improving codes clarity and correctness.
摘要:After TEC_TROMS, the synchronous control system of locomotive reconnection based on wireless communication, running in batches in Shenhua railway, an operation recorder was added to the system based on the Zlib to record the running states and analysis the faults. A data analysis software solution for the recorder was presented and implemented from software’s decompression algorithm, software architecture, data routing. With the application of the software, plenty of historical inertia problems was located and analyzed, which provide evidences for control optimization, improving system operation quality.

摘要:Based on the vehicle system dynamics theory, exponential decay type dynamic irregularity was simulated as the locomotive model external excitation by using MATLAB software. The influence of the amplitude of exponential decay type irregularity on wheel/rail dynamics was analyzed under different-speed operation by using SIMPACK multi-body dynamics simulation software. The results showed that the exponential decay type irregularity would worsen the three indexes which were axle lateral force, wheelset decreasing ratio, and lateral vibration acceleration; Axle lateral force and wheelset decreasing ratio would diverge and converge at the same frequency and amplitude at the same time; And the three indexes would be even worse with the increase of irregularity amplitude or the increase of speed.
摘要:Aim at the complexity of signal equipment, a method to parse test case automatically by lexical analysis and grammar analysis was proposed, which was discussed from the principle and implementation. With the practical application, this method was validated for the advantages of the simple test script format, no recompilation for adding or modifying test cases and reusability of test script relative to traditional test methods, which improved the efficiency of testing greatly.
摘要:Aiming at the requirement of simulation test to train control on-board equipment, the overall technical scheme and the realization method of the simulation test system for train control on-board equipment were presented by analyzing the running environment of the equipment. Through test application, it was proved that this system had comprehensive and effective simulation functions, and could provide complete and high-degree simulation test environment for on-board equipment in CTCS-0 level to CTCS-2 level train control system.

摘要:This paper provided the double-loop regulator design and parameter calculation for Buck chopper on a certain HXDx locomotive by using typical I type and II type system design, which improved the bandwidth of inner current loop and stability of outer voltage loop through reallocation of zero and pole. Compared to single-loop control, the double-loop control could configure the system parameter more flexible, which could improve the stability and dynamic performance. The simulation and experiment showed obviously that double-loop control was superior to single-loop control especially in loading and unloading, which validated the feasibility of the calculation.
摘要:In order to test the crankcase location device of locomotive and vehicle systematically, the structure and principle was analyzed, and the two test scheme of single piece loading and system loading was designed and compared, focusing on research of crankcase location device stiffness and fatigue performance for system loading scheme. The test result showed that test design was coincide with practical conditions, and the system test could represent the mechanical properties more accurately. And the test data showed that longitudinal stiffness of the crankcase location device was nonlinear, while the vertical and horizontal stiffness were linear, and the fatigue performance satisfied the on-board requirement.
摘要:To study the operation safety of heavy-load locomotive under effect of longitudinal force, by comparing the dynamic performance of different line conditions, different coupling force state and different coupler rotation angle, the relationship of operation safety and coupler force state, and line conditions and coupler rotation angle under longitudinal force were obtained. The result showed that the safety index was increasing with the line curvature; the safety index increased with coupler pressing force when the locomotive runs on curve line; locomotive coupler would appear horizontal deflection, and coupler rotation angle increases both on straight and curve line with the coupler pressing force. The suggestion were provided when heary-load locomotive throughing a small radius curre under longitudinal force that the locomotive regeneration should be reasonably controlled to avoid the risk of failure of locomotive coupler stability.
摘要:This paper introduced the design ideas of a high frequency isolation auxiliary transformer, and demonstrated its key design for core, windings, parasitic inductance, loss and so on. Last, the performance of the high frequency transformer was tested with 60 kVA prototype, and the result of the testing satisfied the application requirement.

摘要:The structure, main features and main technology parameters of self-designed aluminum alloy car body for APM vehicle were presented. With the finite element method, car body structure static strength, modal and fatigue were analyzed, the results of which showed that the strength, rigidity, stability and fatigue property of the new designed aluminum alloy drum car body was consistent with the requirement of relevant standards and technology specification.
摘要:In order to improve the accuracy of the maglev system modeling, the model parameters identification of the maglev system was studied. On the basis of mathematic model, to simplify the problem, system order reducing based on current loop technology was used to speed up the current response, and the system was decomposed into 2 independent parts, namely dynamics and electrical part, the linear regression equation of which was obtained. The validity of the identification method was proved by experiments.
摘要:The relationship of the maglev train speed was analyzed with its operating characteristic and traction efficiency respectively, the concept of the average resistance of the maglev train was put forward, and the average speed and the average resistance were used to reflect its size of energy consumption and running time on the flat-straight road with fixed-length. According to the experimental data, the influence of different running speed limit of the maglev train on operation energy consumption and running time consuming was also analyzed, and three conclusions were drawn which were instructive to the energy-saving drive of the low-speed maglev train on the flat-straight road.
