摘要:To improve the current accurate calculation of PMSM based on MTPA control mode, the classic mathematical formulawas analyzed and the cause of calculation error was found, that is, for the interior PMSM, parameter Ld almost does not change with theid value, but Lq varies with iq value greatly, so the partial derivative of Lq to iq should be considered. Based above, an optimaized accuratecalculation formula was provided. Many PMSM were test ,the experimental data was good agreement with calculating data , the accuracyof MTPA current calculation method was validated.

摘要:Based on analysis of the bogie structure, curve-pass dynamics, power matching and the efficiency or cooling of the motorfor the independent-wheel and hub direct driving bogie with permanent magnet motor, the following conclusion was get: if the low floorlight-rail vehicle adopt the independent-wheel and hub direct driving bogie with permanent magnet motor, some key technology problemssuch as guiding regulate, appropriate motor power and effective cooling scheme of the motor should be solved.

摘要:For the high power density and poor heat dissipation condition, much attention was paid on thermal design of air-cooledenclosed PMSM. The application of the thermal network method in the analysis of temperature rise of PMSM was investigated. A thermalnetwork model was presented for a certain PMSM, and its thermal parameters were calculated based on MATLAB/SIMULINK. With thethermal network, rapid calculation of thermal performance of PMSM could be achieved. Compared with experimental results, the thermalnetwork proved higher accurate for design, and had guiding significance to the thermal design of PMSM.
摘要:In order to study the coupling vibration characteristics between the carbody and power package structure and calculate thecarbody inherent frequency and low-order type, the urban rail vehicles coupling vibration model with power pack structure hanging underthe carbody was derived, and the influence of hanging parameters on character of carbody vibration was analyzed. The results showedthat: the influence of the first order vertical bending frequency of carbody on vertical stability was larger than the second order; when thevibration of the power package was input to model as periodically excited, and the excitation frequency reached 9.5 Hz or 16.5 Hz,whichwould superimpose with the first and second order benging frequency range, the ride index rapidly deteriorated. Therefore, vehicle designshould try to avoid these resonance frequencies.
摘要:By contrasting the advantages and disadvantages between the passive filters and APF (active power filters), the schemeof the harmonic restraining devices on the locomotive was confirmed. The working principle of the harmonic restraining devices wasanalyzed, and detection method of the reactive component and harmonic component of the current in theory was derived, focused on theprinciple and designing method of the three-level hysteresis control strategy. The results of MATLAB simulation and experimentationshowed that the harmonic restraining devices composition of passive filter and APF on one traction winding could significantly restrainthe harmonics current and improve the current quality.
摘要:Since EMUs has many complicated components and non-linear factors, the speed calculation is the core issue that restrictsvehicle dynamic research. To solve this problem, a new research method based on the approximate model technology was proposed.To verify the feasibility of this method, taking the independent designed high-speed EMUs CRH380A as the research object, the 11suspension parameters of the vehicle were taken as input, and the indexes of stability and stable were taken as response, by sampling in theinputs with optimal Latin hypercube design, the response values of those sample points were calculated through the dynamic model, andaccording to the response values, the three approximate models of the vehicle dynamic were established, including Kriging approximatemodel, response surface model and RBF neural network model, as well as the error of each model was calculated. The results showedthat RBF neural network model had a good performance in fitting the vehicle dynamic so that it could meet the engineering application.Eventually, the feasibility of the technique of EMUs dynamic approximate model was proved by demonstrating the practical applicationof the approximate model.
摘要:The steering characteristic of articulated single-axle bogie independent wheelset with radial mechanism was studied. Thesteering principle of traditional wheelset and independent wheelset was analyzed theoretically, and the dynamic model of 5-carbody Talgotrain was established in SIMPACK. Reset capability of lateral displacement of wheelset was studied from aspect of triangle frame of Talgotrain. The angle of attack, wear index, derailment coefficient, wheel lateral force among the independent wheelset with radial mechanism,without radial mechanism and traditional wheelset were compared, and it was pointed out that the radial mechanism could reduce the angleof attack and the wear index effectively, as well as the reason resulting in difference of derailment coefficient was studied.

摘要:A kind of hybrid suspension system with the electro and permanent magnets based on unequal width structure was studiedto solve the problem of the suspension contact existed in medium-speed maglev trains. By analyzing the electromotive relationship ofthe U-shaped iron, F-shaped rail and air gap using ANSOFT, the model of a suspension system based on the unequal width structure wasestablished. The suspension system was designed and verified on the basis of Zhuzhou maglev test line. Simulation results showed thatregardless of the size of air gap in the new suspension system, the attraction force between the iron and rail always could balance thegravitational force, thereby making zero power control possible.

摘要:The characteristics of variable stiffness traction bushings (VSTBs) was introduced, with the application researches andfailure analysis of the typical VSTBs, an orientation of the VSTBs optimization was presented, and the reliability of the new structure wasverified. The results validated that the new VSTBs structure could solve the crack of VSTBs, and greatly improve the service life of theproduct in a certain extent, which provided new idea to develop bushings in the future.

摘要:With analysis of EMUs fault encoding application requirement of China Railway Corporation, railway bureaus, andvehicle manufacturers, fault encoding principle was analyzed, and the encoding rules of EMUs fault code, fault brevity code and on-boardfault diagnosis code for information system was brought out, and China Railway Corporation Standard Q/CR 474—2015 EMUs faultencoding rules was implemented, which defined and uniformed the fault encoding rules for EMUs.
摘要:To optimize the suspension controller performance of medium-speed maglev vehicle, suspension control power supplywith 270-380 V input and multiple low voltage output was developed based on LLC resonant converter with buck second voltagestabilizingstructure, which was help for miniaturizing and light weight design because of high power density. The test result validated theadvantages of the suspension control power supply.

摘要:In order to improve the efficiency of engineering structural strength analysis, two types of model that solid element modeland solid-shell element model were created based on ANSYS and HyperMesh software. The comparison of these two modeling methodswas done on some aspects such as modeling time, period of analysis and accuracy of fatigue strength analysis. The accuracy of solidshellelement model was improved by introducing RBE2 rigid element at the interface of solid and shell elements. This research showedthat, solid-shell element modeling method was far better than solid element modeling method in terms of workload, period of analysis andscale of FE model. The accuracy relative error of fatigue strength with some measures of solid-shell element interface could be controlledwithin 10%, therefore, this method has a good reference to improve the efficiency of strength analysis in actual project.

摘要:The traditional process of train headway was introduced, the weakness of which was explained that could not guaranteerailway capacity and timetable stability in railway system. The method of UIC406 capacity was researched based on blocking time model,and the model of headway in the fixed block signal system and the moving block signal system was built based on the characteristic ofdomestic railway system, as well as the theoretical calculation method was pushed down. The reasonability of headway time model wasvalidated with the railsys software.
摘要:To implement the mixed reconnection of SS4G & SS4B electric locomotive, based on the analysis and comparison from theaspects of the special terrain and operation status in Shuohuang railway, and the technical parameters and control mode of SS4G & SS4Belectric locomotive, a consistency design scheme of SS4G & SS4B electric locomotive characteristic control in wireless reconnection modelwas expounded, and the feasibility of the scheme was verified by theoretical calculation and mixed reconnection test.

摘要:The misinformation come up because of interference during operation of grounding detection for locomotive tractionmain circuit. The main circuit of locomotive traction system was introduced as well as the principles of grounding detection, and the effecton voltage of grounding detection loop caused by common mode interference in main circuits was analyzed. On the basis of the contentabove, the effective method of common mode interference suppression in grounding detection circuit loop was provided. In addition, thecorrectness of analysis was verified by simulation test and proved in experiments.

摘要:Combined with the line parameters, running condition, operation schedule, and so on, the recovery and utilization ofregeneration braking energy was analyzed in the same power supply section. The multiple vehicles energy-saving optimization model wasbuilt based on the use of regenerative braking energy and the design of timetable. By introducing the immune algorithm, the headway,dwell time and running time were adjusted, and the train operation strategies was optimized. Finally, the energy-saving train operationschedule and multi vehicle energy-saving driving strategy were obtained in the actual line. The simulation data of one power supplysection of Nanning metro line 1 proved that the utilization rate of regenerative braking energy was improved up to 11.4% and the totalenergy consumption of train was reduced up to 16.9% by using the optimized energy-saving schedules, which ensured the punctuality.
摘要:The air spring rubber capsule rupture of straddle-type monorail vehicle model was established, and the safety performanceof vehicle system with air spring failure was analyzed, focusing on the overturning stability coefficient and horizontal wheel’s radialforce and rolling angle. The analysis result showed that vehicle driving safety became worse with failure of air spring, and guide wheelsappeared derailment phenomenon, affecting the safety of vehicle; In addition, when the vehicle speed reached 43 km/h, the stability of thevehicle with different air spring failure condition became poor, and it was necessary to reduce the speed of the vehicle.

摘要:Combining the characteristics of short formation intercity EMUs and the bogie control traction system, the affects of thetraction system on the braking system and the bogies were analyzed, and the application foreground of the bogie control traction systemwas prospected. Compared with the traditional vehicle control traction system, the bogie control traction system improved the systemredundancy, and have a good application foreground.

摘要:Three-dimensional electromagnetic forces (longitudinal, vertical and lateral electromagnetic force) produced between theprimary and secondary of linear induction motor (LIM), may influence the dynamic performance of LIM vehicle. According to the theoryand characteristic of LIM metro vehicle, the dynamics model of LIM metro vehicle and the electromagnetic force control model wereestablished respectively with dynamic software SIMPACK and mathematical analysis software MATLAB/SIMULINK. Then the curvepassing dynamic performance of LIM metro vehicle under the action of the electromagnetic force was analyzed by the co-simulationmethod of SIMPACK and MATLAB/SIMULINK. The simulation results showed that electromagnetic forces in different workingcondition influenced the curve passing dynamic performance of LIM vehicle differently.
摘要:The principle of domestic traction system main circuit configuration and the matching with the brake system forChongqing metro vehicle was introduced. The control difference of traction system matching with China Academy of Railway Sciencesdeveloped brake system and Faiveley Transport Group developed brake system was compared and analyzed. The test proved that the goodmatching of traction system and brake system satisfied the metro vehicle operation requirement.

摘要:The communication bus load factor and the degree of bus load balancing directly influenced the stability of metro vehicleperformance. A method of metro vehicle communication configuration, which was based on the mean value and automatic offset forfinally communication configuration list, was proposed, and the network load was analyzed. This communication configuration designwas reasonable and feasible, which could guarantee the balanced distribution of the communication load and improve the stability of thecommunication network.
摘要:In order to develop the emergency plans of train leaving the storehouse in special weather conditions(fog, haze and soon), and accurately grasp the train emergency braking distance in different initial velocity, the test of Xi’an metro line 1 and 2 vehicleswas put forward in the test line. With the theoretical analysis and field validation test results, it was concluded: with the same brakingsystem, initial braking speed was larger, empty walk time influence on braking deceleration was smaller, and the average decelerationwas approaching instantaneous deceleration; in the same braking grade, although pure air brake and mixed electric brake both met thereduction speed requirements, but the deceleration values were different; in the different braking system, the designed and determineddeceleration limit value, the brake shoe material, empty walking time, the theoretical calculation model and the external test conditionswould influence the braking deceleration and braking distance.
摘要:The application of LDRA TestBed and CTCS2-200C expansion unit was introduced. Using CTCS2-200C as an example,through the static and dynamic testing of the software, with reference to the 50128:2011 EN standard, the verification and validationactivities in the entire software development life cycle were improved, and the risk of the software was reduced.
