摘要:To achieve high energy-efficiency of high-speed EMUs, PMSM traction system for high-speed EMUs was developedbased on CRH380A technical platform. Overall technical parameters, traction characteristic curve design, main circuit of traction system,main parameters of PMSM and traction converter, type of cooling, thermal management technology, main circuit topology structureand PMSM control strategy were introduced. Experimental results and practical application verified the reliabilities of PMSM tractionsystem, traction converter and PMSM control strategy. The motor rated efficiency of the PMSM traction system could reach 98%, whichdecreased the energy consumption of high-speed EMUs distinctly

摘要:Due to small volume, high torque density, high loss density, cooling difficulties of direct-driven permanent magnetsynchronous traction motor, on the basis of the four angle cooling structure, three kinds of reciprocating cycle cooling structures weredesigned for a 190 kW direct-driven permanent magnet synchronous traction motor. The three kinds of cooling structures were calculatedwith fluid field, and an optimal cooling structure was selected for the analysis of temperature field. A prototype was manufactured and atemperature experimental platform was developed. The experimental results were validated temperature rise was reasonable and the motorwas stable and reliable.
摘要:Aim at the design requirements on HXD3G eight-axle 200 km/h passenger electric locomotive, passing neutral sectionuninterruptible power supply technology was studied. By adopting the locomotive traction transformer coupling principle innovatively,control strategies and design ideas of uninterrupted operations of the auxiliary system and the train power supply system of locomotivewhen it passing neutral sections were proposed. Validation experiments had been carried out in HXD3C locomotive, and on-board test andapplication was carried out in HXD3G locomotive, which showed good effect.

摘要:Low frequency resonance mechanism for locomotives and grid of the electrified railway needed to be solved urgently.Based on the impedance ratio on the stability of criterion, influence of all kinds of locomotives and grid parameters for the low frequencyresonance were analyzed, and the important rules and conclusions were found. Finally, reproduced and analyzed the actual low frequencyresonance accident, all the work was verified.An important reference and theoretical basis were provided for fully grasp the low frequencyresonance mechanism and developing appropriate suppression measures.

摘要:How to put "lightweight" concept into the every detail of equipment layout, ventilation system, electrical system,mechanical system, braking system, and wind system for locomotive development was introduced. The adopted new technology andfeatures were introduced. Based on a large number of experimental data, the single axle load of locomotive was successfully reduced to 18 t,which has laid a solid technical foundation for subsequent development of axle load lighter locomotive.

摘要:Combining with the on-board blackout automatic passing neutral section and ground automatic passing neutral sectionprinciple, the running time of EMUs CRH380AL was calculated in the same interval period of Beijing-Shanghai railway, the effect ofpassing neutral section on the running time was analyzed. The feasibility of the simulation methods and the accuracy of the simulationresults were verified by real running data. The results could provide reference for engineering design.
摘要:Circuit topologies of 4-quadrant converter and controller of China standard EMUs were analyzed, and mathematic modelof the whole EMUs 4-quadrant converter and control system was built. The closed-loop system was studied with real-time simulations.The results indicated that the built model was correct, and it could be used for the researches and tests of China standard EMUsAC-driving systems.

摘要:Operation goal and the structure of ultra-capacitor and battery hybrid power system for diesel locomotive power supplywas introduced, and the circuit design principle was expounded. Power capacity distribution ratio of the ultra-capacitor and battery wasresearched with experiment. 摘要:Distribution and standard limit of the magnetic field in the rolling stock was studied to guarantee the safety of thepassenger especially those who transplanted cardiac pacemakers and embedded equipment. The results showed that the dominatedradiation environment in the vehicle space was low-frequency magnetic field, and by the way of computer simulating and actually testing,the characteristic of the field strength distribution and the shielding effect of the car body was reveal.

摘要:For the phenomenon of high failure rate of traction converter control cabinet, on-site vibration test and analysis werecarried out, which proved that too large vibration of control cabinet installed base was the main cause of the high failure rate. On thisbasis, the vibration reduction solution of control cabinet was proposed; simulation analysis and loading test verification was carried out.The simulation results agreed well with the loading test results, and the vibration reduction solution of control cabinet had good vibrationisolation effect with good engineering implementation and high popularization value.
摘要:In order to simulate the influences of gear teeth cracks on the dynamic performance of the wheelset driving system, withthe multi-body dynamic software SIMPACK, the vibration model of gear-pair meshing was established, which, meanwhile, was appliedto the dynamic model of locomotive wheelset driving unit. Moreover, without the inner FE (force element) gear-pair of SIMPACK, thegear-pair meshing model was realized through the methods of moved markers, function expressions, input functions and so on. The resultsshowed that the difference between gear-pair meshing model and FE gear-pair was smaller than 10 percent; The meshing vibration ofgear-pair performed the time-varying character of the meshing stiffness; The reference circle crack would have a time-domain impact onthe dynamic performance of wheelset driving unit; Through the basic frequency of the smaller gear which was exhibited by the wheelsetdriving unit, the impact could be detected through frequency-domain method when the crack reached to some certain depth (i.e. thestiffness reduced to some certain value). Therefore, such faults could be diagnosed by the frequency-domain analysis.

摘要:Aim at the interference sources and coupling routes of pressure sensor in locomotive, an EMC design method waspresented, which not only improved the transducer electromagnetic compatibility, but also enhanced the insulation level. Electromagneticcompatibility test according to TB/T 3221 was carried out, the results of which met the requirements of global error for pressuretransducer, and it was shown that the design method was efficient and right. The method could also be used to other locomotive electronicdevices for improving EMC performance.

摘要:A composite material wheel structure of aluminum alloy wheel core and steel wheel rim was developed. The mass ofthe structure was less than 25% of the traditional steel wheel, which could effectively reduce the unsprung mass. The FE model of thecomposite material wheel was created in the ANSYS software, and then static and fatigue strength of the structure were analyzed based onUIC510-5 standard and DVS 1608 standard. The results was shown as follows: compared with the traditional steel wheel, the compositematerial wheel of aluminum wheel core has lower radial stiffness; the wheel core bears mainly compressive stress in the process of trainoperation, which makes full use of advantage of aluminum alloy material’s compressive performance, and guarantees that the static andfatigue strength properties of aluminum alloy wheel core are the same as the steel wheel.
摘要:An automatic leveling system of catenary operating vehicle was discussed. Software programming was implemented withPLC and analog input module, which realized operation platform automatic leveling of catenary operating vehicle when outer rail wasover high. At the same time, with the automatic leveling system, the operation platform could be automatic reset.

摘要:According to the Standard IEC 62280:2014 for the communication among the subsystems of communication basedtrain control (CBTC), and considering the protocols among on-board ATP, zone controller, Doppler, DMI and BTM, a configurablecommunication protocol was designed. This protocol provided various safety check measures, the fail-safe function of the protocol wasverified when the link failure occurred.

摘要:According to existing rail line construction causing the problem of LKJ data reloading and the current status of LKJ datareloading operation, a technical scheme was proposed of combining the LKJ infrastructure data provided by balise and the LKJ temporarydata provided by IC card to supply LKJ train control data, and the further research was launched on the balise setting, balise messages, thedesign of LKJ temporary data, the control logic of switching between various sources of the LKJ infrastructure data. The actual operationshowed that the mentioned scheme reduced the LKJ data reloading real-time requirement and reloading frequency, which guaranteed thevehicle operation safety.

摘要:The vehicle parameters and performance requirements of integrated bidirectional DC-DC energy storage low-floortrams traction system were introduced, and the traction system traction/braking characteristics, system composition, system matchingcontrol strategy were expounded. Energy storage low-floor trams traction system was composed of traction inverter, bidirectional DCDCconverter and the storage system. The traction inverter and bidirectional DC-DC converter integrated in the main converter met theapplication of traction-braking, overhead lines segment or no overhead lines segment and a variety of operating conditions.

摘要:Referring to crashworthiness design specifications and guidelines of metro train and light rail vehicle of domestic andforeign, by use of the finite element software Hypermesh and LS-DYNA, the process was simulated of one metro train impacting thesame stationary train face to face at the speed of 20 km/h. The mechanical properties of couplers and buffers, couplers’ failure and fallingoffbehaviors were simulated in the model. The crashworthiness, such as the escape space, the longitudinal average acceleration and so on,was evaluated. The result showed that the crashworthiness of this metro train was consistent with the requirements.

摘要:A model of pantograph-catenary system based on the error correlation was put forward, and the least squares supportvector machine (LSSVM) method was used to study the parameters of the model. The error correlation coefficient was analyzed, andbased on existing lines actual test data, pantograph-catenary contact pressure value was simulated and analyzed. The results showed thatthe pantograph-catenary model based on least squares support vector machine could describe the dynamic behavior of contact pressurewith high forecast precision.

摘要:Torsion stiffness of air spring, the important parameter of influencing railway vehicle curve-passing performance, wasresearched. The structure principle of air spring was introduced, and an air spring torsion test bench was designed. Based on the testbench, the influence of the conditions of different torsion vibration amplitude under the same vertical load and the same torsion angleunder different load on air spring torsion stiffness was studied. The results showed that: under the same vertical load, torsion stiffness wasdecreasing with the torsion vibration amplitude increasing, while, under the same torsion angle, torsion stiffness was increasing with thevertical load increasing. The research results provided the reference for air spring development and experiment.

摘要:For improving rail maintenance machine operation precision and ensuring the stability and safety of train operation,maintenance machine operation based on fixed points was adopted. The measurement principle and method of EM-SAT measurementsystem were analyzed, and the results were verified by experiments. The results showed that EM-SAT, the track long string measurementmethod based on fixed points, could be well applied in the domestic existing and new lines.
