      摘要:High-speed EMUs were strict with the performance and reliability, such as efficiency and power density, while traditional asynchronous traction motors had little room for improvement of performances to meet the requirements of new generation high speed railway traction system, so the permanent magnetic traction motors (PMTM) of the high-speed EMUs was developed to improve the performance and reliability of the traction motors. According to the technical characteristics and key technical parameters, a PMTM was designed and manufactured via the design of magnetic path structure, the analysis on prevention of irreversible demagnetization, the lightweight design and the optimization of thermal managements. The experimental results satisfied the technical requirements. A complete set of methods to the PMTM for high-speed EMUs was obtained, which was the theoretical and practical foundation of the further research on the PMTM of the high-speed EMUs

      摘要:In order to explore the flux weakening control principle of PMSM and enhance its performance, three control technologies were compared and analyzed, emphasis on high-speed flux weakening control method and performance, as well as the simulation and experimental study was carried out. The results showed that: direct torque control technology based on the space voltage vector modulation had excellent performance in the flux weakening area, which would be the main direction of future application.

      摘要:A novel vector control method for driving double PMSM based on one control unit commanding two independent main circuit loops was proposed. Using vector control of the rotor filed oriented, input torque command was given with the maximum torque current control principle to implement double current inner loop. Compared with the original asynchronous slip control system, the new method had the advantages of high control precision, fast dynamic response, more suiting for tram car complex operating conditions, no permanent magnet motor excitation current, and obvious energy-saving.

      摘要:DC volt-ampere method was used to identify stator resistance, and high-frequency injection method and pulse voltage method were used to identify stator inductance of PMSM. The two identification inductance methods were analyzed and compared, and with the PMSM mathematical model, the off-line calculation of permanent magnet flux linkage was derived. Simulation and experiment result showed that off-line identify stator resistance, stator inductance and permanent magnet flux linkage was effective.

      摘要:The longitudinal rod, a key structure in the middle of a complex rail vehicle body’s underframe, was respectively dispersed into the solid element and shell element in the structure strength analysis for the whole body based on the operation condition of longitudinal compression, as well as the difference and defects of the two conventional modeling methods were indicated. In order to solve the problems of conventional modeling methods, it’s presented that using solid element to disperse longitudinal rod and its surrounding parts in the sub-model to receive precise result, which was helpful for the structure optimization analysis. The results showed: using sub-model technology, in the proceed of analyzing structure strength of the complex rail vehicle body, could obtain more accurate result efficiently with proper cut-boundary; In the design of body structure, taking more consideration on the coordination of the structure stiffness was beneficial to improve the body structure strength.

      摘要:AC-DC electric locomotive generally used feedback-resistor braking mode, which took energy from traction power network to ensure the cooling fan working, resulting in great resources waste and environmental pollution. So, a kind of energy feedback solution applied to the braking mode of AC-DC electric locomotive was presented. Principle and realization of AC-DC electric locomotive energy feedback braking and the braking energy feedback to the grid were demonstrated in detail, which was validated by the experimental results.

      摘要:The time for brake command reception/transmission, train braking/release, and train charging differed as the locomotive position changes in heavy haul combined train, based on analyzing the effect of vehicle marshalling mode on performance for the 20 000 t combined trains running on Shuohuang railway, and combined the static test data, the proposal of braking performance of "2+1+1 marshalling " mode was better than that of the "1+1 marshalling " mode was provided.

      摘要:1 700 V trench IGBT with a design of strip-cells and dummy trench structure was developed based on the trench gate key processes in 8 inch fabrication. In dummy trench structure area, the effect of P-well interconnection types on IGBT’s static/ dynamic performance and safe operation area were studied by Silvaco simulation and substrate testing. Compared with the two P-well interconnection typeed, device with floating P-well showed lower conduction and switching losses, and wider RBSOA than that with ground P-well. The intrinsic mechanism which made the difference was analyzed. The device with floating P-well, field stop structure and carrier storage layer showed a decent comprehensive performance, and had passed necessary qualification before release.

      摘要:In order to improve the current receiving quality of pantograph/ flexible catenary system, the pantograph/flexible catenary operation simulation test rig was established to study the influence of rail transit catenary parameters on the contact force of pantograph/ flexible catenary by physical and virtual combination method, and then the current receiving characteristics of the pantograph/flexible catenary was studied. Researches showed that when flexible catenary structure height was 1.5 m, span was 62 m, the tension of carrier cable and contact wire was 15 kN, carrier cable line density was 0.8 kg/m, contact lines density was 1.5 kg/m, and contact wire sag was 45 mm, for single cosine wave was not smooth, the wavelength should be greater than 3.2 m , and the sine wave was not smooth, wavelength should be greater than 5.5 m, the current receiving was the best for pantograph/ flexible catenary system.

      摘要:For the issue of ergonomics arrangement of multi-level coach cab console, the 60 display and control apparatus on the control desk, which took important degree and usage frequency as calculated variables, were classified by using the between-groups average linkage of hierarchical cluster analysis and revealed cluster process & results by output agglomeration schedule and dendrogram; the priority classification of cluster analysis results for all devices on console were carried out with quantitative analysis by defining significance chain value; the parts selection of console was proceeded according to selection process, function, steering type and task demand of devices; on the basis of above mentioned, the 3D modeling of display and control devices layout on console was accomplished combine with human factors design principles, device layout rules, working space and visual fields partitions, then, the construing and checking of work space and visual fields were processed in accordance with the 5th percentile female and the 95th percentile male human model in Manikin library under the condition of sitting upright in front of console, the results showed that the cab console and apparatus layout completely meet human vision and work space requirements.

      摘要:To solve the constraint that the heavy-duty machineries had wide dispersion working region, treatment failure diagnosis of which was not convenient, the general remote diagnosis platform system of heavy-duty machinery for the electrical control systems was designed. With analysis of network communication protocol, and following the "open and close" system design principle, network communication part was designed to relatively independent subsystem for remote diagnosis function easy extending to new heavy-duty machinery. With a long time verification of field operation, the proposed network communication mechanism was proved satisfying the system function and performance requirement.

      摘要:Through the establishment of a single magnet-suspension system-track beam interaction model, characteristic requirements of track beam was described, and state change of a single magnet in suspension was studied from track beam long-wave irregularity, shortwave irregularity, track beam stiffness and speed of vehicles. The results showed that: single magnet levitation gap change increased as the speed increasing; short-wave irregularity impacting on the vehicle was severer than the long-wave irregularity impacting, and shortwave irregularity had a greater impact on a single magnetic levitation gap and vibration acceleration; track beam stiffness of the rail beam influenced the deflection changes the most significantly, but had little effect on the levitation gap and single magnet vibration acceleration.

      摘要:In order to research the relationship characteristic between the interference fit value and stress value of wheel-axle, the traditional contact stress formula based on the mechanics of elasticity and the finite element method was applied. Graphs according to the stress data of 11 picked axle sections and corresponding interference fit value was drawn out, and the linear correlation coefficient r by numerical analysis method was calculated. The analysis results showed that there was a good linear correlation between the calculated stress value and the interference fit value of wheet-axle, and the stress value of the wheel-axle mating area on the axle was influenced greatly and the other areas were less influenced by the interference fit value.

      摘要:The FE model of the gear, established by finite element software ANSYS, and the dynamic model of gear-pair, established by multi-body dynamic software SIMPACK, were combined to simulate. The gear’s FE model was used to compute the stiffness of the teeth, which was taken to calculate the integration stiffness of the gear-pair and imported to the SIMPACK model of gear-pair. Without the gear-pair force element, the gear-pair SIMPACK model was built through moved Markers, function expressions and input functions, to realize the meshing behavior, with techniques of generalized resonance and demodulated resonance, the faults could be diagnosed. The results showed that the difference of meshing integration stiffness between ANSYS and SIMPACK calculation was 2.65 percent. The error between meshing-vibration model and Gear-pair force element was controlled under 10 percent. The type of faults could be located by the frequency and the security level could be measured by the amplitude to reach the purpose of faults’ diagnosis.

      摘要:Aim at the problem of traction motor minimum energy consumption for metro vehicle, a field current given strategy based on maximum torque per ampere control target was proposed, which could make the motor operate at constant torque range, constant power range and constant voltage range smoothly and effectively. According to the traction characteristics curve under different speed of the motor, and considering the max voltage and current limitation and the field current influencing on mutual inductance, the optimized given field current control was designed, which could obtained the same torque performance with the minimum motor current and improve motor efficiency. Simulation and experiment showed that the motor could operate at the whole speed range stably, practical current of which was lower than the designed.

      摘要:Basic parameters of the 70% low-floor tram car and structural features of the motor bogie were introduced. The calculation outline of motor bogie frame of the 70% low-floor tram car was made based on the European standard EN13749. The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to calculate the static strength, fatigue strength and modal analysis of the motor bogie frame. The results showed that the frame was able to meet the strength requirements, each-order modal model of which was on relatively high frequency, without obviously weak part.

The relevant linear motor vehicle energy consumption data and research conclusion could provide reference for vehicle energy consumption study and new railway lines design.
