摘要:In order to solve the defects of traditional EMUs traction converter maintenance mode, converter prognostic and health management technologies were introduced. The principle of the fault diagnosis of prognostic and health management of traction converter based on HMM model and wavelet analysis method was discussed, and the MATLAB simulation model was built and researched, which verified the feasibility of the methods.

摘要:A novel synchronization modulation technology based on flux trajectory tracking control was presented to resolve the high PWM harmonic problem because of using low switching frequency inverter for high power AC driving system. The optimum switching angles were got off-line according to the principle that the total current harmonic of motor was least, which derived the trajectory of stator flux. While the system was in working state, the flux threshold of special position was calculated real-timely and the stator flux estimated was compared with the flux threshold, so the synchronization modulation based on stator flux trajectory tracking control was realized. The simulation and experiment showed that the method presented was feasible and right.
摘要:Parameter optimization for a C0-C0 locomotive secondary lateral damper using SIMPACK dynamic simulation software was achieved, and the influence of locomotive secondary lateral damper on the lateral stability under different installation positions or different failure status was analyzed, which provided a reference for the design of the C0-C0 locomotive secondary lateral dampers.
摘要:Since the traditional differential signal network repeater did not have the ability to codec and was unable to realize the special control of the MVB frames, a design of MVB repeater based on FPGA was put forward. The design processes of the repeater’s decoder and encoder were analyzed in detail, including the repeater time delay analysis and calculation, the judgment and truncation of super-long MVB frames, the time delay setting and implementation of the interframe spacing adjustment, etc. Through the actual test and the comparative analysis of time parameter, the feasibility of the design was verified.
摘要:Aiming at the security of the certain 200 km/h speed level B0-B0 passenger locomotive transport across the line, dynamic model of the locomotive was established with multi-rigid-body dynamics software SIMPACK. Under the conditions of using different thicknesses rim standard tread, and the tolerance limit of dedicated passenger railway track and back-to-back distance of the wheelset, four working conditions of the wheel/rail limit gap were completed dynamics analyses. The results showed that the horizontal stability, straight and curve negotiation of the locomotive could meet the requirements of safe operation under the working conditions of the wheel/ rail limit gap; with the increase of wheel/rail clearance, the locomotive dynamics performance became worse, especially for horizontal performance.

摘要:To explore the dynamic stiffness characteristics of air spring, based on the CFD and the fluid-structure coupling method, the finite element solid model of the air spring with an auxiliary chamber was constructed in the ABAQUS, and internal gas part of the air spring was established in STAR-CCM+, and data timely exchange by SIMULIA between ABAQUS and STAR-CCM +, and eventually the dynamic stiffness of the air spring was obtained. The study results show that: when the excitation frequency change from 1 Hz to 10 Hz, dynamic stiffness of the air spring vary markedly; at the same frequency, the greater the load pressure is, the greater the air spring dynamic stiffness is; the greater the excitation amplitude is, the greater the dynamic stiffness of air spring is; the amplitude of vibration has great influences on the dynamic stiffness of air spring.

摘要:According to the characteristics of parking brake and CRH2 EMUs brake system, a design scheme and pipe gram and electric control circuits used for parking brake in CRH2 was proposed , and the theoretical calculation was done. The proposed parking brake module perfect function structure is matched well with the brake system in CRH2 EMUs.
摘要:Based on the establishment of a middle/low-speed maglev train traction calculation model, an innovative kind of uphill traction strategy was presented, which was benefit to reduce energy and save time in comparison to the traditional traction strategy. The principle of time and energy saving was analyzed, and the optimization algorithm was verified through simulation program on the base of engineering background. The practical simulation results showed if the low-limit of the coasting speed for trains was regarded as the one that reached the top of the hill, this speed was more time and energy saving than others.
摘要:The development background of network control system for turnout stabilizer was introduced. The turnout stabilizer principle and general design idea were described, focusing on the key technologies such as stabilizer control, clamper control and downforce control. Key communication parameters of CAN-bus were calculated and analyzed. Loading test show that the system runs reliably and stably.
摘要:A new type of integrated technology for railway engineering vehicles, which called PIMD, was introduced. The integrated design concept and method were stated, and the finite element analysis tool was used to conduct the generalized analysis of design structure. At last, the advancement of PIMD and its broad application prospects in railway engineering industry was presented.
摘要:Mixed power system composed with the three power units of fuel cell, power battery and super capacitor for hydrogen fuel cell tramcar was designed, and the control method for the driving mode and brake mode was researched. In the driving mode, based on DC-bus voltage control, power units were switched in with the sequence of fuel cell, power battery and super capacitor to satisfied the vehicle driving power requirement; in the brake mode, regenerated energy was absorbed by super capacitor and power battery sequentially. The power matching problem of fuel cell and combined energy-storage system double-mode operation was settled, which realized the vehicle max design speed and improved the economy. With the test, the operation conditions, hydrogen consumption and fuel cell power variation were analyzed, and the mixed power structure and control method were validated.
摘要:The development status of 100% low floor modern tramcar was presented generally. The characteristics of main types of 100% low floor modern tramcar were summarized. A comparison and analysis between main types of 100% low floor modern tramcar on train formation flexibility, passenger capacity and availability was made, and some suggestions about how to select 100% low floor modern tramcar was put forward.

摘要:Existing condition of short-time large current collector development was introduced, and a new passivity collector was developed. The temperature calculation and elevating structure was discussed emphatically. The collector had passed the temperature test and operation verification, the results of which showed that the experimental result agreed with the theoretical analysis.

摘要:According to the contrast of different grounding methods of AC 400V power supply system for metro vehicle, a new grounding method was commended. The characteristic, the academic and selection principle of components of the earth method was described combining practical metro project. It was indicated that the new grounding method met the requirement of the continuity and maintenance of the metro vehicle power supply system with the minimum cost.

摘要:Base situation of Nanchang metro line 1 vehicles was introduced. The vehicle dynamic performance and the traction & braking characteristics were calculated and simulated, as well as the rescue capability and power consumption. The calculation and simulation results showed that the performance of electric drive system met the design requirements. The Nanchang metro line 1 vehicles and their electric drive systems have passed the field type test and running inspection, and now are operating with passengers, which show a good performance.

摘要:When EMUs run at a high speed, the pantograph would be affected by airflow and blown up in dropping status, which would result in catenary short-circuit fault. In order to evaluate the pantograph aerodynamics characteristics in dropping status and ensure pantograph performance and safety operation, pantograph aerodynamics experimental research in dropping status under strong wind condition for the Lanzhou to Wulumuqi passenger railway CRH2G EMUs was carried up. The experimental results indicated that the pantograph blowing up force was far less than the dropping holding force, so the passive rising pantograph risk because of airflow action couldn’t exist.
摘要:A pure-software simulation method was proposed to test and verify logic control software, and the design ideas and concrete implementation was introduced. A pure PC software simulation test platform for TCU control logic was designed based on LabVIEW software to simulate the data stream of TCU outside logic environment, and realized real-time data exchange by OPC protocol and TCU logic control software. Result of application indicated that the simulation test platform could test and verify all kinds of control functionsof of logic control software with the absence of any TCU hardware and outside environment, which improved the debugging convenience and work efficiency effectively.
摘要:Radar velocity measurement was widely used in the rail transit, while the algorithm was the key to the system. Relevant contents of the classical power spectral estimation and modern power spectral estimation were introduced, the latter was expounded emphatically. Through the simulation with Matlab, and by observing and analyzing signal waveform and power spectrum, the feasibility of the theory was verified. At last, the algorithm was successfully run on target object to measure the velocity by analyzing the radar sensor output signal.

摘要:A USB interface automatic test method for vehicle-carried device was introduced, which was used to evaluate USB stability through monitoring the CPU load ratio, memory occupancy and transfer rate in the vehicle-carried device USB data transmission. The test method was used to test the function and performance of vehicle-carried device USB interface effectively, and ensured the USB communication reliability, which improved the operating efficiency greatly.
