摘要:Aiming at the problems of large energy consumption, serious emission, noise pollution and so forth brought by the rapid development of the rail transit transportation system, with internet concept introducing and adopting information communication technology (ICT) and intelligent methodology to subversively gentrify the rail transit development pattern, an idea wsa proposed to realize energy information fusion and develop a rail transit high-efficiency and clean energy internet which operated in an intelligent way of energy consumption, transmission and providing. Firstly, the fundamental architecture of rail transit energy internet in detail was described. Then, the technical characteristics, academic connotation and benefits were pointed out. Finally, the crucial technology chain of rail transit internet was introduced.

摘要:On the basis of analyzing the current situation of the security and reliability of the high-speed train system at home andabroad, a complete set of system security and reliability analysis method system and evaluation process for the high-speed train was putforward, and the reliability analysis method of reliability network model and security domain risk assessment was deeply studied. Themethod and its evaluation process were verified based on the actual data of China’s CRH2 high-speed train, promoting the formation ofChina’s high-speed train safety reliability analysis and evaluation standard which was compatible to international standards, as well asproviding technical support for the design and operation of high-speed train′s safety and reliability.
摘要:The adhesion control technical level of the new generation electric locomotive made in China represented by Shenhua and20E locomotive for South Africa was introduced. Aiming at the traction requirement, adhesion utilization control software for Shenhua and20E electric locomotive was improved, and adhesion control strategies based on direct control of adhesion force and differential accelerationadhesion control strategy were offered. The experiment data and acceptance procedure was provided. By the comparison with Toshiba 19Eelectric locomotive, the performance of Shenhua and 20E electric locomotive adhesion control software was proved reached advanced level.

摘要:In order to improve the development efficiency and quality of brake control unit, an integrated design method based onsimulation technology was proposed. With the introduction of brake system composition and brake control unit operation principles,based on the design method, simulation modeling and off-line simulation of brake control unit and the controlled object was realized, aswell as the rapid control prototype (RCP) and the hardware-in-the-loop simulation (HILS) of brake control unit, which implemented thedevelopment and tests of brake control unit. The test result presents the fulfillment of the brake control unit, and verifies the effectivenessof the design method based on simulation technology.

摘要:Based on energy conservation principle, DC input harmonics current of the SPWM-mode traction inverter was deducedwith AC-side instantaneous power calculation, and harmonics frequency spectrum of DC-side current was revealed. Then, harmonics ofrailway supply line current and support capacitor current was conducted. A simulation using Matlab/Simulink for an inverter supplied by aDC voltage system was performed, which verified the theoretical analysis in this paper.
摘要:Temperature rise of the capacitor played the key role for the DC-link capacitor life and using stability, while thetemperature rise depended on the ripple current. The calculation method of ripple current was summarized with theoretical calculation,simulation and test verification, which provided a basis for engineering personnel to choose the DC-link capacitor, design the coolingmethod and calculate the cooling capacity.

摘要:To realize the 17 t axis weight lightweight target for SDD22 electric-driving diesel locomotive exporting to Pakistan andsatisfy car body strength and stiffness requirement, as well as easy to install and remove diesel generators, new designs were adopted for thecar body, such as overhung-type bolster, locomotive end recovery device, hood-type power room module, free recuperation and new-structurecar door etc. With finite element model analysis, the strength, stiffness and modal of car body was proved satisfying requirements.
摘要:One kind of light-weight metal-rubber bushing of four rod couplings was introduced, which reduced weight by using thealuminum. Through FEA calculation, pre-compression verification, fatigue test, and a little batch production verification, the reliability ofthis light-weight metal-rubber bushing was verified. As the axle load was constant, light-weight parts design could reduce the weight ofvehicle and add load, which satisfied the development trend of rolling stock.
摘要:Aiming at the problems of electric locomotive traction converters affected by the bad application environment andthe control strategy, which brought high frequency harmonic for sampling signal of control and protection and affected the controlperformance and judgment of protection actions, and considering the characteristics of Butterworth low-pass filter, such as maximally flatamplitude-frequency response and good linear phase, as well as the advantages of simple structure and easy to design, a kind of tractionconverters signal processing method based on Butterworth low-pass filter was studied, and the design principle of Butterworth low-passfilter was introduced in detail. The experimental results showed that the designed Butterworth low-pass filter could effectively filter outhigh-frequency signal of traction converter.

摘要:Pantograph frame multiple rigid-body dynamics model with R/W equation based on relative coordinate system was built,and the motion differential equations and constraint equations were derived. Based on Lagrangian Multiplier Method and constraintviolation stabilization method, the motion differential equations were resolved. Numerical simulation of pantograph static (with gravityaction) and dynamic (with simple sinusoidal interference) state was carried out, and the rotation angle and torque result was comparedwith multiple dynamics software Recurdyn. The max error 1.14% of the comparing results validated the accuracy of the built model.

摘要:The geometry structure and application category of traction motor driving system with different suspension in locomotivesystem was introduced. From the view point of actual application in engineering and based on the theory of vehicle-track couplingdynamics, the vertical dynamic model of each suspension with three rigid bodies and multi degrees of freedom which included the frameand driving system was established by way of Mass-Stiffness-Damping on the frame of B0-B0. At the same time, according to the structureof the geometry and movement relationship, the vibration differential equation of each body in each suspension was established by wayof D’Alembert principle, which provided principle base for numerical and simulation analysis for vertical vibration of driving system.Taking the nose suspension system as object, the correctness and reliability of the mathematical model was verified, and the vibrationcharacteristics of each rigid body was analyzed.

摘要:In order to improve the comfort of train air condition, considering the factors of human body heat load and car bodythermal transmission and so on, a complete thermodynamic model of the train compartments was established. With consideration of thecoupling reaction of the air condition compressor, the ventilator and the fresh air door, the fuzzy control method was used to design thecontroller of train air condition. The simulation result with Simulink demonstrated that the system has not only a better efficiency, but alsoa higher accuracy and good robustness, which has important practical significance for improving the comfort of train air condition.

摘要:POWERLINK, the novel real-time Ethernet communication protocol, was introduced from operation principle andperformance characteristics. In order to implement POWERLINK under VxWorks OS, the design idea and software realization of protocolstack transplanting to VxWorks platform was expounded, including protocol stack banding, timer configure and interrupt service programprocessing etc. At last, the ported program was tested, which showed the characteristics of strong load, high real time and reliability ofPOWERLINK.
摘要:For satisfying the higher and higher application requirement to DDU for new type locomotives, a new modular designmethod of locomotive DDU’s application software was proposed. The software structure design was introduced, which realized thedisrelation between program and communication protocol and flexibility of locomotive primary attributes’ diversification configuration, aswell as adopted several mature logic processing modules to improve software developing efficiency and reduce the developing and testingcircle. The technology has been successfully applied in locomotive projects in Malaysia and Ethiopia, and achieved good results.

摘要:On the basis of overall analyzing of suspended monorail vehicle bogie in Chiba Japan, the structure and connection of thecomponents were simplified, and the dynamic model of the vehicle by using ADAMS software was established. By using the maximumradial force of steering wheel as the evaluation index of vehicle curve negotiation performance, and considering the different vehiclespeed and the cornering stiffness of running wheel, the dynamic change rule of the radial force of steering wheel and its effect on theperformance of vehicle curve through was studied. The simulation indicates that suspended monorail vehicle has good performance incurve negotiation, and the radial force of steering wheel increases with vehicle speed and the cornering stiffness of running wheel.

摘要:Through the force analysis on straddle-type monorail vehicle bogie and the track beam, the safety performance evaluationindexes of straddle-type monorail vehicle through curve were studied, combined with railway and vehicle safety performance evaluationindex. The overturning coefficient of vehicle was revised, and the lateral force of wheel and rail was defined based on the wheel railsafety; and the evaluation method of anti derailment stability was redefined, and it is used to analyze and evaluate the safety performanceof straddle-type monorail vehicle through the S-shaped curve at normal operating speed (36 km/h). It shows that straddle-type monorailvehicle through this curve has good safety performance.
摘要:Based on the existing problems of energy metering device, a high-precision energy metering device was designed toeffectively distinguish the various energy consumption data, so that it could ensure the accuracy and timeliness of energy consumptionmeasurement data. The proposed watt-hour meter device was introduced, including the design scheme, working principle, structurecharacteristic as well as the selection of components and optimized design of the circuit. Rationality of the electricity meter devicestructure, performance reliability, high accuracy of measurement data and good electromagnetic compatibility was verified byexperiments. Loading experiment results indicated that the meter equipment could fully meet the demands of the energy metering, datastorage, display and communication, which provided a reliable guarantee for energy saving and scientific management of the train.

By analyzing the start and stopconditions for recharging, the automatic charge logic was confirmed, which suited for the tramcar charge demands under different statusand avoided the human operation depending on visual signal. The recovery mode judgments were introduced too. The simulation andoperation verified the feasibility of the system.
摘要:Aiming at the problems of LRV TCMS’s real-time fault detection and diagnosis, the study of real-time fault diagnosissystem based on C++ programming language was described. Current fault status information was obtained real-timely by cyclic retrievinga list of fault, and according to the fault dictionary, the fault content was find and located, which displayed through the human machineinterface (HMI) fault display interface for drivers and maintenance personnel. Actual vehicle application demonstrated the effectivenessand scalability of this approach.
摘要:Against the current status that rail transit field had no reliability enhancement test standards, by analyzing the workingenvironment, the main stress to influence DTECS-2 reliability was determined. Reliability enhancement test scheme with temperaturestep stress test (low temperature stepping, high temperature stepping), rapid temperature cycling test, vibration step stress test andcomprehensive stress test was designed. The test triggered 34 kinds of product failure modes, and with analysis and modification, greatlyimproved the inherent reliability of the product.
