摘要:Aiming to the deviations and mistakes of the standardization and system of RAMS had been carried out comprehensively in the field of rail transportation, and the problems of some systems excessive pursuit of so-called security intergrity, the risk, safety, safety integrity and other engineering applications about RAMS in the system of rail transit vehicles were discussed. The corresponding conclusion was proposed to provided reference for the implementation.  
摘要:Because over deloading would reduce wheel-rail adhesion utilization efficiency, it was important to determine the critical time when deloadding should be stopped. Based on wheel-rail adhesion characteristics and the dynamic model of wheel movement, this paper analyzed the variation of both wheel acceleration and vehicle traction force during the deloading and re-adhesion process, derived the optimal time for stopping slip/slide deloadding and developed the procedure for obtaining the optimal time. Experimental results show that, compared to conventional deloading schemes for restraining slip/slide, the proposed method can improve adhesion utilization up to 50%.

摘要:Combining the characteristics of the stainless steel vehicles, considering the premise of the vehicle gauge, weightdistribution and the place requirement of equipment installation and maintenance, a reasonable system layout plan was provided, as wellas the selection of the bolt was analyzed. With test and operation on the line, the equipment layout was validated to satisfy the requirementof vehicle gauge, deviant of axle load and wheel load, installation and maintenance.

摘要:With analyzing characteristics of German produced H-BAHN suspended monorail, and based on the domestic and foreign current standards specifications, and the related patents and literature as well as other related information, a suspended monorail’s bogie structure model was constructed. Function of the primary, secondary suspension system and their components were analyzed, as well as their curve-passing performance.  
摘要:The elastic insulation coatings were developed by using polyether modified resin as binder. The insulation protective coatings for pantograph assemble position of urban rail vehicle was designed with elastic insulation coatings as host. The effect of resins, additives and thickness of elastic insulation coatings on electrical performance, anti-combustibility capability, stain resistant performance, thick painting application properties were investigated. The results shows that electric strength, volume resistivity, water contact angle and anti-combustibility capability of the insulation coatings can reach 32 kV/mm, 3.5×1013Ω·m, 133.8° and requirements for S4, SR2, ST2 and FED<1 specified in DIN 5510, respectively, when the coating is selected a certain resin, phosphorous retardant and modified silicone oil. When a dry insulation coating layer with thickness of over 3.07 mm is obtained, electrical performance of the insulation coatings can meet rule requirements for "GB 10411 DC traction power supply system for urban rail transit".  
摘要:Medium voltage power supply mode, paralled operation power supply mode and their technical characteristics of auxiliary inverter were analyzed, focusing on the operation principle, parallel operation process and fault detection of concentrated and decentralized parallel operation power supply modes. On the whole, the control difficulty of parallel operation power supply is increased, but the operation and maintenance difficulty is reduced greatly.

摘要:The TCMS of Dalian rapid rail line 3 was introduced, including network topology, system composition, redundant design proposal, function design of sub-components, and function test and type test. The test result shows that TCMS software and hardware is stable and reliable, which meets the requirement of anticipatory design.

摘要:The structure and function of the self-development TCMS (train control and monitor system) applied in Guangzhou metro line 3 metro trains were introduced. Application characteristics, control function of traction and braking, and diagnostic function of the TCMS were detailed described. The type test of the independently developed metro trains has been completed and its results are good.

摘要:The application characteristics of adhesion control logic in 120 km/h domestic traction metro trains of Guangzhou metro third-northern line were introduced. Compared with the Siemens train, domestic traction train adhesion control was more outstanding in safety and rigor. Based on wheel-track adhesion characteristics, train antiskid control logic was analyzed emphatically, including skid detection and moment unloading/recovery logic. Test shows that the train antiskid control logic of the project can detect the skid phenomenon effectively and adjust the moment in time, which improves adhesion control performance greatly.

摘要:Aiming to the uncertainty of existing urban rail train start-up speed anomaly judged by human, a train start-up speed anomaly detection method was proposed based on declination threshold of acceleration ratio and its standard deviation. Feasibility and implementation steps of the method were researched. With high certainty and reliability comparing to the human judgment, this method could be used to detect relevant parts hidden faults of train start-up speed variation, which improved the safety of train operation effectively in a certain extent.  
摘要:The conceptual design of battery traction function in Shanghai metro line 16 was introduced from the aspects of main circuit, control circuit, software and battery selection etc., and with simulation and test, the design was validated to satisfy the requirement.

摘要:To fulfill the requirements of intercity EMUs, the main and auxiliary integrated converter was designed, the design details of which including working principle, main technical characteristics and key technologies was introduced. The system combination test and practical application proved the converter could meet all the requirements of the CRH6F intercity EMUs.

摘要:The design idea, system structure, main function and characteristics of TCMS on intercity EMUs; were introduced. The typical application showed that TCMS using the two-level network structure for communication and control, achieved the optimal state of the train control through the mutual cooperation of the network, and provided important guarantee for the development and application of TCMS technology.  
摘要:To improve riding comfort and optimize noise insulation design for high-speed EMUs, the noise source was analyzed, and noise value of high-speed EMUs typical position passenger room was introduced. Noise source under different speed was discussed and indicated mainly from wheel-track noise and pneumatic noise. When the speed of vehicle was under 200 km/h, noise in the passenger room was from wheel-track noise; with the vehicle speed increasing, the pneumatic noise effect was gradually highlighted and became the primary when the speed reached 300 km/h.  
摘要:Synchronization control was one of the base technologies of heavy haul train for freight transportation, principle of which was based on dynamics modeling and traction simulation calculation. In this paper, longitudinal dynamics modeling and traction simulation calculation process of heavy haul train were introduced, and the up-to-date research results were provided, which was consistent to the test.  
摘要:Aiming at the traction converter integrated with auxiliary converter EMUs, a control method which could keep the stability of DC-link voltage and provide normal operating voltage for the auxiliary load was proposed when the EMUs passed the phase separation. The results show that this control method can ensure the EMUs passing the phase separation smoothly and enhance the reliability and comfort.

At last, the foreign application cases of permanent magnet direct-driving traction system were introduced.  
摘要:The main circuit, technical parameters and overall structure of a sort of traction and auxiliary inverter applied under DC 3 000 V power supply system were introduced, and the device selection, mechanical structure and LC filter of auxiliary circuit of the inverter were emphatically analyzed. According to the performance in EMUs commissioning, the inverter operated stably, and met the predefined requirements.  
摘要:Based on the analysis of the usual used GL mechanical filter, three new types of mechanical filters were put forward. The two dimension cyclic symmetric geometry model was built, and combined SIMPLE algorithm with the Realizable k-ε turbulent model and the filter inner gas-solid two-phase flow field was simulated with the Lagrange method. The velocity and pressure distributions of different types were analyzed, and the resistance features and the filtering efficiency were compared. The simulation results show that the third type of the filter has fairly good performance than the common GL type.  
摘要:Mechanism of geomagnetic storms generation and geomagnetical induced current (GIC) affecting the transformer oil tank of high-speed railway vehicle under the way of AT power supply was introduced. By Maxwell software simulation, effect of different GIC values on the electromagnetic characteristics and oil tank losses of the CRH2 EMUs transformer tank was analyzed.

摘要:In order to settle the problems of linear motor bogie axle end device abscission and wheel polygonization attrition, independent intellectual property rights linear motor vehicle bogie was developed by Guangzhou Metro Corporation and CSR Qingdao Sifang Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., Ltd., which adopted no-bolster structure, wheel inner side independent suspension structure and unspaced resilient hanger structure, and had lighter weight and lower energy dissipation than existing BM3000-LIM bogie with good dynamic performance. The practical operation showed the good performance of the bogie, which improved the whole vehicle performance.

摘要:It realized precise position and speed control of driver controller using a servo motor, real-time acquisition and processing of the closing status of cam contact and analog voltage of the potentiometer by using NI data acquisition card and storage of test data using the Access software. The life test system of the train driver controller provides an effective, viable platform and improves the production efficiency, reliability and maintainability.

摘要:In order to test Ethernet communication ability of on-board monitor effectively, professional software test according to RFC2544 test standard was carried out. The Ethernet performance testing indicators definition, test environment setting up, the performance test method and typical performance test scenario design and implementation process of on-board monitor were expounded. Through the professional test, whether equipments meeting the requirements of communication key indicators could be found, as well as communication problems, which guarantee the quality and efficiency of the communication effectively, and provide certain reference for the similar test.

摘要:According to the on-board control displayer starting principle, the scheme, module and its structure, logic flow and its implementation and the actual operation etc of the displayer frequent turning on and turning off automatic closed-loop test were analyzed in detail, which could help to find software & hardware problems in displayer frequent turning on and turning off, and provided reference for other related electronics device test.
