摘要:It was a synergistic, interdependent and interaction relationship between high-speed train and railway, catenaries and airflow. Under high-speed operation conditions, these relations became even stronger, which formed complex coupling dynamics relations. To simulate and experiment the operation service the high-speed train and its coupled sub-systems, the train should be treated as the main focus, with considering various fluid-structure coupled relations between one another, and establishing high-speed train coupled relations innovation architecture were the important quarantee for high-speed train development.
摘要:The braking system design proposal on CRH6 intercity EMUs was introduced. According to the transport demand, the difficulty for development of the braking system was analyzed, and the top design indexes for braking system were indentified. Also, the component, the control, the safety guarantee, the deceleration define, empty and load adjustment, and etc of the braking system were illustrated, and the validation was introduced according to the calculation and routine test.

摘要:Based on the introduction of technical characteristic and difficulty of CRH6 intercity EMUs air-conditioning ventilation system, the top technology indexes, technology analysis, technology scheme and test validation were expounded. The results show that the air-conditioning ventilation system has reasonable technical scheme and good performance, which satisfied the EMUs passenger rooms’air environment comfort requirement for middle-short distance passenger’s transport.
摘要:Aiming at the effect of railway parameters on wheel wear of locomotive, D20E type diesel locomotive dynamics model was built by SIMPACK software. A model combined locomotive dynamics, FASTSIM algorithm and Zobory profile wear model was built, and wheel tread wear simulation program was developed. The effect of railway parametes on wheel wear was analyzed. The results indicated that, the wheel wear depth decreased rapidly with the increase of curve radius; the wear depth obviously decreased and the wear distribution range increased with the increase of rail gauge; the wheel wear depth in America five grade railway, America six grade railway was less than that in America four grade railway; the wear distribution range increased with the worse grade railway; the rail cant was reduced properly, wheel wear would be decreased; decreasing properly the friction coefficient could favorably reduce wheel wear.
摘要:Aiming at the fatal issues of low efficiency, serious fever and low reliability of hard-switching topologies employed in the traditional power supply for maglev controller, a novel high efficiency soft-switching power supply was developed by employing LLC resonant converter topology. The LLC resonant converter had some desirable features such as zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) of primary and secondary side MosFETs and zero-current-switching (ZCS) of secondary diodes over the entire operating range, thus the conversion efficiency of power supply could be increased significantly. The experimental results show that the 92% peak efficiency can be achieved under 330V nominal input voltage.

摘要:A finite element model of a pad-wheel brake device was established using ABAQUS to predict the brake squeal noise. The influence of friction coefficient between the friction body and the tread, Young’s modulus of the friction body and the back plate on the brake squeal noise are studied. Results show that the friction coefficient had a significant influence on squeal noise, reducing the friction coefficient could suppress the occurrence of the brake squeal noise; and under the premise of without influencing on the braking performance, increasing the Young’s modulus of the friction body or decreasing the Young’s modulus of the back plate appropriately could suppress the occurrence of the brake noise.
摘要:For solving the two-dimension wheel/rail contact problem in statics, the gap element method was integrated into the vector form intrinsic finite element method to write a contact program (V-5-gap). A relationship between the contact stiffness and the normal load had been obtained for a wide load range, which was employed to determine the suitable contact stiffness. Taking the contact stiffness of 14 t axle load instead of gap elements, the corresponding conduct condition using V-5 was calculated. The result indicates that the contact pressure distribution of this model is consistent with those of ABAQUS and Hertz; Results under the axle loads of 10 t, 16 t and 20 t show that the maximum contact pressure and contact area changes reasonably with the normal load; and the contact pressure distribution calculated with V-5 method agrees well with Hertz’s result, which validates the contact model and the related contact stiffness searching approach.

Furthermore, the scheme of optimal design through considering brake disc material, structure and its matching for brake shoe was provided.

摘要:Through analyzing the system composition and working principle of ATIS (Automatic Train Identification System) for common speed trains, the function requirement and system constitution of ATIS on-board system for high-speed EMUs was proposed, and the on-board system topology structure which matching well with all types of vehicle information devices was designed. The data interface, message structure, coding mode, data exchange nexus & interaction mechanism between ATIS on-board equipments and EMUs information devices was designed and analyzed, the ATIS on-board system overall arrangement scheme which fulfilled high-speed EMUs operation demands was contrived, which realized the EMUs attribute information remote online acquisition, and enhanced the transportation organization efficiency.
摘要:Aim at the problem of D-STATCOM output containing plenty of switching ripple, LCL filter was designed. Influence of LCL filter parameters on the compensation characteristic of D-STATCOM was studied. Considering the compensation capacity of the D-STATCOM, the compensation current switch ripple, the grid THD, the resistance loss and the other factors, a method of designing LCL filter was presented, and the compensation characteristic of the D-STATCOM with the LCL filter was researched with simulation. The results proved that the output filter designed in this method had very good inhibitory effect on high-frequency switch ripple, and greatly improved the compensation performance of the D-STATCOM.
摘要:The characteristic and principles of HXD1C electric locomotive automatic neutral-section passing control were introduced.Strategy of real-time traction power reduction slope was given to resolve the unbalance of traction power adjustment below fixed power reduction slope after entering neutral-section. The calculation and advantage of real-time traction power reduction slope was especially introduced in detail. Application indicated that the reduction of traction power was accurately after strategy of real-time power reduction slope applied, which helped HXD1C locomotive passing the neutral-section safely with heavy haul train.

摘要:By using ANSYS parameterized design language APDL, the entirely parameterized modeling of the rotor of traction motor was created, and the strength simulation of it was carried out under the rated work condition. On this basis, an analysis and a comparison were made regarding the influence of magnitude of interference, oil slot chamfer and coefficient of friction on the shaft’s equivalent stress, contact pressure and slippage in order to provide data reference for the fatigue failure of the cone shaft.
摘要:Based on Navier-Strokes equation of the incompressible viscous fluid and Spalart-Allmaras turbulence model, external flow field characteristics of the CMS-04 low speed maglev train were investigated using the finite volume method. The aerodynamic drag with and without the horizontal wind were calculated at different speeds, the drag equations were deduced by the data and the differences were analyzed particularly. It reports that the air drag’s variations with the speed of the vehicle and the wind, can be provided for the calculation of the low-speed maglev vehicle traction.
摘要:A railway maintenance machines communication, marshalling and cooperation system based on wireless communication technology was introduced. With control message exchanging and dispatching of maintenance machines group, multiple maintenance machines cooperation control could be realized, which improved the utilization ratio of maintenance machines and ensured railway maintenance operation safety.

摘要:In view of the current situation that locomotive compressed air quality was not under control, to ensure the safety operation of the locomotive, some ideas of online detection for locomotive compressed air quality were put forward. From the working principle, implementation plans, verification test and other aspects, design process of compressed air quality detecting device for locomotive was elaborated. Test result shows that the online detection equipment can measure the quality of compressed air effectively, and is a new guarantee for the safety and reliability operation of locomotive.
摘要:Although, extended power mode and cross power mode were put to use widely in subway auxiliary power system ,there were some problems such as big volume ,high noise level in these two mode. Furthermore ,it affected the travel experience seriously when the power system was switched to light load mode because of one of the auxiliary inverter failed. In terms of these situations, parallel auxiliary power system was developed. Taking Malaysia Ampang extension line project as an example, an grid-connected control design of auxiliary power system was introduced based on power droop method . The grid-connected control theory and application were shown detailly . The system was proved steady with good current sharing performance, which could fully fulfil the demands of subway vehicles and improved the power supply redundancy and travel experience.
摘要:In order to verify the function and reliability of urban rail train renewable energy feedback system, mathematical model of energy feedback converter with double-loop control strategy and SVPWM modulation was built, and the simulation and test were brought out. The results showed that the renewable energy feedback system could maintain the DC bus voltage steady and ensure the safety of the train, as well as realize braking energy feeding back to the grid with good quality.
摘要:According to the reactive power analysis of urban mass transit supply system, it was expounded that for the reactive power compensation calculation, the power quality evaluation point and power factor value should be clear firstly, and the average monthly power factor calculation with initial operation load should be based, also, the low-voltage APF and regenerative energy absorption effected on the reactive power compensation should be considered too, which helped to reduce the installation capacity of concentration reactive compensation and reach reasonable resource configuration.

摘要:In order to suppress the influence of link voltage fluctuations and load changes on subway auxiliary inverter output voltage, a multi feedforward PID compound control strategy was proposed based on output voltage instantaneous value feedback, link voltage and output current feedforward. The design methods of the feedback controller and the multi feedforward controller were described. The simulation verification of the proposed control strategy was performed by using Matlab/Simulink simulation software. At the meantime, the experiment was carried out in a 200 kVA subway auxiliary inverter prototype which had a DSP+FPGA control system.The simulation and experiment results demonstrate the proposed control strategy makes the auxiliary inverter meet the industry standards well with the advantages of stable output voltage wave, low THD, better anti-disturbance ability and fast dynamic response.

摘要:Through the analysis for the necessity of onboard energy storage system for urban transit vehicle braking, the rationality of using the super capacitor type energy storage device was put forward. By establishing the model of onboard energy storage system for urban rail transit vehicle braking, and introducing the working principle of braking energy storage system, the selection of main components parameters, including the selection of the super capacitor voltage range, super capacitor capacity, super capacitor determination of the quantity and the inductance was analyzed respectively. Through simulation calculation of the size of the regenerative braking energy, optimal initial charging voltage was determinated based on power-capacity constraint, then the super capacitor array optimization configuration was completed, which provided analysis basis for the overall structure of the energy storage system design and selection of inductance and capacitance.

摘要:Combining the characteristics of the stainless steel vehicles, considering the premise of the vehicle gauge, weight distribution and the place requirement of equipment installation and maintenance, a reasonable system layout plan was provided, as well as the selection of the bolt was analyzed. With test and operation on the line, the equipment layout was validated to satisfy the requirement of vehicle gauge, deviant of axle load and wheel load, installation and maintenance.

摘要:Control idea and technical characteristic of America Westinghouse RT5 brake system applying on Changsha metro line 2 was introduced, and the development tendency of railway transit brake technology was discussed. Since the operation of Changsha metro line 2, the brake system works well.
