摘要:To ensure the safety and reliability of intercity EMUs control, and promote the control intelligence, the network topology ofTCN adding Ethernet was adopted, which was based on TCN, Ethernet and broad-ground wireless communication, and combined with faultdiagnosis and big data processing. In ensuring safe and reliable operation the intelligence level of intercity EMUs is improved.

摘要:Railway and traction system features of intercity EMUs were analyzed, and the ability requirement of the EMU waspointed out. Traction platform scheme of CRH6 series intercity EMUs was expounded in detail, and the simulation and test of system andparts validated the good performance of the traction system.

摘要:According to general technology principals, requirements and operation characteristics of railway train control system, thefeasible solution and key techniques of converting CTCS2-200C ATP to intercity railway train control on-board ATP were studied. Theintercity railway train control on-board ATP inherited all safe functions of CTCS2-ATP and intercity ATP, which satisfied the all safetyoperation requirements. The researching has been applied by PRD intercity railway.

摘要:In order to examine the reliability of IGBT modules , IGBT package structure was analyzed and a new model of powercycling was proposed based on the traditional method. Tests were performed on IGBT modules by power cycling and the failed situationwas shown. Compared to traditional life prediction and reliability evaluation of IGBT, the new power cycling method proposed in thispaper is more closer to the actual application and also more useful to IGBT failure analysis.

摘要:In order to choose an appropriate suspension method of equipment under car for higher-speed test EMUs, the rigidflexiblecoupling multi-body dynamics SIMPACK model of the higher-speed test EMUs was built to analysis the coupled vibrationbetween carbody and the equipment under car. Different suspension methods had also been tested by the rolling rig test. Both thesimulation and experimental results show that, for the large mass equipment under car, the elastic suspension method is better than therigid one in dynamic performance. For the elastic suspension method, the larger dynamic and static stiffness ratio is more reasonable.

摘要:To fulfill the requirement of wide-range power supply, an inductor-couple step-down CUK converter was designed. Inputand output current of the converter in steady state was analyzed, which showed the continuous current feature, in favour of improveconverter power density; and a kind of variable frequency control strategy and its realization method were presented, which solved thestability problem of the converter. Experiment and batch on-board test validated the proposed design.

摘要:The Maxwell model, which was the simplified model of anti-yaw damper, was introduced. High-speed EMUs model wasestablished by using SIMPACK. Based on nonlinear and linear stability analysis, the influence of anti-yaw damper series stiffness withdifferent primary longitudinal stiffness and equivalent conicity on critical speed was studied. It showed that the influence of anti-yawdamper series stiffness with different primary longitudinal stiffness on critical speed was different. The anti-yaw damper series stiffnesswith different primary longitudinal stiffness and equivalent conicity had different optimal value.

摘要:Based on the study of communication protocols of WTB, an optimization algorithm of WTB inauguration was proposed,and a hardware implementation platform of SOPC was built. It’s basically realized the function of WTB inauguration by the debug of relinkingmarshalling with the standard WTB equipments of foreign. Validity of the algorithm was verified, which will accumulate someexperience for the study of core technology of autonomy to high speed EMUs.
摘要:Taking 160 km/h electric locomotive body as lightweight goal, the finite element model for the locomotive body was builtand the static strength for the locomotive body was calculated. Considering the factors of structure strength and stiffness and taking theminimum total weight body as the goal and taking the plate thinkness parameters of body structure as design variables, an optimizationmodel was formulated to optimize the design variables using feasible direction method, and an optimization design of the railroad wagonwas achieved. Through sensitivity analysis, by updating the design variables, the car body structure was further optimized. Locomotivebody total weight reduced 7.44% after simulation optimization design, which has reached the design target.

摘要:In recent years, there was a big difference between the theoretical results and experimental results of typical welded jointsof the transition zone of draft beam and the center beam in the structural analysis of heavy-loaded locomotive body when using the shellelements. In order to solve this problem, it was presented that using the shell element and solid element to disperse typical welded joints ofthe transition zone of draft beam and the center beam. Based on the operation conditions of locomotive, the theoretical stress distributionof longitudinal compressive and tensile load cases were decided, which were also compared with the experimental results. Effect of shelland solid element for the stress distribution of typical welded joint was studied; the region’s local structure had also been optimized. Theresults show as follows: in the typical weld joint area, solid element have a more precise calculation than the shell element, and has a highdegree of agreement with the experimental results; using the solid element can accurately simulate the stress distribution of high stressconcentration welded joints.

摘要:This article introduced the structure, performance parameters, main components and calculation of the rapid rail-replacingcar. The rail-replacing car replaced the old rail in the seamless track with new rail utilizing the open window time, and can self run formaintenance operation. Compared with the traditional rail-replacing mode, it can minimize the open window time, reduce the manualoperation strength, and improve the rail-replacing efficiency.
摘要:To explore the use of wireless communication technology in high-speed trains passenger service, the 3rd generationcommunication system for railway passengers, the on-board WiFi system and the in-flight entertainment system were reviewed. In thispaper, we proposed a novel wireless LAN based passenger entertainment and information system for high-speed trains, focusing on thesystem architecture and its application. This system can greatly improve the passenger experience during the high-speed train journey.

摘要:A solution of locomotive’s failure data storage was given for the updating desire of KZ4A locomotive’s DCU. Using highperformance DSP to calculate the failure data collected by high-speed AD convertor, and using the technology of power storage and massstorage, a locomotive’s failure data storage device was designed. The hardware structure and software block diagram had been introduced.The device enhances the function of old DCUs as TEC_DU2103A, and shortens the analysis time of the field failure.
摘要:To settle the high-fault-ratio problems of air compressor pressure sensor for one locomotive, a novel design was proposedwith a sealed secondary laser welding, new technologies and new processes, which greatly increased the reliability of the pressure sensorfrom basic structure and the hardware circuit. The on-board test showed that the new pressure sensor satisfied the operation requirementwith good effect.
摘要:Based on the analysis of the servo control system of 08-32 tamping device, we took the proportional valve of 08-32tamping device as research object, which controled the lifting movement displacement of tamping device. Aiming at the characteristicsof great inertia, non-linear and time changeable in the control of tamping device lifting movement, a fuzzy self-adaptive PID controlmethod was proposed with adopting fuzzy control theory, and a fuzzy PID controller was designed to compare with the conventional PIDcontroller. By simulation comparison, it proves that the tamping device with fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller has the advantages on realtime,fast response, small overshoot, usability and veracity.
摘要:Aiming at the existing problem of route choice in traditional computer interlocking protection, a new route choice methodwas proposed. The principle was described in detail, and more, combined with the practical station data, the choice process of short route,long route and changed route was expounded. 摘要:3M3T metro vehicle of permanent magnet traction system was introduced, and compared with 4M2T metro vehicleof asynchronous motor traction system, the comparisons in train performance parameters showed 3M3T permanent magnet tractionsystem could wholly meet 4M2T asynchronous motor traction system. And by design different whole train traction/brake characteristics,could make full use of the high power density advantage of permanent magnet motor, reduced the max current of devices and reduceddependence of adhesion coefficient.

摘要:To reduce metro vehicle operation energy consumption, energy-saving optimal scheme based on coasting control wasstudied. According to characteristics of metro vehicle operation and energy consumption characteristics, combined with optimized trainhandling method, an energy optimization algorithm of quick search for coasting point was presented. Compared with the other twocoasting optimization approach by simulation. The results show that coasting energy-saving optimizing control method is effective toreduce train energy consumption, with not only fast processing speed, but also meeting the high-precision timing requirements, and theenergy-saving effect is 10.8% higher than the one by one coasting optimization mode, 4.5% higher than the simultaneous mode.

摘要:Based on the establishment of resilient wheel vehicles-track coupling model, the movement differential equation systemwas deduced; Dynamic resilient wheel vehicle model was established by Simpack, and the ratio of the radial stiffness and lateralstiffness of the elastic element had been optimized based on the vehicle stability and curving performance. With optimized stiffness, theadaptability of resilient wheel and rigid wheel on different track line had been researched. The results show that the ratio of the radialstiffness and lateral stiffness of the elastic element in the range of 0.75 to 1.5 can achieve an ideal dynamic performance; Track conditionsgets worse, the effect of elastic wheel gets more obvious.
摘要:Aiming at the 120 km/h vehicles pantograph and catenary arc of Guangzhou metro line 3 north-extension section, thearc generation cause was analyzed, and the pantograph and catenary model was built. With the simulation from the pantograph and thecatenary, the pantograph and catenary parameters for 120 km/h vehicles operation were provided. The test validated the good effects.

摘要:To solve the key technical problems of domestic rail vehicle air spring free vibration test, the air spring vibration benchwas designed. The principle and structure of the test bench was introduced in emphasis, and based on the test bench, free vibrationcharacteristics of TMT was compared with the foreign air spring with different vertical load and amplitude. The results show that: thedomestic air spring has the same vibration characteristics of resonance frequency and multiplying factor under different condition with theforeign. The test bench satisfied the desired requirement, and provides research platform for safety and reliability of domestic rail vehicleair spring.

摘要:Due to the existing problems of locomotives in the transportation department of domestic large-scale iron and steelmetallurgy enterprise, such as bad real-time performance of offline acquisition, expensive maintenance cost and difficult performanceevaluation, an online acquisition and monitoring system of locomotive comprehensive information was designed based on 3G platform.The status information of locomotives could be collected, transmitted, received and processed by the system to realize the reasonabledetermination of maintenance time point. The practice results show that the system improves the operation security of locomotives,reduces the maintenance cost, enhances the evaluation management for drivers and improves the production efficiency.
