摘要:Development of safety-related standard for railway traffic and application of the standard in China was introduced. The way to understand the concept such as safety-related was analyzed. The process and method for assigning and allocating the safety integrity level, the relationship between reliability and safety were described, as well as the application of safety integrity level. Illegibility or misunderstand on applying safety integrity level was explained in detail, and writer’s understanding and consideration were proposed.
摘要:Based on the CRH2 &CRH380A reliable technology, development platform of (140~250)km/h intercity EMUs bogie was established. Load components frame strength and bogie dynamics were calculated, simulated and tested with satisfying UIC, which could realize rapid customization of modular product lines.
摘要:Car body structure fatigue strength of intercity EMUs was analyzed based on operation conditions, and car body structure design was optimized. With simulation and tests, the optimized car body structure was validated to reach the light-weight target, as well as meet the safe and reliable requirements of strength and rigid.

摘要:Structure characteristics of hanged-type monorail vehicle was analyzed, and based on SIMPACK software, criteria of the stability, safety and ride comfort for this type monorail vehicle was discussed. Simulation analysis with different passenger loads in condition of curve and crosswind showed that the lateral displacement of car body and the loads of driving tires and steering tires was an important criteria parameter with limited value. The method to determine a proper pre-pressure for steering tire was discussed and the value of initial press for steering tires for the simulated vehicle was given.
摘要:Aiming at the requirement of small marshalling reconnection for flexible passenger flow of Argentina Roca line EMUs, the control program of small marshalling reconnection operation was studied, and train level hard-line and network communication reconnections were discussed. The verification was carried out for two four-marshalling vehicles reconnection.
摘要:Based on the harmonics current operation principle of inverter power supply of permanent magnet synchronous traction motor, a harmonic equivalent circuit and harmonic current formula were presented. The calculation method of the harmonic equivalent circuit resistance and inductance parameter was introduced. The result of calculation coincided with test measurements, harmonics model feasibility was validated.

摘要:Based on the typical manner of electric locomotive passing the neutral section, equivalent circuit model was established of the three kinds of voltage transformer according to electromagnetic induction, the resistance partial pressure and capacitance partial pressure. Transient process of electric locomotive passing the neutral section was simulated, especially the mechanism of overvoltage. The results showed that electronic voltage transformer based on capacitance partial pressure could eliminate resonant overvoltage, and reduce the operating overvoltage effectively. It is beneficial to improve transient process of electric locomotive passing the neutral section and reduce the traction network insulation accidents.

摘要:The process of IGBT switching was analyzed, and then a new gate driver with multi-protections was designed. The contractive researches between new gate driver and common gate driver and researches on module short circuit were also done. Result indicates that the new gate driver had better driving characteristics and protection performance than common gate driver with the response rate of short through increasing five times and short-circuits power consumption reducing by seventy-one percent.

摘要:Based on the theory of direct torque control (DTC) and vehicle system dynamics, a eletromechanical coupling simulation model of high-speed train was set up, which took the electric and mechanical properties of vehicle drive system into account. Some simulation studies and analyses for three different dynamic models of a high-speed EMUs were performed to study the effect of drive system for vehicle dynamics. The simulation results showed that the critical speed of the vehicle model which had drive system lower than the model which had no drive system, and the running safety and stability of the former were larger than the latter. When vehicles under the condition of high speed operation, compared with the vehicle model which had no drive system, the horizontal and vibration acceleration amplitudes of the model which had drive system were larger, especially the most obvious change was frame. As a result of the existence of the drive system, it made the frame and drive system coupling in many frequency ranges, causing the vibration of the frame to strengthen. It also showed that driving force basically had no effect on vehicle dynamic characteristics.

摘要:Taking the balancing link with permanent magnet driven directly bogie for the research target, the influence of balancing link tilt angle on motor motion and primary load of bogies with permanent magnet driven directly was studied by calculation. Compared with horizontal and tilt the two kinds of layouts scheme, the conclusion was get that balancing link should be arranged with horizontal or small angle. The work lays theoretical foundation for determine the scheme of permanent magnet driven directly system of bogies.
摘要:Increase of axle load and wagon numbers of heavy haul train would generate larger longitudinal train impulse in the condition of shunting impact, and it would result in some dangerous problems. On the basis of draft gear dynamic modification model, the vehicle impact equation and vehicle-coupler-vehicle series model, the effect of different braking conditions and combinations of draft gears of different resistance characteristics on longitudinal impulse characteristics were studied. The results showed that the draft gear dynamic modification model could actually reflect the characteristic of draft gear in shunting impact, and the coupler force variation in brake condition; the vehicle-coupler-vehicle series model could simulate the impact of locomotive and freight vehicles equipped with different drafts gears well, and it had some guidance for selecting suitable draft gear.

摘要:Static EMS maglev train suspension might cause the railway resonance because of the influence of the elastic track. In theory, if get all the parameters of the system, we could design better control algorithm according to these parameters, or dynamic adjustment control system to achieve better performance. A method of main parameters identification in the process of track coupling vibration was proposed, and according to the obtained parameters, control algorithms to control the track resonance was designed. Finally, the simulation verified the effectiveness of the method.

摘要:Noise sources characteristics of electric locomotive cabs and sound insulation performance of its all walls were studied experimentally. Based on the sound power level equivalence principle, the sound power level of outdoor noise sources was equivalent to indoor sources. Then, the sound pressure level (SPL) at measuring point in cab was predicted based on the existed empirical formulas for sound insulation designing. Results showed that the wheel/rail noise, equipment room noise, air conditioner and heater blower noise in cab were the main noise sources; Due to noise produced enough reverberation sound in the equipment room, the SPL at measuring point in the equipment room had nothing to do with distance between measuring point and noise sources; There was a certain deviation between the simulated results and measured results, but still in the acceptable range. The analysis method proposed can be utilized to predict SPL of electric locomotive cabs in the early design stage or suggest improvements.
摘要:In order to solve the problem of broadband domain harmonics in traction power network caused by the by AC locomotives replacing DC locomotives, a scheme of a third-order high-pass filter to eliminate the higher harmonics was presented with small reactive power, no voltage increasing, no fundamental loss and low running costs. A detailed analysis on the effects of the principles and various parameters of the filter was carried out, and simulations with examples had verified its effectiveness and feasibility.

摘要:Topology and new technical characteristic of microprocessor network control system of DMUs for exporting Iraq were introduced. Hardware, software and optimized design of the control system were expatiated in detail. Application indicates that the microprocessor network control system of DMUs runs steadily and meets all the demands of Iraq user.

摘要:For suppressing net-side low-order harmonics current, the mechanism and distribution of the harmonics were first derived. On the basis of theoretical analysis, a double closed loop harmonic suppression algorithms which combined N times notch filter and proportional-resonant (PR) controller was presented. The outer voltage loop control scheme based on N times notch filter can eliminate the DC-link voltage ripples without affecting the dynamic performance of the control system. The inner current loop control scheme based on PR controller with harmonic compensation can eliminate the steady-state error of AC signal, and further suppress the low-order harmonics in the line current, such as 3rd, 5th and 7th. Finally, the validity and effectiveness of the proposed scheme were verified with Matlab simulation and dSPACE+TMS320F2812 Hardware-in-the-Loop experiment results.

摘要:JD372 motor of GMC96 rail grinding vehicle was introduced from the design, manufacture, test and operation. Threebearing structure design was used with un-driving end adopted matched pushing bearing for high shock and vibration characteristics of the motor. The motor has excellent performance, and advanced technical and economic indexes which satisfies the high-speed heavy line maintenance performance requirements.
摘要:In order to implement model reference adaptive system online parameter identification for PMSM, reference model and adjustable model was constructed, and with the output difference of the two model through adaptive device, the parameters for identifying were obtained by adjustable model adaptive rate regulating, eventually making the parameters for identifying in the adjustable model converge to a correct value, the parameters was obtained. Simulation and experimental validated that with the method, stator resistance, stator inductance, the flux of the permanent magnet could be identified accurately in real time.

摘要:Dual-power sourced rail heavy-duty track maintenance machines were proposed against the defects of the current diesel engine and hydraulic-driven mode. The advantages and application range of the electric/diesel hybrid on rail heavy-duty track maintenance machine were analyzed, and the technical difficulties were described. Finally, a brief introduction of electric/diesel hybrid 48-stones rail grinding machine was provided.
摘要:Modeling and simulation of brake system based on AMESIM platform were very complex, low running effective and poor real-time ability, which maked the simulation system inappropriate for dynamic simulation of long heavy-hauled freight trains. To deal with these problems, by studying the construction and principle of 120 type distribution valves, this paper proposed a new modeling method based on an equivalent model and some simplifications, which has low computational complexity, high simulation efficiency and accuracy with easy parameter adjustment and model modifying.

摘要:Through the temperature, vibration, shock to synchronize or quasi synchronous acquisition, and using multi-source information fusion technology and improved D-S evidence theory, a bearing-gear fault diagnosis method based on multiple physical quantities information fusion of locomotives running gear was put forward. The research results show that the method for the diagnosis effect is better than a single physical quantity, improving the accuracy of diagnosis, and provides an effective means to further improving automation diagnosis.

摘要:Bogie characteristic of a hanged-type monorail vehicle bogie was discussed. The key components of bogie such as frame, driving unit, traction hanging device, walking wheel and guide wheel, and the connection between vehicle and bogie were introduced. Finally the dynamic performance analysis for the hanged-type monorail vehicle was carried out with each index meeting the relevant requirement.
摘要:Based on the weakness analysis of the traditional wheel-slip detect methods such as speed difference and decelerationcriterion, proposals were given for the reference speed calculation and over sensitive caused by deceleration-criterion. At the same time, two different strategy of anti-slide recovery were compared, and their influence on the anti-slide efficiency and reference speed was analyzed. Finally, a new combined WSP strategy with both advantages is suggested.

摘要:The pantograph catenary performance of Beijing metro line 14 was analyzed and studied. Pantograph catenary working principle of the measurement system was introduced, and combined with the test data, the distribution of contact force, contact force’s the most value, pantograph head vibration acceleration, pantograph and catenary arc phenomenon, the height of the catenary anchor point and the pulling value test results were analyzed respectively. Research showed that: when the train was in accelerating section and through the anchor segment joints, line bifurcation, section insulator and soft transition area, vibration acceleration of pantograph head turned great, and contact pressure and the pantograph head vibration acceleration of local line had mutation phenomenon.

摘要:The features of the metro vehicle with linear motor were introduced. Electromagnetic forces in three directions were simply analyzed. Considering the complexity of the method to obtain the electromagnetic force on the space distribution by simulating electromagnetic field with FEM, combined requirements of engineering practice, a new method was introduced based on the DTC control system which simulated the effect on the vehicle by using the measured traction performance curves of LIM. The dynamic performance of the metro vehicle with linear motor in traction condition were simulated in SIMPACK. The result showed that the new method could be simply and successfully applied to analyze dynamic performance of metro vehicle with linear motor.
