摘要:According to the running speed and operating environment of the intercity EMUs, the major challenges for the aerodynamic design of the intercity EMUs were presented from the comfort and economy. Based on the aerodynamic design experience of the high-speed train, the aerodynamic design of the intercity EMUs was carried out by the aerodynamic optimization design of the head shape and the smoothing of the train surface. Intercity EMUs heads corresponding to four speed grades were obtained, and the validation of the aerodynamic design was conducted by the numerical simulation, wind tunnel test and line test. The research showed that the error between the simulation result and the experimental result was small, which could meet the accuracy requirement of engineering computation. The wind tunnel test showed that the aerodynamic drag for three cars of the intercity EMUs was reduced by about 13.2% than that of the original design. The far-field aerodynamic noise could meet the design requirements. The line test showed that the aerodynamic drag of the intercity EMUs could reach the level of CRH2, the pressure amplitude for the train passing through the tunnel and two trains passing by in the tunnel was less than ±4 kPa. All aerodynamic design targets met the expected requirements.

摘要:In order to achieve the good level of NVH for intercity EMUs, through reasonable control methods, control strategies and techniques, with the bench and simulation, noise reduction effect of different schemes were compared and main source of noise and internal noise levels were predicted, which led to a final noise reduction technology programs, and desired results in operating process of intercity EMUs were achieved.
摘要:Aiming to parameter effect limitation under limited parameters, operation environment and object, a multiple-target global optimization method of multiple parameters, object and whole operation environment was presented. Combined the problem of partial domestic high-speed trains shaking, feasibility of the method was analyzed. With primary DOE analysis, optimum parameter scheme was obtained, under which the train shaking disappeared. Analysis showed that secondary vertical dampers of the train should be selected with line condition.
摘要:Composition, voltage type and working principle of CRH380A high-speed EMUs auxiliary power supply system were introduced, and fault extended power supply function which influenced auxiliary power supply system reliability and redundancy was discussed, as well as its realization method.

摘要:Stability problem of PMSM current vector control in depth flux-weakening area was analyzed, and a new flux-weakening control scheme in the MTPV of PMSM was proposed, which significantly improved stability and increased speed range while maintaining maximum possible torque capability with smooth transition between different operation regions. Through MATLAB/Simulink simulation, the correctness of the theoretical analysis was verified; it was shown that PMSM could operate in the speed ratio of 1:4 without any current oscillation and instability with the new scheme.

摘要:In order to estimate the ride comfort of the railway passenger vehicle exactly, the paper introduced 4 DOFs(degrees of freedom)and 6 DOFs human body model into the elastic vehicle body with the suspension equipment. Then a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model was built. The ride comfort of vehicle was evaluated by using weighting acceleration on the passenger according to the ISO 2631-1:1997 standard. The result shows that the value of the rigid comfort with passengers is lower than that without passengers.

摘要:Main structure and working principle of high-voltage disconnecting switch used on EMUs in extremely-cold circumstance was introduced. Electrical performance of high-voltage disconnecting switch was described, and parameterized calculation was used in design of insulator, high-handed electric, circuit control and pneumatic drive. By means of test and verify, it was proved that the product could completely meet the requirements of EMUs in extremely-cold circumstance.

摘要:Mathematics principle and algorithm of rail measured data to application geometrical parameter were introduced, and mathematics model equation of geometrical parameter calculation was presented. Test and analysis validated the method with precision. The algorithm was useful to the maintaining for the exiting lines, particularly the longtime operation and deforming ones.
摘要:Small quantity of cone rubber spring products had inner defects for application, which should be detected. A stretching simulation method was presented which detected products defects by stretching cone rubber spring and observing load-shifting characteristic curve kink behavior, through which cone rubber spring reasonable stretching value was determined. The method could be an addition for testing rubber components quality stability.
摘要:A technical scheme had been put forward, the MVB adapter achieved capabilities of process data, message data and user programmability by using UART Emulation technology in the structure of the host system and MVB controller. And the MVB network was built by using the MVB adapters with other MVB devices. The periodic polling table was achieved by rate monotonic, MVB basic communication capabilities were tested on the MVB network platform, which verified the correctness and feasibility of the MVB adapter.The entire size of MVB adapters was standard 3U, which faciliated integration with other network deviees in the industrial control crates.

摘要:In order to settle the application problems of TSC1 wireless data transfer device, and improve products performance and reliability, a novel wireless data transfer device was designed. The key problems of TSC1 device on location, wireless transfer, data storage and structure design were summarized and settled correspondingly, and a novel design scheme based on the newest wireless communication technology was provided. It was shown that the device could realize fast and reliable car-ground wireless communication and precise locomotive location, which would provide strong support of promoting rail information development and improving railway operation management.
摘要:Strength analysis of the coupling rod working in curve condition for radial bogie mechanism was provided. Firstly, through the mechanics simplified model of DF8B diesel locomotive’s radial bogie, formula of coupling rod’s loads in the curve condition was deduced. Then, the dynamic model of DF8B diesel locomotive was modeled by multi-body dynamic software SIMPACK and the theoretical formula was verified by the simulation results. On this basis, the impact of operation curve radius, outer rail super elevation, speed, track irregularity and the structural parameters on the coupling rod’s loads was studied. The results showed that: when the locomotive’s speed increased 20 km/h, rod’s loads increased by about 25~30 kN; when rod’s offset increased approximately 10% and 20%, respectively, rod’s loads were reduced by 8.8% and 16.5%.
摘要:Structure design of DDU’s software for South Africa’s double-voltage electric locomotive was introduced, which adopteda design philosophy of application program independent from protocol to make a further improvement on program portability and software development efficiency. Some important new functions were focused on including control nodes inversion, diesel locomotives control and HMI data synchronization logic at single driver’s cab. The functions were verified by field testing and application.

摘要:Technical features and development status of overseas 100% low-floor light rail vehicle were described from vehicles marshalling and structure form, selection of bogie and train terminal connected devices and technical conditions of vehicle operation. Through comparative analysis, a type of vehicle was put forward which could be used large-scale now for China, and some new technologies were explored for it, which provided help for meeting different domestic cities demands by independent research and design in future.

摘要:The diesel engine of AC diesel locomotive would generate huge of electricity energy during the maintenance and commissioning process. In order to recover those energy, the energy storage and novel power electronics topology based energy recovering system was developed. Project background was introduced, and the system function and working mode were analyzed. Design strategy and highlights of power conversion system, battery system and control and monitoring system was discussed. The simulation and test result demonstrated the validation and correctness of system design and demo development.
摘要:To satisfy the requirement of 5 100 m altitude height Qingzang railway rail detection, GTC-80 plateau rail flaw detection vehicle was developed. Pertinence measures was adopted for the bad climatic conditions of high altitude, low atmospheric pressure, oxygen lack, high coldness, big temperature difference, sand storm etc. With advanced flaw detection system, styles, position, degree and alteration of rail damaging was automatically detected, analyzed, recorded and printed, which filled the application requirement of plateau area.

摘要:Defect positioning error of railway vehicle shaft ultrasonic wave detection was analyzed. With test comparison of the two kinds of 13mm × 13mm and 22mm × 25mm size chip shaft shear wave oblique probe, K value measured deviation was found being the chief cause of ultrasonic wave detection axle positioning error, thus, shear angle probe zero calibration and K values test method were modified to improve defect location accuracy, and 18mm × 18mm or 22mm × 25mm size chip oblique probes was recommended to use.
摘要:With boundary-scan method, a high-density digital board was tested, which increased the test coverage and faults coverage, and could diagnose and locate faults automatically. It conquered the bottleneck problems of CPU system and its I/O circuits test.

摘要:With the combination of FPGA and MCU, a multi-channel ultrasonic signal generator design was proposed. Using MCU to implement the USB2.0 data communications and related peripheral control, and using FPGA to carry out the parallel data processing, logic control and waveform output, a combination of both advantages was realized. This paper proposed a set of integrated design and elaborated the internal signal processing of FPGA. The multi-channel ultrasonic signal generator could be used for functional verification and performance testing of the ultrasonic testing equipment.
摘要:According to the application requirements of DCU simulation test, a kind of voltage-controlled constant current source circuit which was based on operation amplifier was studied, and the feasibility of scheme was elaborated from the aspects of theoretical calculation and simulation analysis. All function and performance indexes of the circuit were up to the standard, and the practical application effect of the circuit was good, which had been verified by applications.
