Functions of adhesion utilizing control system were described, and key techniques of adhesion utilizing were discussed, as well as principle and theory used by adhesion control system, providing reference and guideline for adhesion control system design.

摘要:According to position and function of intercity EMUs, the EMUs design principle was expounded, and top-level technical index of the EMUs was researched. Overall design of vehicles clearance, vehicles power supply, speed levels, passenger carrying capacity, axle load, traction and brake was discussed in detail. Intercity EMUs type spectrum of CINOVA technical platform was introduced, as well as development and 0.3 million km operation of the EMUs.
摘要:A vector control method of estimating the rotor speed based on model reference adaptive system (MRAS) was put forward. The flux observation equation based on voltage model and current model was provided particularly, and the estimated speed was obtained by regulating error signal between flux estimated by current model and voltage model with PI regulated. The vector control system for electrically excited synchronous motor without speed sensor was simulated by Matlab/Simulink, and was validated that had a good speed estimation effect.

摘要:A brief review about development and present status of rigid-flexible coupling multi-body dynamics was given and the existing basic modeling methods of rigid-flexible coupling dynamics were summarized. Establishment of rigid-flexible coupling dynamics equation was proposed. Based on the calculation results of recent rigid-flexible coupling , a more comprehensive overview, analysis and summary was provided, as well as a brief outlook of the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics trends.

摘要:The finite element model of trailer bogie frame was built based on ANSYS software. The calculation load and load conditions were developed according to the International Railway Union standards UIC510-5. The fatigue strength of the frame was assessed by using the Goodman curve. The analysis indicated that the maximum equivalent principal stress of fatigue analysis was 158.19 MPa, and the minimum equivalent principal stress was -97.80 MPa, the fatigue strength of the frame structure met the requirement.

摘要:Based on the thermal-mechanics model and the non-linear ADAMS air spring model, the control models of air spring suspension system were established. By using the co-simulation platform of the multi-body dynamics simulation software SIMPACK and MATLAB/SIMULINK, the vehicle multi-body dynamics model including the above-mentioned control models was established, and the vehicle vibration characteristics under different non-linear models and different physical parameters of air spring were studied. Analysis results showed that: the thermal-mechanics model could accurately simulate the non-linear dynamic characteristics of air spring; the orifices of small diameter could improve vehicle vertical running stability when running at low speed; too large or too small diameters were not conducive to improve vehicle vertical running stability during high-speed running; the auxiliary reservoirs of larger volume were help to the improvement of vehicle vertical running stability, but when the volume increased to a certain degree , the improvement was not very obvious.
摘要:Principle analysis of the four key factors of locomotive running speed, working gap, gear modulus and load resistance influencing on magnetoelectric speed sensor output performance was put forward. The effect related to the four key factors were studied and verified by means of its test study, which provided theoretical guidance for the design and production process on magnetoelectric speed sensor.
摘要:To investigate the effects of the wheelset mass center of axle-mounted driving system on the hunting stability, a simplified model of single-wheelset driving system with two degrees of freedom was established. The result showed that the stability of drive system mass center in the front was better than that in the back, which explained the asymmetrical hunting phenomenon for 2C0 locomotives with axle-mounted driving system.

摘要:Due to the direct relation between switching losses and operation frequency of locomotive converter, proper modulation modes should be used to meet the requirement of different frequency sections. Based on asynchronous modulation, synchronous modulation and single pulse modulation, a project achieving method with DSP was provided. Simulation and experiments proved the validity of the method.
摘要:With sampling lubricants of large maintenance machinery engine and analyzing its ferrography image, a method of diagnosis on the engine failure was put forward. Practice verified that the ferrography-based analysis technology was a very effective means to study mechanism wear and monitor wear condition of the machine.
摘要:Aim to the problems of adhesion lacking for localization HXD1 electric locomotives start-up and speed acceleration at large ramp in Xikang segment of Xi’an Railway Bureau, speed calculation methods was improved. Based on auto-regressive moving average model(ARMA) optimal estimation filter theory, creep speed differential estimates was optimized, which improved traction performance. Traction test of Xikang segment showed that the optimization and improvement of software could enhance the adhesion utilization of HXD1 electric locomotives with a good effect.

By calculating the routine distance and designing the reset spring, this design could realize the requirement of low-voltage interlocking switch electric signal output. This device could meet the requirement of locomotive braking, guarantee reliability of locomotive and train. The brake controller passed type test and circulate assess, and realized batch production.

摘要:In order to solve the malfunctions of bogie gear-box temperature sensor, axle head speed sensor, and axle temperature sensor for breakdown by high voltage at operation process of CRH380BL trains, the EMUs grounding system was studied, and a simple grounding model was built and analyzed, which gave the malfunctions solutions and provided grounding scheme for new type EMUs.
摘要:Aim to metro application, without speed sensor control algorithm based on model reference adaptive system (MRAS) was introduced in detail, and the methods of the stator resistance identification to improve the accuracy of speed estimation in very low-speed region was proposed to meet metro large torque startup requirement. The control algorithm was validated that could implement full-condition speed estimation by ground and on-board test, and completely satisfied all requirements of metro applications. Its successfully application in Wuxi metro line-1 also showed that the system was reliable.
摘要:According to architecture of on-board signal equipment, and based on various signal systems’ characteristics and application requirement,shared probability of signal equipment and other related equipment was analyzed, and possible installation position of dual signal systems was provided. Electrical interface of the signal system was discussed, a cutover method of which was presented. The project above was applied and validated in the train on Shanghai Zhangjiang test line.

摘要:Metro vehicle had low target speed under washing mode, which put forward higher requirements on traction system. Taking Wuxi metro line 1 as example, metro vehicle traction control under washing mode was discussed in detail. With speed-torque closed-loop control, brake releasing threshold was regulated to keep vehicle speed stable, which improved washing-mode speed control under the third rail supplying.
摘要:When the metro vehicle conveied lots of passengers, main air switch might be triggered and emergency brake might be initiated.With theoretical calculation, five measures including increasing the volume of air reservoir, pulsing overflow valve, increasing pressure range of air compressor, reducing main air switch pressure and replacing larger capacity air compressor were provided, and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed, which provided references for practical problems.

摘要:The development of a detecting platform for common door control unit adopted in Guangzhou metro was introduced. The platform was established based on Siemens S7-200 series PLC, and the WinCC was used to design the upper computer software. This platform provided detection and malfunction indications, and could detect the fault of door control unit accurately, which improved the efficiency of inspection and maintenance.
