摘要:Development course of power electronics technology and electrical traction was introduced. Inner relationship between power electronics technology and electrical traction synergy development was analyzed. It was indicated that development of power electronics technology promoted innovation of electrical traction technology, while more advanced application requirement promoted power electronics technology improvement too. Development and application of IGBT and novel power device based on SiC was expounded in detail.

摘要:According to the restriction of switching frequency in diesel locomotive converter, a subsection modulation technique was used, the transitive strategy was proposed to realize smooth transition of individual modes including the asynchronous PWM, synchronous PWM, SHEPWM and the squire waveform. The experiment results proved the validity of the strategy.

摘要:Simulation model of metro grinding car with independent rotation wheels was built with dynamic software Simpack, and wheel lateral displacement, wheel group attack angle, wheel/rail lateral force and derailment coefficient of the grinding car through 110 m small radius curve under 16 km/h speed were calculated. Curve passing performance was analyzed, and suggestions from independent rotation wheels structure were provided.
摘要:An auxiliary inverter with zero-current soft switching DC/DC converter input was proposed. Two-stage transformer circuit structure was adopted, the front part of which was DC/DC converter, and the rear part of which was three-phase inverter circuit. Zero-current switching (ZCS) technology was used for control, so that switching loss of voltage and current on IGBTs was minimized. The experimental results proved the validity of the design.

摘要:According to the condition that brake resistor of locomotive no considering noise reduction requirements, background and status of noise research and control on the locomotive braking resistor devices were introduced. By analyzing the near-field surface sound power and spectrum of the resistor device, the main noise and frequency composition could be identified, and further the noise reduction approaches were proposed for the braking resistor devices.
摘要:With MATLAB software simulating the flat-type local irregularity as the external excitation of locomotive model, on the basis of the locomotive wheel-rail interaction dynamics indexed by the locomotive dynamics theory, influences of flat-type local irregularity on the locomotive wheel-rail dynamic were analyzed by using the SIMPACK multi-body dynamics simulation software. The effects of the flat-type local irregularity amplitude A, the coefficient K which’s associating with irregularity wavelength and the flat top length L on the wheel-rail dynamic performance were discussed specifically. Some important indicators, such as wheel-rail vertical force and wheel load reduction rate were given at the speed of 80km/h to 160km/h, and the risk speeds were determined. The simulation results showed that the increase of the flat-type irregularity A and the irregularity wave length coefficient K had different extents influences to the maximum of the locomotive wheelrail vertical force and the wheel load reduction rate ; but the flat top length L almost had no effect on the maximum of them.

摘要:Based on the tire lift equation, nonlinear theory and fluid-solid coupling theory, an air spring system model with an auxiliary chamber was established by using finite element software ABAQUS, and the simulation results were validated by comparing with experiment datum. By changing volume of the air spring with an auxiliary chamber and standard high simultaneously, and altering volume of the auxiliary chamber and cord parameters simultaneously, to explore influence of compositive parameters on the vertical stiffness of air spring. The results showed: volume of the auxiliary chamber was larger, vertical stiffness of the air spring increased more quickly with more standard high; Without auxiliary chamber, cord layer and cord spacing had great influences on the vertical stiffness, while considering auxiliary chamber, cord layer and cord spacing hardly affected the vertical stiffness; within a certain range, no matter how much volume of the auxiliary chamber was, cord angle had great effect on the vertical stiffness.
摘要:Optimal design for choppers in maglev trains were focused on with active auxiliary commutation circuit (AACC) techniques.Based on the operation principle and mathematical resonance analysis, it was shown that the resonance procedure of the proposed circuit was independent of the operational condition, which simplified circuits design constraints; Imprecise switching-on time on main device soft switches effect was also analyzed, which led to a general detection method to control the switching-on time, moreover, implementation issues were discussed to provide insight for engineers.

The composition and principle for the water-cooling system of traction converter were described, the design and selection methods for the key components of the water-cooling system were provided. Finally, the water-cooling system was proved satisfying the demand of TGA16 traction converter.
摘要:Technical parameter, characteristics and overall layout of DMUs for Sri Lanka railway high-mountain line were introduced.Field tests were put forward including traction accelerated velocity, highest operation velocity, braking distance, performance of long grade and continuous small curve passing, grade manual parking ability, single locomotive traction performance, resistance braking performance and self-loading performance, which proved the DMUs adapted the high-mountain line operation conditions of continuous long grade, small radius curve, high altitude, high wetness, and heavy rain.
摘要:To solve the problem of transient thermal simulation consuming a large amount of computer resources, model data of IGBT air-cooled radiator based on transient heat conduction equation and model order redution method were extracted by computational fulid dynamic method and finite element method. The condensation degree of freedom of reduced order model was set up by using Krylov subspace projection method and then calculated. The simulation results indicated that the reduced order model could accurately reflect the characteristics of physical fields, the model order reduction method could not only meet the accuracy requirement, also can greatly reduce the computational complexity and improve the calculation speed.

摘要:To implement metro vehicle automatic turn-back without human, automatic turn-back schemes based on CBTC system was studied, and automatic turn-back method from one end with ATC was introduced. Moreover, an automatic turn-back method based on the ATC system two ends switching was expounded, and multiple detailed methods for the localization of urban transit signaling system was provided.

摘要:To research metro vehicle crash scene and energy absorption equipment devices, based on the theory of vehicle dynamics,metro vehicle collision was simulated by dynamics software, and mechanical properties of buffer, folded-collapse tube, anti-climbing energy absorption device were simulated. Taking a metro vehicle as example, several common crash conditions were calculated, and influence of wheel-rail friction coefficient and coupler contact stiffness on vehicle collision was studied.
摘要:Status and brake system characteristic of low-floor light rail vehicle were researched. According to the problems of large braking deceleration, high reliability, small space and so on, a brake system was proposed, which had the features of mature and reliable, small space and light weight. Composition and working principle of the hydraulic braking system were introduced in detail. Finally, European and domestic tram standards were integrated, and braking function logic and performance indicators form were made.
摘要:In order to upgrade the software design level and debug efficiency, analyze or diagnose the fault of auxiliary inverter quickly,and update the program and parameter easily, auxiliary inverter debug diagnosis software was designed based on the auxiliary inverter’s control platform. Development background, design principle and key function of the software were introduced systematically. The test results showed that the software was reliability and satisfied the application requirements.

摘要:In order to reduce the platform screen door equipment damage, decrease underground pipe and reinforced bar stray current corrosion, and improve the safety coefficient of the passengers on the train, from the analysis of platform screen door insulation, problem of passengers getting on and off train safety and platform screen door device spark phenomenon were settled, and by improving insulation resistance of rail to the earth, stray current was decreased and underground pipe and reinforced bar corrosion was reduced. Status and existing problems of platform screen door insulation were expounded, and corresponding measures and solutions were put forward.
摘要:In order to study the noise reduction effect of wheel’s tuned mass damper, the train’s pass by and interior noise were measured with and without wheel’s tuned mass damper respectively according to the standard ISO3095-2005, ISO3381-2005, GB/T 5111-2011 and GB/T 3449-2011. The measurement results showed that, the wheel’s tuned mass damper had no obvious noise reduction effect on the interior noise, and even slightly increased interior noise, the noise suppression effect of which was -0.7dB~1.5 dB; The existence of the wheel’s tuned mass damper had a better noise reduction on the pass by noise, the noise reduction level of which reached 1.2dB~3.1dB. For the frequency noise reduction property, the wheel’s tuned mass damper was effective for frequencies above 1000Hz. But for the frequency below 100Hz, the noise reduction effect appeared negative and increased the noise energy of corresponding frequency. At the same time, the noise reduction level and frequency property were similar for the near field sound radiation of the wheel and the pass by noise located at horizontal 7.5m and vertical 1.2m. This phenomenon indicated that, when the pass by noise was difficult to measure, the wheels’ near field sound radiation noise measurement could be used to evaluate the noise reduction effect of the low noise wheel on the pass by noise, which provided reference for low-noise wheel design and evaluating its noise reduction effect.

摘要:Principle and control method of variable-frequency air conditioner were introduced, and capabilities of energy saving and comfort about variable-frequency and fix-frequency air conditioner were researched. The results showed that compared with fixfrequency air conditioner, variable-frequency air conditioner not only saved energy, but also had better temperature control precision and comfort.

摘要:Superiority of metro vehicle braking resistor on ground was reviewed. Configuration of the ground braking resistor &overvoltage limiting resistor, and the control strategy of traction system of Zhengzhou metro line 1 were introduced. It was shown that electric braking performance of traction system was advanced according to the result of experiment. At the same time, the cooperation between the traction system and the ground braking resistor was excellent.

摘要:For the test patterns conversion complexity and workers high work intensity of locomotive test, a new design scheme of synchronous control system was presented. Converter control pattern changing and optimization of synchronous gear box design method was provided, which could realized vehicle dynamic test three control modes conversion of rig control, frame control and axis control conveniently to meet the locomotive test requirements.

摘要:In order to realize the automated validation testing of the train-control vehicle-borne software, a novel kind of implement mechanism for the train-control vehicle-borne software automatic test system was proposed. The key technologies of automatic test systemmodel-driven hardware-in-loop simulation technology and test script technology were introduced in detail. These technologies had been successfully applied in the LKJ, as well as a new generation of train-control vehicle-borne equipment automatic test system, which had greatly improved the efficiency and quality of the testing.

摘要:In order to testing CRH2 EMUs output-load of APU, APU output-load testing device was developed. Design principle and implementation method of testing device’s wireless communication unit were introduced mainly. Through wireless communication unit, output-load signal was transmitted to the server in the form of wireless, and the data could be saved, queried and traced, which had important significance to check the auxiliary power unit failure.

摘要:According to conventional Fast Fourier Transform(FFT) algorithm not fit to analyze train vibration spectrum due to its leakage and picket fence effects, which could not detect train vibration acceleration accurately, an improved algorithm based on three spectral lines was presented using window functions and interpolation algorithms to correct the measurement. The simulation results had verified the effectiveness and practicability of the algorithm.
摘要:For a shielding system with a magnetic board above an air-core reactor of urban rail vehicle, in order to analyze all kinds of facts that affect the magnetic shielding effects, 3D model of the magnetic board shielding system using the Ansoft Maxwell finite element software was established, and finite element simulation experiments were put forward. Effects of different material’s types, different thickness and different magnetic coil current were discussed, the results of which had important guidance for the research on air-core reactor magnetic shielding.
