摘要:Components and performance of traction electric drive system, auxiliary power supply system and network control system of 120 km/h metro vehicle were described systematically, and new technology research and new equipment development of the system was introduced. The system has completed prototype development and related type tests, testing results of which showed that the system met the requirements of design with good performances.

摘要:According to high-cold CRH380B EMUs used at -40℃ outside temperature, this article put forward the key factors of the traction motor that should be taken into consideration when running in the high-cold environment. By analyzing the harmful effects caused by the cold weather to the key components of traction motor, the article brings cold-proof solutions one by one.
摘要:Based on operating principle and performance of high-speed EMUs emergency brake system, AMESim was utilized to establish car pneumatic emergency brake model, vehicle brake submodel and EMUs emergency brake model respectively. On this basis, the composite simulation had been carried out on the established models according to different load, different wheel diameter and different brake mode. The influence of different vehicle parameters on brake performance had been analyzed, and the influence of wind speed and rail slope on brake distance had been researched. The errors by comparing simulation results with the real car test results were within allowable range, which proved the established models in the paper effective. The method to establish the models of brake system provided an effective approach to verify the EMUs emergency brake’s performance for all kinds of high-speed EMUs based on simulation.
摘要:CRH2 high-speed train network topology and train transport protocol were introduced, and independent high-speed train network control software system architecture and network control system logic functions was described in detail. Running test showed that the high-speed train network control system was stable and reliable with advanced technology, which satisfied design requirement.

摘要:A new modulation scheme for reducing switching loss was introduced for three-level active neutral-point-clamped (ANPC) inverter topology. The loss in each switch state was analyzed qualitatively; based on zero-order injection carrier-modulation method, a dynamic minimum switching loss modulation scheme was proposed; Simulation model was built to test and verify the applicability of this scheme in controlling the CRH380A EMUs motor and resistance-inductance load. The results showed that this topology modulation scheme reduced the total switching loss, balanced the loss distribution and efficiently improved the thermal stability of traction system.
摘要:To improve reliability and efficiency of the gateway effectively, a framework composed by FPGA+CPCI control chip was proposed. Based on the hardware design of WTB physical layer and CPCI drive interface, data transceiver of medium attachment unit (MAU) and the timing control of the local bus were introduced in emphasis. According to the standard IEC61375-1, Manchester codec and the data transmission of local bus were realized by introducing finite state machine (FSM), and data read-write of FPGA to CPCI bus was accomplished by state machine transition. Finally, these designs were tested and verified in Quartus II simulation environment, and the results meet the requirements of IEC61375 for frames and timing constraints of local control signals in PCI9030 data book.

摘要:According to hybrid magnets’ dynamic description and electromagnet’s circuit equation, the hybrid suspension system model was built. In order to solve the problem that ordinary PID controller’s parameters was hard to maintain optimal values with disturbances’ occurrence of the instable system, parameters-optimized adaptive PID controller based on quadratic performance index was designed. The simulations indicated that the proposed controller improved system anti-interference and stability, achieving controller parameters real-time adaption when disturbances occurred.

摘要:In order to analyze the influence of different bearing arrangement on the high-power locomotive drive system, the bending deformation of the armature axle, bearing life and gear mesh were compared by Romax Designer software. The result indicated that compared with simply supported bracing structure and cantilever bracing structure, the two-terminal bracing structure had less amount of bending deformation, bearing life of which was increased by 2.67 times and 23.53 times owing to the improved working-condition of bearing rollers, and tooth contact strength as well as tooth bending strength of which were significantly reduced, thereby improving the gear strength and life.

Aimed at the actual situation of locomotive auxiliary engine burning on Nanning-Kunming line, a low-cost and effective solution was put forward, implementation principles and operation strategy of which were elaborated.
摘要:Basic maintainability prediction methods were introduced, function diagram and mathematical model of which was built by taking EMUs traction inverter as example. Time accumulation method was used to predict the maintainability level, the maintainability prediction results was analyzed to find the weak links in maintainability design, which provided reference for traction inverter maintainability design.
摘要:In order to enhance hardware reliability of distribute train electric control system, the signal integrity problems of high-speed digital circuit was simulated and studied. Simulation methods and tools were introduced, and with an example of DDR circuit, signal integrity simulation analysis of wave, matched resistance, crosstalk, and switching noise were discussed in detail. The simulation results and the test results were consistent which verified the reliability of the methods.

摘要:Based on the principle of induction motor speed estimation, the stability of the estimation algorithm was analyzed, as well as the influence of voltage error and stator resistance error in motor model on speed estimation at very low speed condition in subway traction applications. Stator resistance online correction and voltage error online compensation based on inverter model was used for reducing the speed estimation error and improving the speed estimation accuracy at very low speed condition. Simulation and experiment verified the proposal to meet the requirement of metro vehicle running.
摘要:Speed signal detecting and control principle of HXD1C electric locomotive was introduced. Speed signal abnormal phenomenon was divided into four types: signal loss, signal saltation, signal disturbing and signal misplacement, with fault cases, fault caused by which was analyzed deeply. Fault data and wave features, and processing methods were summarized. The analysis and method proposed above also suited the same platform products.

摘要:Based on the structured life cycle theory analysis of urban rail transit vehicle systems application, five key stages in whole life cycle of urban rail transit vehicle systems were put forward, including vehicle selection of overall planning stage, two main interfaces of design stage, process control and testing of manufacturing stage, various systems interface matching of commissioning stage and final actual verification of operation maintenance stage, which were helpful to implement vehicle system whole life cycle effective control from urban rail transit planning to last operation.

摘要:Distances choice between the centers of adjacent passenger doors for metro vehicle was analyzed, and two kinds of typical proposals were introduced. The two kinds of typical proposals was compared from following aspects: length of end vehicle and the train's compatibility with the platform, the balance of the axles of the vehicle and the gauge condition, arrangement of the seats in the saloon and the train's compatibility with the platform screen doors, suggestion of the distances between the center of adjacent passenger doors for metro vehicle was provided.

摘要:By analyzing reactive power of subway power supply system, a project of distributed reactive power compensation with stations' substation APF was proposed. Example analysis showed that with the project, the capacity of main substation SVG could be reduced over 80%, and the heat productivity, noises and investment were also decreased.

摘要:Carbody abnormal vibration analysis of a high-speed EMUs was researched, mainly containing the wheel tread measurements,carbody vibration on-line test, turn around running and vibration compared before and after repairing profile. The results showed that the change of wheel/rail wear matching in the partial line induced equivalent conicity increasing and affected vehicle dynamic performance. The performance of carbody abnormal vibration was the resonance response around 9.5 Hz. Turn running could not solve the problem of carbody abnormal vibration, but repairing profile was able to effectively improve carbody abnormal vibration. The root reason of carbody appearing abnormal vibration was mismatch between wheel and rail, which led to excitation passing up and results in carbody local resonance. So repairing profile and repairing track both could improve the matching relation between wheel and rail, and solve carbody abnormal vibration problems.
摘要:Method of driving axle load moment checking for roller test rig based on inertia matching was proposed. Effect of track wheel's inertia on traction and braking test was analyzed, which showed that inertia of track wheel was 6.7% of vehicle inertia. Too small inertia moment would cause large errors, and proper increase of track wheel moment of inertia was the only method to reduce the errors; According to coupled vibration between track wheel and car wheel, normal model analysis was proposed by using FEM, and the first 10 order model was obtained. The analysis showed that the first inherent vibration frequency was 12.634 Hz. In this frequency and corresponding speed of 257 km/h of railway vehicle in the rolling test, the coupled vibration occurred between track wheel and vehicle. At the speed of 127 km/h, the first-order round of wheel could cause vibration of car wheel and track wheels. During the test, avoiding running in coupled vibration for a long time would be useful for test precision.

摘要:Design, calculated work status and evaluation criteria of load bearing car body of DAS7 overhead catenary system comprehensive maintenance vehicle were introduced, as well as car-body structure and summarized structural & weight optimization design. Strength test showed that through light-weight design, quality of the vehicle was reduced, but structural strength enhanced.

摘要:Aim at locomotive axle of HXD1 and HXD2 high-power heavy-load freight locomotive applied in Da-Qing railway turning into fatigue period and generating fatigue crack, axle test module was produced, and probe angle for small-angle crack detector was calculated. Method of using straight probe on axle-end surface and scanning crack distribution region with small-angle probe was realized, and problems should be concerned in practical operation were pointed out. Results showed that the method could detect fatigue crack of locomotive axle effectively.
