      摘要:Based on the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor, id=0 and the phase space vector pulse widthmodulation were introduced to control the motor. For the requirements of the high-performance servo system, an integral sliding modecontroller was proposed to improve the gain of the switching control integral segment. Simulation results based on MATLAB/SIMULINKshowed that the proposed system had smaller overshoot, faster response, little chattering and stronger robustness by compared to traditionalintegral sliding mode control.

      摘要:Dual-source electric shunting locomotive has two bogie schemes: one with soft primary suspension and hard secondarysuspension, another one with hard primary suspension and soft secondary suspension. Through dynamics performance comparison analysisof the two schemes, and considering operation condition, bogie scheme with soft primary suspension and hard secondary suspension wasdecided. Through the analysis of the influence of secondary spring lateral and longitudinal arrangement on bogie performance, lateral arrangementsecondary spring was selected. Finally, the adaptability of a variety of traction devices in the dual-source shunting locomotive wasanalyzed, and the tilted traction rod mounted on the end of the bogie frame was adopted.

      摘要:By analyzing the characteristics of every type of messages, two bandwidth allocation strategies of MVB aperiodic communicationwere proposed , and relevant formula was derived. In combination with the scheduling principles of aperiodic messages, theoptimized bandwidth allocation strategy were researched and compared. The real-time performance of aperiodic messages had greatlyimproved after the optimization of bandwidth allocation.

      摘要:In order to solve the problem of intercommunication and interconnection between FIP network control system of heavy loadlocomotive or subway train and on-board electrical equipments with CAN interface (such as brake control unit, traction control unit, etc.), AWorldFip-CAN gateway was designed, which was used for implementing the data conversion between WorldFip and CAN bus communication.This paper firstly introduced gateway’s architecture and reliability design, and then described the design method of gateway’s hardware andsoftware in detailed. Finally, a test was carried out to examine this gateway’s performance of intercommunication and interconnection viaWorldFip network test platform. The test result shows that the gateway is able to realize communication data transmission in real time andreliably between CAN and WorldFip network. The research and development of this device provide a strong support for promoting thelocalization process of on-board electrical components based on WorldFip network in the field of China railway train.

      摘要:In order to study the longitudinal impulse problem on 20 000 t heavy haul combined train in China, the kinetic model ofcombined train with an example of coal dedicated gondola car of C80 series was established by Matlab/Simulink module. It was mainlyanalyzed that effects of longitudinal impulses under emergency braking conditions for combined train with 1+2+1 type, and types ofcombination, response time of controlled locomotives, structure of vehicles, hook buffer devices, operating conditions and other factors weretaken into the consider. The result indicates that types of combination have a large influence on coupler forces with sizes and distributions.Also shorter response time of controlled locomotives, using traction rod friction rubber buffer can help to reduce coupler forces. Last but notleast, there is the largest coupler force under emergency braking conditions with lower speed and steeper down gradient.

      摘要:Considering the distribution of adhesive force varying with the axle load, the arithmetic of axle load transfer should beimproved. Taking a six-axis and a four-axis locomotive as cases respectively, arithmetic with considering and no considering adhesive forcedistribution was compared, the results of which showed that max wheel-set load-reducing ratio was different, and the former arithmeticreflected the real condition of the axle load transfer better. With the improved method, the optimum traction height of the both locomotiveswas optimized.

      摘要:HXD2 and SS4B were selected as the representative of AC drive and DC drive electric locomotive respectively. Based on theactual measured data, their electrical load performance were compared in four aspects, i.e. working principle, power factor, harmonic currentand the locomotive consumption. The technical advantages of AC drive electric locomotive were illustrated. With the production halts of DCdrive electric locomotive and more and more AC drive electric locomotive putting into service, the properties of high power factor, lowharmonic current and regenerative braking ability should be fully considered when designing the traction power supply system of electricrailway. Meanwhile, it was also necessary to know the harmonic characteristics of AC drive electric locomotive in detail so as to provide thebasic data for the designing of traction power supply system.

      摘要:New-generation locomotive display platform LCD display control system based on FPGA was introduced, hardware andlogic circuit design idea of which was described. After test, the LCD display control system was successfully applied in TPX21 series display.The LCD display control system has the features of simple hardware and portable logic software, which adapted various applications witha little modification such as different display frequencies, different resolution LCD display.

      摘要:With theoretical analysis of straddle-type monorail vehicle curve-through performance, conception of ’Oriented torque’ withits evaluation criterion used to rate the oriented performance was presented. With the single factor sensitivity analysis and ADAMS virtualsimulation technology, impact factors of oriented torque were found, and based on vehicle design difficulty and optimization efficiency, themost impact factor was selected. Based on the secondary suspension parameters of vehicle and by using the improved genetic algorithm,oriented torque objective function was optimized, and a group of optimal parameters of monorail vehicles were sought.

      摘要:Taking CX1015/08 LB electromagnetic contactor utilized in CRH3 EMUs as study object, a new method for judging contactoroperating mechanism failure by checking and comparing the coil current curves was proposed, which could quantify the failure status byanalyzing coil current waveform. Probability of the method was confirmed by test results, a test system design scheme was provided for realtimemonitoring the working status of the electromagnetic contactor.

      摘要:Aimed at the cooling fan failures of CRH3 EMUs, combined the train vibration condition, conducted modal analysis andstrength analysis of the cooling fan were carried out based on the finite element software. Previous structure weak area was found accordingto the modals and stress distribution of the structure, which was in accordance with the actual failures. After reasonable improvement, thestructural strength of the fan support frame was increased, and at the same time, the natural frequency avoided the car-body resonance frequency.Finally, cracks on bolt hole were tested by ultrasonic, the testing results were good and able to distinguish the sizes and locations of the cracks.
