摘要:The main technical parameters, power circuit principle, structure and cooling system of the TGA16 type IGBT converter employed in the high-speed test EMUs were introduced, as well as the technical characteristics of the converter. The test proved the converter to meet operation demand of the hish-speed test EMUs.

摘要:Development history of suspended monorail vehicle was introduced briefed, and the current status of suspended monorail vehicles classified by bogies style was introduced. Furthermore, the technical characteristics of suspended monorail vehicle were described and compared to straddle type monorail for analyzing the merits and demerits. At last, application prospect of suspended monorail in China was also given.
摘要:Nowadays, China’s electrified railway technologies were in the alternating stage. AC-DC and AC-DC-AC locomotive (CRH) running in mixture led to rich harmonics in the traction power supply system. Harmonic elimination technology in electrified railway at home and abroad was introduced, and status of specified harmonic current friquency dividing control was focused on; Low-order and high-order harmonic distribution was also analyzed considering of electrified railway power supply characteristics; Combined passive high-pass filter with harmonic suppression technology of railway power controller (RPC) based on a modular multilevel converter (MMC) topology, harmonic suppression strategy for traction power supply system to achieve the specified harmonic and high harmonics suppression was proposed. A simulation model was built in the RT-LAB platform and simulation results showed the validity of the control strategy.

摘要:On the basis of analyzing adhesion force generation mechanics, wheelset driving mechanism and vehicle dynamic model, a vehicle dynamics hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation method used for adhesion control study was proposed and verified by experiment based on dSPACE. Furthermore, an adhesion control method based on slip velocity was tested on the HIL simulation platform.
摘要:According to the standards of UIC615-4, EN13749 and ERRI B12/RP60, direct-drive permanent-magnet bogie flexible frame loads in exceptional and service load cases were calculated. Static and fatigue strength was analyzed based on FEA software, then fatigue strength was evaluated by Haigh diagram. First six order modal analysis of the flexible frame was conducted, so as to check the mode of vibration and stiffness characteristic. The result showed that the flexible frame meet the static and fatigue strength requirements from the related standards.
摘要:Aiming at the certain A1A-A1A (power with four driving equipments mounted in the frame of six axles) DMUs, dynamic model of the motor vehicle was established with multi-rigid-body dynamics software SIMPACK, and a simulation analysis of the motor vehicle dynamically negotiating the 300 m radius curve was done, which was compared with the measured result. The results showed that: the dynamic performance of the motor vehicle was both affected by the local and random irregularity with the later accounting for 60%, and at the same time, the value of the random irregularity at the transition point was larger than that on the circle in the actual line. In practice, the transverse irregularity of the 300 m radius curve at the transition point was close to that of the poor line, while on curve it’s slightly larger than that of the AAR5 level. The vertical irregularity at the transition point was very close to the AAR5 level, and the AAR6 level vertical irregularity could represent that on the curve; The maximum value of the measured derailment coefficient was about 1.2 times than that of the poor line, while the average maximum was 1.1 times than that of the poor line. Therefore, the difference of irregularity should be considered in future simulation analysis.

摘要:Adhesion control condition of locomotive HXD1C and HXD1 was introduced. For the traction demand of electric locomotive HXD1C and HXD1, corresponding improvement of adhesion utilization control software was proposed. Adhesion control strategy based on indirect adhesion force control was offered, and experiment data was given at the same time. The result effectively proved the high performance of adhesion control software for electric locomotive HXD1C and HXD1 in the heavy and high-speed transport modes.

摘要:A co-simulation method of the FEM software ANSYS and multi-body dynamics software SIMPACK was introduced. The wheelsets was taken as flexible bodies with FEM structure and mode, and carbody and frame as rigid ones; In the SIMPACK, rigid-flexible coupled dynamics model of a complete railway vehicle system was established. The dynamic characteristics of flexible wheelset model and rigid wheelset model were compared and analyzed. The results showed that: wheelsets flexible characteristics influenced vehicle dynamics little at lower speed linear running but should be considered at high speed; when passing a curve, calculation result of flexible wheelsets model was less better than the rigid ones, which was agree to the practice.

摘要:A method based on depth image local normal vector characteristic, described by spherical coordinate parameters ( , ), was proposed in this paper and suited to rail vehicle with the high-density passengers. This method implemented the human recognition by capturing the local normal vector, and then extracting the head contour. Depth image was a better way to solve the limitations of environmental factors effectively, such as height and illumination. Finally, some experiments were taken to test and verify the real-time performance and accuracy.
摘要:Based on the operation status and fault cases of Shi-Wu passenger line traction substation feeder protection, configuration and setting calculation of traction substation feeder protection were analyzed and discussed, and suggestions of protection setting were put forward. Short circuit between phases was analyzed, protection setting idea of which was brought out.

摘要:Structure characteristic of motor bushing with radial/axial stiffness ratio >50 used in high-speed EMUs was introduced.Through FEA, type test and actual running service, the bushing with the structure of the high radial/axial stiffness ratio was proved could support the motor mass, endure the reaction force of the motor and resist the high temperature from the motor, which provided a solution to realize the rubber bushing with more than 5 rubber layers.

摘要:For the issue that resonance of traditional voltage transformer used on electric locomotives causeed overvoltage while locomotive passing neutral section, a neu design was presented with resistive-capacitive voltage measurement method replacing existing electromagnetic method and optical fiber transmitting digital signals. The new design showed the advantages such as small size, excellent insulation, operating security and high measuring accuracy. The tests proved that the new design had an excellent performance and could meet the demand of locomotive.
摘要:Dual CPU(TMS320F28335, PIC24FJ64GB004) architecture in DCU of PSD was introduced, and method of firmware remote updates for PIC24FJ64GB004 was discussed in detail. The method was proved stable and reliable through experiments, and avoided using the emulator or programmer to update the firmware for the inconvenience, which improved system stability. Because of no depending on the specific processor and a communication medium, this method is fully applicable to other applications.
摘要:On the basis of detailed analysis of traction system and ground signal system working principle in Rio metro line 1A, Brazil,EMC measurement method of traction system return current and signal system was illustrated. Through static test in laboratory and dynamic test at spot, the Brazil train AC traction system unbalanced harmonic current were verified in permissible range with little influencing on ground signal system when single train operated.

摘要:To reduce the temperature of the locating test shop for HXD locomotive and ensure the test works normal and safe, heat dissipating capacity of equipments were determined, based of which, natural and mechanical combined ventilation scheme was recommended. At the same time, on the basis of the measurement and analysis of the HXD locomotive noise characteristics, noise control scheme for locating test shop and control room were proposed.Test results showed that the heat-removing effect was well, and the noise control program met the requirement for emission.

摘要:Aim at repair and experiment need for diesel locomotive, an intelligent dry-resistance test-bed for the diesel locomotive auxiliary generator was designed, overall structure designs and hardware and software system key part of which were introduced. In the software system, harmonic analysis was realized by using 2-FFT method and experimental data curve was fitted based on three parameters function of sine. The dry-resistance test-bed for diesel locomotive auxiliary generator could improve the efficiency and performance test, which ensured reliable operation of the locomotive.
摘要:Structure, function, software components and principle of rail grinder remote diagnosis system were introduced, as well as the factors effecting system performance. This remote diagnosis system could help the technicians and engineers to know the working conditionsof the grinder in time from far away, and was used to guide the site operators to find the fault and settle the problem timely, which was veryimportant to improve the efficiency of the rail grinder vehicle.

Through a series of damping test on airspring of rail vehicle, the damping coefficient factors of orifice diameter, amplitude, and vertical load were investigated and rules wereconcluded, which provided suggestions to bogies design.

摘要:Inverter open-circuit fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant method based on vector-controlled induction machine drive system with utilization of remained bridges was proposed. Signals of inverter three-phase current were taken as characteristic parameter, and based on wavelet principle, eigenvectors were extracted, and then inverter failure was detected through the support vector machine (SVM). When inverter fault was detected by SVM, traditional six-switch topology was changed to newly four-switch topology with four-switch mode algorithm modulation of space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM). Validity and effectiveness of the SVM for inventor open-circuit fault diagnosis and the control strategy for four-switch inverter was proved by simulation.
