摘要:According to application requirements of high-voltage IGBT for rail transit traction application, technical characteristics ofIGBT chip and its module were analyzed respectively. IGBTs for the traction application should have higher power density, higher operationtemperature and be more intelligent and reliable in the future thanks to the technology development of IGBT design and process.  
摘要:Three IGBT short circuit types had been introduced. The short circuit type 2 had been enhanced through optimization of theIGBT transistor gain to withstand higher short circuit current. Additionally, the IGBT short circuit over current had been suppressed by thegate drive clamping design. As a result, the high-voltage IGBT modules had successfully passed the short circuit testes required by tractionapplication.  
摘要:Several IGBT parallel methods for engineering application were introduced, and the technology cruces of IGBT directlyparallel were particularly presented. A IGBT parallel scheme for IGBT directly parallel was proposed, technology research and engineeringdevelopment of which including academic analysis, investigative experiments and operating test was processed. The results of experimentsindicated that the proposed parallel scheme had better current balancing and higher reliability, and had an extensive engineering applicationprospect.  
摘要:The low-frequency carbody cross swaying of some CRH high-speed trains were emerged in the process of line tests, whichcaused a significant deterioration for passengers ride comfort. In order to obtain the effective measures to suppress the carbody swaying, themultiple rigid body dynamic model of a high-speed vehicle was set up firstly. Then, based on the time domain dynamic simulations, the mainfactors influencing the low-frequency carbody swaying were obtained. At last, the root lotus analysis was used to investigate the effect ofcritical parameters on the low-frequency carbody swaying. It was shown that, proper selection of suspension parameters, wheel railparameters and carbody mass parameters could avoid the offensive low-frequency carbody swaying.

摘要:Three-phase inverter, LC filter and charger simulation model of HXD2C electric locomotive auxiliary converter system werebuilt by input-output describing method and several ways of solving discretization method were discussed. The entire test of ACU-in-theloopsystem was formed by the ACU(auxiliary control unit) with dSPACE, which provided DS5203 FPGA board for overcoming thevibration in real-time simulation of power electronic system simulation. The simulation system could be used for analyzed system performanceof auxiliary converter system or test of ACU, which was help for the research of high-performance control algorithm and enhance thetechnology development of electric locomotive.

摘要:Cooling system was designed for 30 t heavy-axle freight locomotive auxiliary converter cabinet air-cooling high-power IGBTmodule to insure product operation stable and reliable. By combination of theoretical calculation and global temperature field analysis forpower module with Fluent, radiator performance was verified and regulated for optimal effect to satisfy system requirement, shortendevelopment cycle and reduce cost.  
摘要:Aimed at the Ministry of Railway issued AC traction motor design requirements for 4 400 HP AC drive shunting diesellocomotive, the company independently developed CDJD113 three-phase asynchronous traction motor was introduced, including its electromagneticdesign, structure design principles and its main parameters. Prototype testing and proving results showed that the designed anddeveloped CDJD113 asynchronous traction motor could meet the requirements of the specification with the advantages of good performancesand high reliability.

摘要:To research the influence of longitudinal impact on stability and comfort index, coupled EMUs model was built, andtraction force, braking force and basic resistance were applied to the dynamic model by co-simulation for simulating the EMUs longitudinalimpact. Results showed that: influence of longitudinal force on the comfort could not be ignored, and because of longitudinal force,longitudinal comfort index increased by 200.75% maximum, stability index could not reflect the influence of longitudinal force on EMUsoperation quality.  
摘要:Combined with high-speed EMUs comfort requirements, 350 km/h high-speed EMUs wind ventilator equipment roles andfunctions were introduced and further elaborated from the device domestically developed technical solutions, design and manufacturingimplementation. Experimental verification and comparison results showed that 350 km/h high-speed EMUs domestic ventilation system metthe technical requirements, which could be used to replace the imported ventilation device with the same speed grade. The domestic devicehave the advantages of weight, maintenance and price with great market potential and social benefits.

摘要:Aimed to the problem of БКГ-1 broad-gauge locomotive transportation on local norm rail, norm-rail transportation bogietechnical scheme for БКГ-1 locomotive body was presented. Transportation bogie design was combined with practical production condition,and with technical analysis, integral dynamic safety analysis of БКГ-1 locomotive body and transportation bogie was provided.

摘要:To suppress high-speed carbody suspension components vibration of transformers, convertor, accumulator and otherequipment, rubber shock absorber was designed to reduce equipment vibration. By combining of theory analysis and engineering service,vibration relationship between rubber damper and transformer and car body connection was analyzed, as well as stiffness and dampingproperties matching, and appropriate parameter for damper was designed to avoid vibration between transformer and car body.  
摘要:Aim to the present condition that signal system for urban rail transits project mostly was based on moving block train trafficcontrol system (CBTC) and appropriate fallback mode was taken into consideration for the CBTC systems in most cities, distributionprinciple of speed codes and speed codes changes in case of various failure modes under IATP fallback mode was studied with specificengineering practice, and detailed design was carried on for speed codes distribution scheme. With analysis of speed codes safety, the schemewas proved satisfy the design requirements.  
摘要:Aim to the shortages of traditional PID levitation controller for maglev train, PID controller characteristic was analyzed, andnonlinear PID controller considering system error parameters was designed to realize system stable levitation. Simulation and test resultsshowed that the nonlinear PID controller had the advantages such as simple structure, easy for realizing, quick response, high precision andstrong anti-interference ability, obviously better than the traditional PID controller.  
摘要:Aim to the quality problems of HXD3C locomotive, characteristic of HXD3C locomotive wheel set driving control wasdiscussed, and the key factor that lifting wheel set detection could not determine bearing velocity was pointed out. Technical routine of bearingvelocity determination with lifting wheel set detection was selected, and design idea and scheme to determine bearing velocity with hardwarewere presented and a novel signal generation device was developed. The novel devices had excellent applying effect, which not only providedstable data for acquisition, but also removed safety incipient fault for garage lifting wheel set operation, what is more, it presented a newvelocity determination idea for other locomotive.

摘要:Basic structure, components and main function of the system were expounded. In the system, dispatching order literalretrieval and analysis model was built by using information process technology, with which, railway dispatching order was automaticallyanalyzed, retrieved , and rapidly generated train operation monitoring reveal files. The files was compared to manual editing monitoring revealfiles for finding and correcting its missing and error, which ensured train operation safety.

摘要:In order to satisfy the requirements of metro vehicle high-power loading, electrical interface simplifying and weight reducing,integrated auxiliary power supply was developed with inverter, charger and output isolation transformer circuit integrated. Developmentscheme and technical characteristics of integrated auxiliary power supply from the circuit, structure and control were introduced. Auxiliarypower supply parameters were proved achieve the design goal by test.

摘要:According to the existing condition of standard IEC 61373 not defining impact compensation parameter, combined with 3types of impact test requirement for locomotive vehicle devices, waveform compensation principle was analyzed with theoretical calculation,and different waveform compensation effects was verified by test. The results showed that fore-after half sine wave compensation was thebest suitable method for locomotive vehicle devices impact test with equal fore-after compensation pulse periods and impact compensatingcoefficient k<0.2.

摘要:Network topological structure of DEMUs with two motor cars and one trailer, fault diagnosis system, fault classification andfault identification by C-Means Clustering Algorithm were introduced. The fault diagnosis system collected and processed information, then,according to the clustering core and the data sample, it produced the sum of square clustering criteria, last, it made decision analysis and outputdiagnostic results. Human machine interface could show the DEMUs fault and record it in files. The fault diagnosis system improved thereliability of the DEMUs and reduced the work of maintenance staff, promoting the train long-term stable running.

摘要:BP neural networks technology was applied to the fault diagnosis of railway vehicle gearbox, and BP neural networksdiagnose model was created. An improved BP algorithm was put forward, and using the typical fault signal extracted from the routinediagnostic methods as input data of the neural network, simulation and testing in terms of the improved BP neural network were carried out.The results showed that the improved BP neural network system had the better performance of fault diagnosis and fault identification, andcould achieve the anticipated diagnosis result.
