      摘要:In order to study the influence of the torsional mode, bending mode and umbrella mode of the wheelsets on the vehicle curvepassingperformance, the vehicle-track system dynamics models were established, in which, the wheelsets structures were considered as rigidbody and flexible body respectively. The curve-passing performance of the vehicle was assessed by the vertical wheel rail force, lateralwheelset force, derailment coefficient and the dynamic wheel load reduction rate according to UIC518. The results showed: The 1st bendingeigen modes had the largest effect on the vehicle curve-passing performance, and indicators of the curving performance increased with thedecreasing eigen frequencies of the wheelset eigen modes. The ratios of the vertical wheel rail force, lateral wheelset force, derailmentcoefficient and the dynamic wheel load reduction rate of the flexible wheelset model to the rigid wheelset model were 1.010, 1.167, 1.241 and1.033 respectively when the eigen frequency of the 1st torsion eigen mode, 1st symmetric and antisymmetric bending eigen modes were 46 Hz,62 Hz and 128 Hz. The wheelset structural flexibility distinctly influenced the lateral wheelset force and the derailment coefficient.

      摘要:A novel modeling method for three-level traction converter was presented, which could complete all the working modes andmodes transferring simulation of the converters. This method was easy and distinct with few calculations for real-time simulation. Comparisonto the library models of Matlab/Simulink and application of hardware-in-loop simulation indicated the preciseness and reliability of theproposed modeling method.

      摘要:To analyze applicability of pantograph models, dynamic parameter identifying was implemented for domestic independentdevelopedV500 high-speed pantograph prototype, and pantograph two-lumped-mass model and three-lumped-mass model kinetic parameterwere obtained. Pantograph multiple-rigid-body model, rigid-flexible hybrid-body model, two-lumped-mass model and three-lumped-massmodel were built, frequency response of which was analyzed. Pantograph-catenary dynamic system was established based on Wuhan-Guangzhou line, and the pantograph models applicability was analyzed by dynamic simulation. The results showed that: a rigid-body modelcould be replaced by a two lumped-mass model, and a rigid-flexible hybrid-body model could be replaced by a three-lumped-mass model; twolumped-mass model had better applicability under 250 km/h speed, and on contrast, three-lumped-mass model had better applicability above250 km/h speed.

      摘要:Based on IGBT converter circuit, the topology of the main circuit with stray inductance was set up, and the influence of maincircuit stray inductance was analyzed. According to the comparison of calculation, reliability of the laminated bus-bar used in high-powerconverter module was verified, and some factors which affect the inductance of laminated bus-bar were analyzed. Instruction was provided forthe circuit structural design and later optimal design of the high-power IGBT converter module.

      摘要:A central 60° synchronous modulation method was presented for neutral point clamped three-level inverter used in themulti-mode PWM modulation strategy, which could calculate switching angle in real time. Principle of the modulation method with differentcarrier frequency ratios was introduced, and relationship between switching angle and modulation wave was derived, as well as switchingstrategy. According to this method, a simulation model of drive system with three-level inverter and induction motor was built, andasynchronous modulation, 5 frequency division synchronous modulation 3 frequency division synchronous modulation and square wave areawere simulated. The simulation showed that with the method, output voltage values met the requirements of good symmetry even in case oflow carrier frequency ratio, and smooth switching among different modulation could also be accomplished.

      摘要:After analyzing the terminal unit’s major functions in the CRH2 train network and its simulation software’s functionalrequirements in the simulation platform, the terminal unit simulation software was designed by using the MFC and ActiveX technology inVisual C++ 6.0 and WinPcap network program technology, which could simulate the terminal unit’s function of passing train controlinstructions, monitoring device working states, providing feedback on device state, and modeling device malfunctions. By simulating trainnetwork control system’s data exchange character, foundation for studying train network’s data exchange models and network performanceswas laid.

      摘要:By combination of theoretical analysis and dynamic modeling and simulation, locomotive radial bogie performance of tractionand steering and hunting stability were analyzed and compared to traditional locomotive bogie. The results showed that decreasing wheel/railattack angle was the mostly effective way to enhance curve-passing ability, and the good coordination of traction and steering was beneficialto decrease wheel/rail attack angle. However, the influence of primary longitudinal position stiffness on wheel/rail attack angle was dramaticallyin a certain range, and wheel/rail attack angle always presented larger value under traction conditions than coasting.

      摘要:In order to quickly design and analyze the fatigue strength of the wheel, parametric design of the wheel was designed based onVC++ and APDL. Professional wheel fatigue post-processing software was compiled by using of the hybrid programming of VC + + andMATLAB. The program could be transplanted between different computers without MATLAB software. The strength of worn wheel wasanalyzed in terms of UIC510-5 standard. The fatigue strength of worn wheel was analyzed by using four multi-axial fatigue evaluationmethods. The results showed: the distribute trend of the wheel’s safety factor was almost the same, but the minimum safety factor of differentmethods was different. The UIC method should be the optimal choice in the wheel fatigue strength assessment.

      摘要:In order to guarantee the energy absorption performance of electric locomotive energy absorbing device, a computer crashsimulation based on LS-DYNA software was done, and the most suitable crash box shape for the locomotive was found out with comparativeanalysis of energy absorption characteristics of different crash boxes with different geometric parameters. According to the different crashspeeds, a crash box’s crash sensibility analysis was completed. Whole locomotive crash simulation with energy absorbing device composed ofthe crash boxes and coupler device was done, results of which showed that the energy absorbing device had a good energy absorptionperformance.

      摘要:On the basis of fully considering magnetic coupling between the short-circuit windings, the mathematical model of aninduction motor with stator winding inter-turn short-circuit fault in the three-phase stationary coordinate system was established firstly, thena simplified fault model in the two-phase stationary coordinate system was obtained by the coordinate transformation, finally the motorstator current spectrum was analyzed and simulated by using extended Park’ vector method. Simulation results verified the correctness andvalidity of the induction motor model with stator inter-turn short-circuit fault.

      摘要:To improve locomotive AC drive system static and dynamic performance, and achieve accurate flux orientation with indirectfield oriented control technology implementing independent and decoupling control of torque and excitation, flux accurate orientation of vectorcontrol for Harmonic Locomotive traction motor was deducted. By using rotor q-axis flux observer model, rotor flux magnitude and positionwas analyzed, and with MRAS theory, rotor magnetic field oriented real-time correction through the adaptive adjustment was realized.Experimental results verified that the theoretical analysis was correct and the correction strategy for accurate field orientation was effective.

      摘要:The MVB master realized the real-time scheduling on periodicdata with preset period pollingtable.This article focused on thebad performance of information load uniformity based on the period pollingtable in tradition way. According to the immune-genetic algorithm,an optimization was delivered with a series of mathematical modeling work.This algorithm contributed to effectively avoid the degenerationof antibody fitness, and gain the targets of optimal solution for period pollingtable and great improvement in periodic data load uniformity.Besides,a network segment of MVB was established on OPNET Modeler with one master and several slaves,and the simulation resultsproved the effectiveness of the optimized solution.

      摘要:According to the strictly real-time demands for safety state detection of EMUs, safety status detecting network of EMUsbased on the heterogeneous network that consists of switched industrial Ethernet and CAN bus was studied. In order to satisfy the real-timeperformance of the network, the worst case network delay of the periodic messages was analyzed, and the analysis formula of delay in worstcase was deduced. It was clear that the main factors affecting the worst case network time delay were the number of CAN nodes, Ethernet/CAN gateways and vehicle level switches based on the analysis formula. The trends of the worst case network delay with the changes of CANnodes, Ethernet/CAN gateways and vehicle level switches were analyzed, and the analytical model was validated by simulation. The worstcase network delay model provided a theoretical basis for the quantitative analysis of network performance. The modeling methods andconclusions could be generalized to other rail traffics.

By decoding MVB or WTB device frame data in realtime, the defect which oscilloscope could not decode MVB or WTB frame data and monitor its content was recovered.
