      摘要:In order to understand the relationship between radial mechanisms with critical velocity, radial bogie structure was analyzedand differential equations of wheelset motion were set up. The effect of guide mechanism on wheelset vibration was analyzed in time domainand frequency domain by the dynamic simulation. The results showed that: with radial mechanism coupling the yaw movement of the samebogie end axle wheelsets, asymmetric yaw stiffness could be realized, and in-phase yaw stiffness of wheelset was increased; radial mechanismexcited inverting yaw vibration mode of the bogie and promoted the vibration mode moving to increase damping direction, which couldimprove the stability of the bogie to a certain extent; for the locomotive under the same suspension parameters, the radial mechanism improvedthe nonlinear critical speed by 60%.

      摘要:Principle, technology characteristic, performance parameter, and composition of dynamic brake unit (DBU) in EMUsexported to Georgia were introduced. Resistor units of the DBU adopted drawer type design for easy installation and maintenance, and hadthe features of non-deformability and big hottest-spot temperature allowance. Tests and practical running proved that DBU was stably andcredibly.

      摘要:Based on the pneumatic model of air spring and the dynamics MBS model of EMUs, the dynamics behaviors of EMUs in the2-point configuration and 4-point configuration were studied contrastively. What’s more, two improved suspension morphologies wereanalyzed, including the 4-point configuration with anti-rolling bar and the front 3-point configuration with the controlled differential pressurevalve. The results of the research indicated that: the EMUs with 2-point and 4-point configurations possed the similar dynamics behaviors;the 4-point configuration with anti-rolling bar could ensure the running safety of EMUs in the fault cases; the front 3-point configuration withthe controlled differential pressure valve could improve the EMU’s ability of passing curve in certain extent.

      摘要:Function and structure of the high-speed pantograph used on the CRH380CL were introduced. This paper put emphasis onthe kinematics of the pantograph. A motion model of the pantograph was built. The pantograph’s movement parameters were obtained fromthe simulation analysis, result comparison with experimental data and evaluation of the pantograph kinematics performance were also carriedout. The influence of the geometrical parameters on the pantograph movement was discussed, and the relationship between the evaluationparameters and the geometrical parameters was obtained from the discussion. The design and the debugging recommendations from thekinematics view were also presented.

The feasibility of simulation was verified by tests and practical application.       摘要:Aim to requirement of traction locomotive for passenger transportation between lines, locomotive bogie technology schemeof A-1-A type elastic suspension with individual brake axis driving-braking unit was presented. With quality allocation analysis, tractioncalculation and dynamic analysis, the scheme was proved satisfy 17 t axis weight, head-end push-pull 14 cars and max speed 250 km/soperation requirement, dynamic of which satisfied requirement of existing and high-speed passenger dedicated lines with wheeltrack actingforce at 210 km/h speed equal to CRH2 EMUs at 210 km/h speed.

      摘要:Traction converter principle, components and structure features of AC-drive 160 km/h railway engineering locomotive developed by CSR were introduced. Modularization and simplification idea was adopted for converter and inverter design, and mature parts and structure were applied to ensure product credibility, which decreased development risk and cost. The traction converter showed excellent performance and high reliability in 160 km/h railway engineering locomotive test, which satisfied new locomotive application requirement for railway engineering.

      摘要:Overvoltage problem caused by electric locomotive passing the neutral section, always result in traction substation trip or the arc eroding the contact line. In order to solve this problem, a high order circuit was established to analyze the overvoltage problem and found that the time of locomotive passing the neutral section was the conclusive factor causing overvoltage, and ferro-resonance overvoltage caused by high-voltage transformer saturation was the main reason leading to equipment insulation breakdown or protection’s mis-operation. A new method was pointed out by utilizing auto-passing neutral section device force-breaking signals, speed of locomotive and contact line’s voltage phase angle to realize the locomotive passing the neutral section without overvoltage. Electromagnetic transient simulation software PSCAD/EMTDC was used to simulate the process of passing the neutral section and the overvoltage restrain method. Simulation results indicated that the new overvoltage restrain method could efficiently control the overvoltage less than 50 kV and improve the security stability of the locomotive operation.

Guangzhou metro domestic A type additional metro trains and their electric drive systems had passed the type test and operation appraisal, and now the trains are served in Guangzhou metro line 2 with good operation situation.

      摘要:CRH6 anti-rolling torsion bar equipment was introduced from operation principle, scheme design, stress analysis, stiffness calculation and strength analysis. Test results showed that the structure, stiffness, strength and manufacture technology of anti-rolling torsion bar could fully meet the operation requires; With 10 million times of fatigue tests, the device did not have any problems.

      摘要:According to the urban rail transit actual working condition, a first-order RC model with a variable capacitor was simplified out from the super capacitor general equivalent circuit, which could accurately describe super capacitor group electrical characteristics such as voltage, current, power and stored energy, etc. Parameter identification was done for super capacitor group using experimental measurement, The model was analyzed in frequency domain, and combined with urban rail transit application, the working characteristic of the super capacitor group was discussed.Simulation and experimental results demonstrated the accuracy of super capacitor simplified model.

      摘要:Because life damage of the liquid crystal display caused by normal test couldn’t be quantified, and the test cycle was relativelylong, test parameters which equaled to the real life damage were derived by strengthening the test model, and two kinds of reliabilityenhancement test profile were developed including temperature cycle and compositive stress from the point of view of the design life of thedisplay and its real work situation. The new test profile not only insured the robust of the product, but also avoided the superfluous reliabilityproblem caused by the excessive severe test. Several potential failure modes of the product could be rapidly excited by the test, and the properreliability of liquid crystal display could be improved by failure analysis and corrective action.

      摘要:In order to understand pantograph performance on domestic high-speed test EMUs, pantograph mechanical and structural strength was anticipated. Pantograph body and base finite element analysis model of test EMUs was built, and pantograph body parts mechanical and structural strength parameter and stress distribution of base and welded seam was analyzed at 600 km/h speed, as well as structural strength of pantograph body, base welded seam and fixed bolt was checked. Result of analysis showed that the test EMUs pantograph body and its installation structural strength was in the safety factor range, which met the requirements of high-speed test train.

      摘要:A FORTRAN program had been established to read ANSYS binary result file promptly. Based on ORE B12/RP17, multiaxialstress status was transformed to uniaxial stress status, and the maximum stress, minimum stress, mean stress and stress amplitude withunit or node direction stress were calculated; then, the fatigue strength of structure was evaluated based on Goodman curve about Haigh style;finally, calculated results were written into original ANSYS result file, and the fatigue strength results could be displayed by ANSYS generalpost process, with which, visualization of structure strength and its displaying had been achieved.
