摘要:In order to study safety of train passing by each other with consideration of fluid-solid coupling friendship and avoid the large damage to structure and running safety from the interaction of train and air, a new numerical analysis method of fluid-solid coupling vibration was advanced by integrating the finite volume method of computational fluid dynamics and numerical simulation method of multi-body systems dynamics, with which the flow field equations and dynamics equations of multi-body systems were solved. Safeties of trains passing by each other at speed of 350 km/h were analyzed by fluid-solid coupling method and traditional separation method respectively and compared to line test, which showed that fluid-solid coupling method was valid. And with difference analysis of the two methods, the coupling method was proved safer.

摘要:Hardware constitution, technical specification and main functions of micro-processor control system for SDA1 AC drive diesel locomotive were introduced, as well as the design solution of low constant speed control. The practical operating result indicated that the design of micro-processor control system was reasonable and reliable, which completely met the design requirement.

摘要:Based on structure of high-speed EMUs body, equivalent electric circuit model was established to analyze the transmitting and reflecting characteristics between different car bodies, as well as experiments were carried out in field. It was demonstrated that wave figure of theoretic result was consistent with experimental result but difference for over-voltage amplitude, reasons of which were analyzed.
摘要:In this paper, current network topology of TCMS and its potential problems in maintenance between heterogeneous systems were briefly described, and an advanced maintenance interface based on industrial ethernet and web service technology to allow seamless integration between train devices, TCMS and remote train management system was expounded. As an example, the implementation of such a maintenance interface for electronic door control unit (EDCU) was also presented in this paper to demonstrate its real world application.

摘要:With traffic increasing, voltage of some electrified railway’s power-supply network was continuously reducing, which influenced locomotive normal operation. A little-cost and effective settling method was put forward from optimizing locomotive traction characteristics, implementation principle and scheme of which were introduced in detail.
摘要:Starting from analysis of the failures of high voltage equipment, sequential control effecting on HXD3C electric locomotive high voltage equipment was researched, and measure to eliminate high voltage and high frequency during switching off main circuit breaker was put forward by sequential control optimization, by which, safety operation of locomotive high voltage equipment was realized, test and operation showed good result.

摘要:In order to assure compatibility and interoperability of MVB devices from different manufacturers and enhance success rate of interconnection, it was essential to carry out MVB protocol conformance testing for MVB devices. MVB protocol features and conformance testing contents were expounded. The conformance testing platform was designed and constructed according to testing requirements in lab environment, and testing programs were achieved for basic interconnection tests on the platform, which provided useful references to further conformance testing of MVB devices.

摘要:Based on the mathematical and physical equations of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics theories, the bellow-fixed orificeauxiliary tank model and the bellow-pipe-auxiliary tank model of air spring were established respectively. With Matlab/Simulink, the influences of the pipe length, the orifice diameter and the auxiliary tank volume on the dynamic characteristics of air springs were analyzed. The simulation results showed that: when the pipe was long, the inertia of the air mass in the pipe must be taken into account, but the short pipe could be equivalent to the fixed throttle; dynamic vertical stiffness of air springs tended to constant level in the low and high frequency respectively; there was a defect of the fixed throttle for that open too large in low frequency and too small in high frequency; Both the fixed throttle diameter and the auxiliary tank volume had great influences on the damping characteristic of air springs.
摘要:Aim to 4-quadrant PWM rectifier of CRH3 high-speed EMUs traction system, a predictive current control method based 4-quadrant PWM rectifier simulation model with Matlab/Simulink was established based on principle and control scheme analysis. The results indicated that this model could output steady DC-link voltage and achieve close to unity power factor and a small quantity THD.

摘要:Based on locomotive dynamics with simulation software SIMPACK, influence of anti-hunting motion dampers mounting position on locomotive dynamic performance was systematically analyzed. Simulation results showed that increasing anti-hunting motion dampers’ mounting distance in the lateral direction could improve critical hunting speed obviously, but impact derailment factor, wheel unloading ratio and lateral wheelset-rail force little.
摘要:3-D finite element simulation model for main transformer of O’Z-Y AC drive electric locomotive was established with ANSYS software, with which magnetic flux leakage field, eddy current field and eddy current loss of transformer oil tank under its rated operation conditions were calculated to provide theoretical foundation for its cooling system. Test for 3 years long proved the correctness of theoretical analysis.

摘要:In view of the fact that new EMUs trains, high power locomotives and metro vehicles in our country all adopt ac traction motor as power, developing modern AC traction motor overhauling line, this paper elaborated the technical flow of AC traction motor maintenance and the principles of workstation design, and took AC traction motor overhauling line of EMUs for example to introduce the line’s convey-device, major equipment and the structure and function of its information management system, as well as analyzed the society and economic benefits.

摘要:Circuit structures of air-conditioner power supply for diesel locomotive and electric locomotive were summarized, and key points of air-conditioner power supply design were discussed. Two types of air-conditioner power supply circuit i.e. AC/DC/AC and DC/AC convert circuit were compared in detail, advantages and defects of which were pointed out. At the same time, principle of air-conditioner variable frequency speed regulation was introduced, as well as the characteristics of fix-frequency and vari-frequency air-conditioner was compared.
摘要:The basic theory of cophase power supply technology was introduced. Based on analysis of the present status and the expansion measure of Shenshuo railway transport capacity, power supply performance of Shenshuo railway, such as canceling electrical separation, using fully electricity power returning by locomotive, dynamic reactive compensation and harmonic suppression, were optimized after applying cophase power supply technology. The technical and economic comparison result showed that cophase power supply technology not only could expand transport capacity of Shenshuo railway, but also had outstanding cost-effective and great value for application and extending.

摘要:Based on the elastic wheelset, wheel polygonization rigid-flexible coupling vehicle dynamics simulation model was established. Firstly, reasonableness of elastic wheelset was analyzed; then, by modifying command to form polygonal wheel, influence of elastic wheelset polygonization parameters-wave depth, phase angle and harmonic order to vehicle dynamics performance at different running speed was researched, and important indicators of the horizontal force of the axle, the wheel-rail lateral force, derailment coefficient, wheel load reduction rate were given at the speed of 40~80 km/h, which determined the critical speed. Simulation results showed that the three polygonization parameters effected on dynamics performance differently, but all had little impact on the derailment coefficient, and wheel load reduction rate had great impact at the speed of 60 km/h, so long-term operation at 60 km/h should be avoided to prevent resonance.
摘要:Reasons of bogie driven directly adopting PMSM (permanent magnet synchronous motor) were analyzed, and structure features of bogie driven directly were expounded. With dynamic performance analysis, bogie driven directly was shown have outstanding advantages in terms of structure simplified, reliability and motor’s efficiency compared with traditional bogie, which was very suitable for applied in urban rail transport field.
摘要:Software & hardware platform of light-rail vehicle network monitoring system based on CANopen protocol was introduced. Software & hardware design of CANopen main & slave device nodes was described in detail, and CANalyzer was used to analyzed CANopen network data stream. The light-rail vehicle network monitoring system was proved satisfy actual control application requirement.

摘要:For importance of urban railway transportation video surveillance and limitations of traditional video surveillance, a design using front-end image-processing module for dynamic background modeling, target detection and tracking was presented to model passenger behavior and identify abnormal passengers. Bayesian classifier was used to classify target and background for target detection, and prior knowledge of passenger characteristics was made into templates; with matching campaign area and target model for process track, passenger behavior changing in space and time was abstracted to data classification problems. This system was designed to satisfy railway transportation video surveillance requirement to ensure metro train running security.

摘要:Aimed to characteristics and management situation of shunting locomotine, a control system was presented that completed operating revelation and IC card data files remote transfer with PSTN network, which solved the problems that driver couldn’t write card and monitoring files couldn’t be analyzed in time. The proposed method not only could implement shunting locomotive temporary speed-limited management, but also could utilize current railway resource sufficiently and reduce human and fund cost.
摘要:Based on definitions of the MVB medium allocation, shortages of the periodic polling table constructed by the IEC 61375-1 standards were discussed. Optimization solution of MVB periodic polling table was formed, which allocated the maximal size port in the minimum net load basic period. Application of the algorithm and related way of scheduler analysis were expounded by the example of MVB periodic traffic, which proved that the above-mentioned solution could optimize the MVB period polling table efficiently.
