摘要:Thermal characteristics of press-pack IGBT modules were studied by utilizing three kinds of approaches. The thermal model was constructed, and static thermal resistance was analyzed by computation and finite-element simulation, as well as experimental measuring approach was applied based on the calibration of temperature parameters. Result based above three methods were analyzed and compared.
摘要:A Remote Input/output Module (RIOM) design proposal for TCN was proposed on the basis of highly reliable VME bus as well as MVB bus, which could achieve the fundamental functions of remote control and communication in train network. Besides, based on the presentation of overall structure and essential parameter, implementation mechanisms of VME slave finite state machine and structure of analog/digital signals communication in TCN was introduced in detail. The design had been validated in a TCN control system, which showed the system satisfy the requirement of TCN.
摘要:Dynamic performance of HXN5 type diesel locomotive was evaluated, and adaptability of the suspension system parameter and its effect on dynamic performance of HXN5 locomotive was analyzed. Based above, suggestions of suspension parameters optimization were put forward.

摘要:Side-window glass SEA simulation model of electric locomotive cab was built with the noise simulation software VA one, and sound insulation of different-thickness single-layer glass, different-thickness intermediate-air layer hollow glass and laminated glass were analyzed by simulation and test. The simulation results showed that the laminated glass had the best sound insulation effect.

摘要:According to the fault of photoelectric rotating-speed sensor based on TB/T 2760-1999 after locomotive speedup, new technology and material utility of high-speed encoder was adopted for product integral optimized design. Collective structure and main technical specification of the optimized sensor was introduced. Experiment and batch on-board examination proved that the new product had good performance and satisfied the design requirement of every index.

摘要:Basic parameters and performance requirements were briefed for the electric drive system for straddle-type monorail car with independent intellectual property rights. Also the traction/braking characteristics, performance calculation and line simulation, power circuit structure as well as the design ideas and technical characteristics of the control system were expounded. The vehicle and its electric drive system have passed the field type test and running inspection, which is under trial operation in Chongqing metro line 6 with good situation.

摘要:The straddle-type monorail vehicle was mainly guiding by the steering wheel when it throughing the curve. Therefore, the size of steering wheel’s radial force was an important index to evaluate the curve negotiation performance of monorail vehicle. Simulation model of monorail vehicle based on the multi-body dynamics simulation analysis software-ADAMS was established. Under the condition of orbit radius and super-high no changing and vehicle running with constant speed, radial force characters of steering wheel and its impact on curve negotiation performance of vehicle were analyzed by changing the size of the running wheel’s vertical stiffness. The simulation and analysis showed that running wheel’s vertical stiffness had great influence to vehicle curve negotiation performance.

摘要:It was discussed that the aluminum alloy car body’s modular structure, main features and main technology parameters of car body for Zhengzhou metro line 1 project vehicles. With finite element analysis for car body structure static strength, modal, buckling and crashworthiness, the strength, rigidity, stability and crashworthiness of the new designed aluminum alloy drum car body were validated consistent with the requirement of relevant standards and technology specification.

摘要:In order to ensure the safety of train running and meet the demand of train maintenance, a serial-flash-memory based data logging unit was designed. This system could not only gather, analyze and record running data of train speed protection device automatically, but also provide external communication interface for host computer real-time monitoring and data dump. With operation test and field identification, the design was proved satisfying real-time and reliable data recording and status monitoring of speed protection device in harsh environments.

摘要:A new transmission testing device for electric locomotive’s auxiliary converter system was introduced, and structure of electric locomotive’s auxiliary convertor system and its working processes were illustrated. PWM rectifier was used as load unit to regulate inverter output current for implementing various test conditions, current control of which was based on AC voltage orientation theory to realize decoupling control, and voltage-forecasting method was used to improve control system performance.

摘要:Situation of HX locomotive operation and maintenance was introduced, and overall program of HX locomotive maintenance management information system was proposed. Application architecture, logical architecture, network architecture and technology architecture of the system were introduced in detail, and improving system automation level and locomotive overhaul efficiency by utilizing information sharing method was discussed.

摘要:In order to solve the problem of high quality periodic data exchange between monitor equipments using backplane P-BUS, the software procedures of dual-port RAM software interface protocols which were used for periodic data were mainly presented. Characteristics of every software interface protocol were also introduced by analyzing each of software interface protocols. The field application of these protocols showed stable performance and high reliability.
摘要:Composition of LKJ system and main functions of its basic control software were introduced, as well as the status of software testing for the basic control software. Combined the testing theory of software life cycle, thought of constructing the basic control software testing system was proposed, based on which, a practical LKJ basic control software automatic testing system was developed. The software testing system covered whole software function and lightened amount of testing.
