摘要:In order to meet the special requirements of traction application, 3 300 V IGBT was supposed to have the excellent gate control capability, the lower on-state voltage drop and the wider safe operating area, an intensive study had been made on chip processes of 3 300 V IGBT. Some measurements had been taken on the process control and the critical processes improvement, so as to greatly improve the characteristics of gate driving, voltage blocking, on-state performance, and safe operating area. Therefor, the reliability has been significantly enhanced.
摘要:According to the IGBT characteristics and requirements for traction application, the simulation technique was used on the termination structure design to improve the blocking voltage. The terraced gate structure was developed to increase the switching speed, by adopting the carrier injection efficiency to realize a trade off between on state loss and turn off energy to reduce the total IGBT loss. The advanced cell structure design technique was adopted to optimize the short circuit capability to enhance the reliability. The ’super low P emitter’ was developed to get rid of the local lifetime control to reduce the FRD reverse leakage current. A 3 300 V IGBT/FRD had been developed, which could meet the requirements for traction application.
摘要:Afinite element model of IGBT module packaging was constructed by utilizing FEAsoftware of ANSYS. Effect of different grease thickness, equivalent heat transfer coefficient, base plate thickness and material, solder thickness and material, substrate thickness and material, copper layer thickness on thermal performance of IGBT module packaging were studied, as well as chip junction temperature affected by thermal spreading. The obtained conclusions might help to optimize packaging design of IGBT module.

摘要:The Weibull methodology for power cycling test data and some reported typical lifetime models were firstly discussed. Then, lifetime prediction procedures were presented including the conversion of mission profile to temperature profile, the temperature cycles counting by Rainflow algorithm, and lifetime calculating based on the fatigue linear accumulation damage theory and lifetime models. Lastly, as an example, power cycling lifetime of 3 300 V/1 200 A IGBT modules manufactured by Zhuzhou CSR Times Electric Co., Ltd., subjected to the application of HXD1C locomotive was predicted.
摘要:Aimed at fatigue strength problem of a certain high-speed EMUs trailer wheel, FEM model of trailer wheelset was established based on FEM method. Combined with the fatigue strength check method presented in standard EN13979-1-2003, dynamic stress ranges of several investigated parts of the wheel were obtained when the trailer wheel ran on tangent track, negotiated curved track and passed through turnout respectively, and the wheel fatigue strength evaluation method was discussed. Analysis results showed that the wheel maximal stress had reached 331.66 MPa, which appeared on the area of hub bore; and for each work condition, maximum stress was under allowable stress, which could meet the fatigue stress requirements of standard EN13979.
摘要:A certain 30 t locomotive axle was verified based on the latest standards TB/T 2395-2008 of design method for powered axle, and the concrete computation steps were proposed. By contrast of finite element method, the axle fatigue strength was proved to meet the design requirements, stress difference reasons of which were analyzed. With different setting value, magnitude of interference was found have great influence on stress of wheel-axle-fitting place.

摘要:Mechanical model of dynamic shock response calculation using modal superposition was analyzed, and based on this mechanical model, a dynamic shock simulation calculation was conducted for auxiliary converter cabinet on a certain vehicle by means of finite element method, which was checked with application of IEC 61373 standard. Besides, results of simulation calculation were verified by means of experimental test. Reliability of the structure and accuracy of the mechanical model were assured with above calculation and test, which provided theoretical basis for the simulation calculation’s application in product preliminary development period.
摘要:High magnet-conductive Ni-Fe alloy coil(1J77) was researched, B-H curve of which was defined; by analyzing the operation process under square wave voltage of 1J77, it was proved have fast response. Working principle under the different input situations of DC, low and high frequency of SVCT series fluxgate voltage sensor was introduced by taking SVCT.1000B product as example. The product satisfied actual applying required, and passed normal environment and EMC reliability test.
摘要:For calculating stiffness of rail vehicles tumbler locating structure, primary suspension vertical, horizontal and longitudinal dynamic model of tumbler locating were built, composed stiffness calculating formula of which was derived through balanceable force and moment, geometric distortion and conversion of energy and examined by test. The results showed that test results of primary vertical and longitudinal stiffness was consistent with design, yet test result of horizontal stiffness had greater error; furthermore, a better test method was put forward to improve testing precision.
摘要:According to the current requirement of train network control system, a configurable gateway communicated between MVB and DPRAM backplane bus was designed. Software and hardware scheme of MVB gateway based on microchip were introduced in emphasis. The gateway had a configurable application programming characteristic, which met the needs of MVB gateway system and had advantages of high reliability and applicability.
摘要:According to existing standards for axle-box test not covering check and analysis of axle-box body, application scope, force types, and load cases were compared among several test standards for bogie frames. It was revealed that standard EN 13749 had the characteristics of wide variety of bogie categories, full consideration to loads, and definite method for force combination, which was suitable for extrapolation and application in strength assessment of axle-box body. During the extrapolating process of standard, the difference in force bearing way, magnitude and kinds of loads between axle-box body and frame were fully considered, so that the force types and the load cases were determined for strength calculation of axle-box body reasonably. Furthermore, with the guide of the extrapolated standard EN 13749, static and fatigue strength analysis for the axle-box body of certain exporting locomotive was accomplished.

摘要:To solve the serious problem of automatic block district track circuit bad shunting caused by massive sanding in single locomotive emergency stop and locomotive occupying block district with no display, which caused frequently rear-end collision accident, automotive cut-off sanding device in single locomotive emergency braking was developed. Design function of the device was verified and advanced by overall static and dynamic test.
摘要:A novel suspension control was proposed for maglev systems. Instead of using traditional inner single current or flux feedback loop, both current and flux measurements were used in the feedback loop. It was shown that the system of interests became linear timeinvariant, which made analysis much easier and leads to a better performance. Moreover, how to commission and calibrate the flux-loop with the help of some adaptive law was also discussed. In order to implement the designed controller in industry, the flux sensor coil was inserted into the magnetic exciting coil, solving the problems of how to set up and manufacture the flux sensors.
摘要:Structure and features about power supply network of metro vehicle auxiliary power source system including concreting power supply mode and grid connected power supply mode were introduced. The topological structure of auxiliary inverter circuit included two types, i.e. single inverter and double inverter, also the single inverter contained three types including two levels, three levels and highfrequency isolated types, and the double inverter contained two types including the circuit superimposition and the magnetic path superimposition. Analysis of the above mentioned two power supply modes were made for getting their advantages and disadvantages by comparison between them, and the opological structure characteristics of the different types of inverters were supplied, as well as the suggestion was brought up.

摘要:Energy-storage regenerative braking test system in urban rail vehicle with feedback-energy was proposed, structure and running principle of which were introduced, as well as composition of experimental system main circuit and circuit topology of energy storage converter device. Three detail working models and circuit principle were analyzed. With a double closed loop of voltage-current control, supercapacitor energy storage was realized to complete braking energy regeneration. Main technical specifications of energy-storage regenerative braking test system in urban rail vehicle was introduced, and at the same time, detection system was applied for experimental data acquisition and procession. The system had characteristics of energy saving, credibility and high precision.

This control mode is safe, reliable, efficient and low-cost.
摘要:Control project, working principle and frequency conversion technology of frequency-converted air-conditioner system was introduced, and by practical application effect test of urban rail vehicles, variable frequency air conditioner was proved better comfortable than frequency-fixed air-conditioner. The results showed that frequency-converted air-conditioner system could be applied in urban rail vehicles, and had opularizing significance.

The locomotive which was depended on 8-axle AC-driving locomotive developing platform and based on European, ГOCT and White Russia standard, adapted White Russia national main railway and multinational freight transmission. The first 2 БКГ-1 type locomotives were put into operation in White Russia at October 31, 2012.

With running information real-time collect, modern communication and signal processing, remote monitoring and fault diagnosing for ten-thousand-ton reconnected locomotive were implemented. 摘要:To ensure the testing data accurate and reliable of salt-spray test equipment, measurement model of salt-spray sedimentation ratio uncertainty evaluation was established and used to analyze uncertainty sources combining with real experiment system, based on which, sedimentation rate uncertainty of salt-spray for locomotive vehicles electronic devices was assessed, and the results met requirements of standard. This method ensured the correctness and repeatability of shell quality test of locomotive vehicles electronic devices, and provided guidance for equipments structure improvement.

摘要:Taking axle of GCY300II 12t-axle-load rail car as research object, according to locomotive axle strength standards, axle static and fatigue strength of the six different conditions with different axle load was calculated with finite element method. Based on the stress distribution and numerical value, static and fatigue strength of axle were analyzed, and weak parts of the axle was determined. Assuming the weakest parts of axle, and taking stress values of different axle load and different conditions as axle cracking-point stress spectrum, fatigue crack propagation life of axle was analyzed combined with theoretical calculation. The results showed that variable cross-section was weak part of axle, and the weakest part was edge of inside wheel seat.

摘要:According to characteristics of high-speed railway operating maintenance and existing terrible rail-damaging problems caused by working tamping machine such as boxing up, twisting or breaking, flow-process and system fault of the operation of tamping machine were analyzed, and improving solution of lifting-lining system was provided, based on which, a fuzzy PID controller was designed to digitize the system. Through on-board test, the solution was proved effectively reduce safety risk and improve the work efficiency.

摘要:Great sense to set a train bus circuit for metro vehicles was expounded, and bus circuit design methods of demostic three-rail metro vehicle projects was proposed. Through analysis of bus circuits, a design scheme of the third rail voltage was presented. The calculation and circuit analysis showed that the design method could solve the problems existed in three-rail metro vehicle operation.
