      摘要:The thermal management of 1 500 A/3 300 V IGBT power module was developed in this paper. First, based on thermal nodes network, an equivalent circuit model for thermal resistance of power module was highlighted, from which the steady state thermal resistance was optimized theoretically. Then, thermal simulation of 1 500 A/3 300 V IGBT module was accomplished by means of finite element model (FEM). Finally, the thermal equivalent model of the IGBT module was verified by simulation results.

      摘要:For studying longitudinal force bearing capacity of slave locomotives in heavy haul trains, nonlinear draft gear models and detailed coupler models were developed after the analysis of working mechanism of 13A/QKX100 coupler/draft gear systems. By utilizing a train model consisted of one HXD1 8-axle locomotive and two C80 freight wagons, dynamic behavior of coupler systems bearing longitudinal forces were analyzed and longitudinal force bearing capacity of slave locomotives was obtained. Study results showed that wheelset lateral force increased with longitudinal compressive force and coupler free angles, but not so obvious while coupler angles were small. Longitudinal compressive force bearing capacity of slave locomotives were larger than 2 500 kN when coupler angles smaller than 6 degrees or the coupler systems had frictional stability structure.

      摘要:Based on Circular-Variable method, a three-dimensional coupling dynamics model of 20000-ton combined heavy haul train driving by two Harmony (HXD) locomotives was built, and train coupler force was compared in different locomotive marshalling position namely the 2+0, 1+1+0 and the 1+0+1 marshalling mode under traction and brake conditions which included the master and slave control locomotives synchronous traction, the slave control locomotive lag traction, the master and slave control locomotives synchronous brake, and brake with the controllable train tail device. The simulation results showed that under above calculation conditions, the coupler force of the 1+1+0 marshalling mode was the smallest, while under the 2+0 marshalling mode, the coupler force of the vehicles in the train and the impulse of the train were both the largest, and coupler force of the 1+0+1 mode was in middle between the 1+1+0 and 2+0 marshalling mode. In addition, when the controllable train tail device was installed on the trains, in brake condition, the coupler force of the train were all smaller compared to which of no train tail device. Thus, while marshalling for the 20000-ton combined heavy haul train, the 1+1+0 mode with controllable train tail device would be the best marshalling mode.

      摘要:Focused on the electric traction system of SDA1 AC drive diesel locomotive, main drive system, control system, auxiliary converter system and technic innovation were introduced systematically. The electric traction system had good peoformance in tests and practial operating. The result indicated that the design of electric drive system was reasonable and reliable, and met the design requirement.

      摘要:The MVB communication network system which obeyed to IEC 61375-1 standard was researched in this article. The measurement index of MVB network dynamic performance including protocol efficiency, network efficiency, network utilization and network throughput was put forward and the relevant formula on the index was derived in the context. With a simulation example, impact of various communication medium and load on MVB network dynamic performance was evaluated and analyzed.

      摘要:Based on the detailed structural finite element model of a heavy electric locomotive cab, the natural frequency of cab structure was calculated and analyzed. The acoustic FEM was applied to simulate cavity acoustic modes, and sound pressure response of frequency range from 6.3 Hz to 200 Hz at sound field was given based on wheel-rail vertical random excitation. The results indicated that the natural frequency of cab structure was intensive, and mainly in low-frequency range below 80 Hz. For the present cab, zero-pressure section line of acoustic mode made driver’s ears under a small region of sound pressure amplitude in a wide range. The zero-pressure section line was offset slightly by wheel-rail vertical random excitation at speed 100 km/h. The noise characteristics of frequency range from 100 Hz to 200 Hz in cab were significantly improved by damping and sound-absorbing material.

      摘要:Based on high-speed and large-kinetic-energy characteristics of high-speed trains, a special passive protective end energyabsorbing structure was designed and simulated through non-linear finite element software LS-DYNA. The two-step energy-absorbing device fixed on the two cab end as well as low stiffness structure of car body rear end were studied and focused on the interface force, deformation and energy absorption capacity when a collision accident happened. It was proved that the two-step structure deformed orderly and had an energy absorbing capacity of 3.4 MJ, which could protect the cab effectively, and the rear end low stiffness zone had an energy-absorbing capacity of 6.5 MJ, which could protect the integrity of the passenger area. According to EN15227, a train-to-train crash scenario with a relative speed of 36 km/h was simulated and verified. It was proved that trains with energy-absorbing structure mentioned above could meet the need of EN15227 without climbing and damage of living space for both of drivers and passengers. Meanwhile, the average deceleration of the cab car was 4.4g.

      摘要:With modular design ideas, an integrated auxiliary power cabinet design scheme was proposed with auxiliary converter, battery charger, single-phase power supply and associated control circuit integration. Simulation model of the cabinet was established, and static structure strength and dynamics were analyzed, as well as experimental validation was put out, results of which showed that the integrated auxiliary power cabinet met the product design demand, solving problem of installation space limitation under the body with significant advantages in weight and volume.

      摘要:In order to increase fatigue strength of locomotive gearbox, dynamical characteristics of gearbox structure was analyzed based on finite-element modal analysis method. Previous structure weak area was found according to the modals and stress distribution of the structure in the analysis and the structure was improved. The improved gearbox had higher corresponding natural frequencies and higher structure strength and avoided shell resonance, which met safety service requirements. The numerical results are verified by experiment with good agreement.

      摘要:With overall design ideas for crashworthy car body, referring to domestic and foreign crashworthiness design specifications and guidelines and combining with a certain inter-city EMUs, finite element models of inter-city EMUs head car collision were established by using explicit finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, and numerical simulation of crash process was carried out. The result showed that the crashworthiness of this inter-city EMUs head car was consistent with requirement.

      摘要:Power interruption and intermediate DC link voltage variation were analyzed in detail when metros passing no-electricity areas, and adaptive micro-brake technique for keeping the intermediate DC voltage steady were put forward. Corresponding application solutions was provided, effectivity and practicability of which was validated by experimental verification. The experimental results showed that the adaptive micro-brake technique met the requirements of domestic and foreign customers, and reached advanced level in the same industry.

      摘要:Parameters and performance requirement of energy-storage electric traction light-rail vehicle were introduced. T/B characteristic of electric traction system, simulation and calculation of vehicle operation capability, main circuit, control system and energy-storage management system of the vehicle were expounded. Moreover, energy-storage traction system of the vehicle was compared with traditional electric traction system. The vehicle has passed line routine test and type approval test, which satisfies design requirements.

      摘要:Based on SPMC75F2313 as control core, using hall sensor to sampling traction motor current in real-time, and with interpretation of the current bias and temporal scales, motor status was determined. When traction motor fault occurred, such as pinion loosening, shaft broken and so on, the monitoring device could accurately alarm and record the fault information, to remind attendants dealing with the fault for preventing accident spreading.

      摘要:Dual net-interface card technology for solving LAN communication problems in inverter testing system was introduced in this paper. Replacing router by dual net-interface card, this method successfully achieved network communication among industrial control computer, control enclosure and measured DCU. Experiments results showed that with control enclosure and measured DCU installed service program, industrial control computer installed client program and IP addresses of dual net card configured in different network segments, data communication could be realize correctly. The technology has been applied in traction inverter measure system for Shenzhen metro line 5 vehicles.

      摘要:Common localization technologies were introduced briefly, and localization technology based on RSSI applied in CC2431 was focused on. Process of constructing localization and information acquisition system based on WSN was described, which included design of WSN node adopted embedded technology, application development based on ZigBee protocol stack Z-stack and design of humancomputer interaction interface. Flow of data frame in protocol stack interacted in localization was analyzed emphatically. The results showed that the localization and information acquisition system could achieve real-time localization and meet the needs of monitoring of sensor data.
