摘要:Performance and main technic parameters of hybrid-power diesel locomotive traction converters were introduced,which overcame shortages of traditional diesel locomotive by using both power battery and diesel generator for traction.Operating principle,development process,main characteristics and innovation of traction converters were described particularly.
摘要:According to the high requirements on adhesion utilization control performance of SDA1 AC drive diesel locomotive, a scheme of adhesion utilization control based on speed radar was presented, principle and realization approach of which was introduced. Experiments and practical operating data showed that the scheme could make sufficient use of adhesion and improved the efficiency of adhesion utilization. The maximum adhesion coefficient of locomotive was 0.46, according with the requirements of the consumer completely.

摘要:Longitudinal force has become an important index to evaluate synchronous control performance of heavy haul train. Mathematical model and simulation model based on Matlab/Simulink of train’s longitudinal dynamics was established. Longitudinal force of 10 000 t heavy haul train under different marshaling and different working conditions was calculated and compared to test data, which verified the feasibility of simulation model; simultaneously, it was proved that the combined train of synchronous control had more advantages in dynamics performance than the traditional train. All of above provide simulation platform and theoretical basis for further analysis and optimization of train synchronous control.

摘要:Different from the common active or passive pressure protection devices, novel pressure control equipment for high speed EMUs adopted dual-motor driving device with both active and passive pressure protection functions to implement pressure control inside saloon. With test of tunnel condition and high speed trains crossing in tunnel condition, the new pressure protection device was demonstrated to have capacity of reducing the influence of outside pressure wave, technical platform of which has been established.

摘要:Based on simplified equivalent model, vehicle dynamics performance of a certain EMU changed along with anti-yaw damper mounted stiffness was analyzed, influence to which produced by elastic vibration of the frame was considered. The results show that dynamics performance of vehicle system is affected by changes of anti-yaw damper mounted stiffness, especially when the vehicle running speed reached 250 km/h; Moreover, elastic vibration of the frame influence the choice of mounted stiffness.
摘要:Idealized simulation modeling methods for electric switch were studied. Possible existing stiff problem and signals transmitting logical conflict problem were settled by simple means. The modeling methods adapt fixed-step real-time simulations for electric circuit system.

摘要:Development process, product performance, features and application prospects of the heat pipe radiator for CRH2 EMUs’ CI were describled. With comparison to H1X3206, domestic heat pipe radiator DG7027 has achieved and exceeded the requirement value of parts imported from Japan. After completion of type test for each item, it can realize batch production.

摘要:An input-series and output-paralleled (ISOP) circuit topology was very suitable for high input voltage to DC-DC conversion application. Relationship between the voltage sharing and the current sharing of ISOP topology was analyzed, which was concluded that the key question of ISOP topology was to ensure the voltage sharing of the input divided capacitors of each module. A kind of double voltage loop control strategy was studied for the battery power supply unit, which was verified by actual products.

摘要:Residual stress field of torsion bar after rolling was quantitatively measured with X-ray diffraction method. Test results showed that the measured method had accuracy data, small divergence factor, which could fulfill the requirement of residual stress in EN15049. Along with increase of rolling amount of feed, surface residual stress of torsion bar became bigger gradually, which was index distribution, and along with the further increase of amount of feed, increase trend of stress receded .

摘要:Air conditioner control system of CRH2 EMUs was introduced and simulated based on Matlab/Simulink. Passenger room temperature and refrigerating output with frequency conversion control air conditioner system and on/off air conditioner control system was compared and analyzed, as well as air conditioner operation during train passing neutral sections was simulated. The built model simulates passenger room temperature and refrigerating output with air conditioner system well.
摘要:By using software Star-CD and dynamic meshing technique, the two-dimensional models of blunt-shaped and streamlineshaped train passing through tunnel with different speed were built. The piston wind property and the influence of the piston wind on catenaries contact wires aerodynamic performance were analyzed. When the height of contact wires was 6 meter, the maximum value of the piston wind vertical components and the lift forces on contact wires formed by the blunt train were twice and quadruple of that formed by the streamline train. When the speed of train increased ten meters per second, the maximum lift force on contact wires would double.
摘要:For train-control equipment simulation and function verification, a set of railway lines and signal equipment three-dimensional modeling method was elaborated with virtual-reality simulation technology, and the method was realized with the software of Creator. Road module, OpenFlight format, texture and special node of Switch, and setting of LOD of Creator were introduced. The modeling method can verify function and characteristic of train-control equipment, which ensures safety of railway travel.

摘要:Based on axle temperature detecting system structure and principle of CRH5 & CRH3 EMUs, new-generation high-speed EMUs axle temperature detecting system was developed with DSP+FPGA control system. The system has the features such as high detecting precise, excellent anti-interference ability, reliability and stability etc, which satisfies high-speed requirement.

摘要:For solving the key technic problem of rubber elastomeric component combinational loading test for rail vehicle,a modular design concept was presented.A 12-channel combinational loading test platform was constructed,design principle and structure of which were introduced,and typical products were tested.Design parameters of the platform were proved to satisfy the test requirement well,which provided researching platform for rail vehicle elastomeric component safety and reliability study in China.
摘要:Architecture and process of software unit testing in rail transportation field were introduced. With unit testing practice of locomotive auxiliary converter control platform software, decomposition and design of testing process, analysis and statistic of testing results, and evaluation of software quality were completed. Effective improving suggestions was put out, which point the process improvement direction for software engineering.
摘要:Method of measuring the safety against derailment by running through a twisted test track in AS 7509.1"Railway Rolling Stock-Dynamic Behavior-Part 1: Locomotive Rolling Stock", which published in 2009 in Australia, was briefly introduced in this thesis. The safety against derailment was calculated based on the standard testing track condition in AS 7509.1 reappeared in the SIMPACK software. Compared with methods of computer simulation of vehicle resistance to flange climbing derailment at low speed in BS EN 14363 "Railway applications-Testing for the acceptance of running characteristics of railway vehicles -Testing of running behavior and stationary tests" published in 2005 in Europe, the AS 7509.1 standard is more reliable and applicable in the evaluation methods of railway vehicle resistance to derailment on twisted track.

摘要:An locomotive speed sensor fault diagnosis method based on Radial Basis Function (RBF) neural network was presented. RBF neural network predictor was built by taking common faults of photoelectric speed sensor as model. Through on-line training and realtime diagnosis, it was determined whether sensor was faulted, and then diagnostic decision methods were put forward and fault date of sensor was reconstructed. The simulation results show that dynamic characteristics of sensor are accurately simulated, which can rapidly and effectively realize speed sensor fault diagnosis.
