      摘要:For decreasing the train operation resistance force, key technologies of high-speed EMUs aero-dynamical design and lightweight design were studied. By the systematic analysis and optimization of the major factors to influence train operation resistance force, control scheme and practical measures were proposed for high-speed EMUs noise reduction and weight lightening. Line test showed that the provided measures reduced high-speed EMUs operation resistance force effectively, realized speed lifting, energy conservation and environmental protection, and improved train dynamics performance and synthetical comfort too.

      摘要:Concept and prototype structure performance of hybrid power traction shunting locomotive were expounded, emphasis on prototype development contents, technic measures, oil-saving and emission reduction effect and oil-saving test. By both calculation evaluation and test verification, hybrid power technology was proved realized the dual targets of energy high-efficiency and cyclic usage. Achievements of prototype developing were summarized.

      摘要:Technic characteristic of the bogie for one exported broad gauge locomotive was introduced. Dynamic model of the locomotive transporter was established based on SIMPACK software, laying stress on analyzing how the yaw damper and parameter variation of primary suspension would affect the stability, straight and curve negotiation of the transporter. Through the optimizing analysis of the parameters, it was found that getting rid of the yaw damper led to better performance, and it was possible to adopt the primary suspension of SS8 locomotive as that of transporter bogie, with safety request fulfilled for transporter passing different railways.

      摘要:New design of auxiliary generator controller based on single-chip microcomputer for diesel locomotive was introduced in detail. Constant voltage and current limit of auxiliary generator exciter winding was realized by mathematical PID control, and heat dissipation of MOSFET and electromagnetic compatibility were considered through shape designed. The new controller has the advantages of voltage stabilization, full protect function and easy debugging and easy upgrading.

      摘要:Controller design and debugging was the key for maglev system based on V-shaped guideway using a single set of magnets to simultaneously achieve suspension, guidance and propulsion. An experimental set with a tilt angle of 30°was proposed, and according to the relationship among suspension, guidance and roll motion, the reasonable control algorithm was chosen and designed. Simulation and experimental method were used to prove the effectiveness of the control algorithm. Experimental results showed that stability could be achieved for the suspension, guidance and roll motion of the experimental set.

      摘要:Development of air-core reactor for middle-low-speed maglev train was introduced. Key technology of air-core reactor was described, inductance calculation, structure design, temperature-rising and shielding-plate calculation of which were analyzed in emphasis. Simulation analysis on electromagnetic field with ANSOFT finite element software and three-dimensional modeling was carried out for reaching the national standard of non-ionizing radiation.

      摘要:With electromagnetic finite element method, leakage magnetic field distribution of electromagnets and linear traction motor was simulated and calculated, the results of which were compared to test reports of electromagnetic radiation field of CMS04 middle-lowspeed maglev train carried out by Institute of Electrical Engineering Chinese Academy of Science, which proved that middle-low-speed maglev train transport system was a kind of green urban rail transit system with good electromagnetic environment.

      摘要:Based on a traction calculation model for low-speed maglev train, a new strategy of traction calculation was put forward. According to the strategy, key technology and flow charts of the algorithms were presented. Simulation software was formulated, by which the Beijing S1 route was calculated.       摘要:Based on the analysis of mathematics model for a novel urban-rail traction motor, the operation process of traction motor was researched, the traction and braking characteristics of the motor were analyzed, control method of traction motor was presented, and typical parameters of the traction motor were deducted. With operation controlling method, test of traction and braking characteristics were accomplished to obtain traction & braking parameters and characteristics curves for 190 kW urban-rail AC variable-frequency traction motor by experiment, which accorded with theoretical curves of literature. The traction and braking characteristics of traction motor were also verified by testing results.

      摘要:In the light of the operation demand of the intercity passenger dedicated line, scheme was proposed to increase an ATO function based on the existing CTCS-2 level train control system. The composition of the combination program of CTCS-2 level and ATO train control system was briefed along with the working principle of ATO, and main analysis was carried out for the function realization of ATO system in intercity passenger dedicated line. The execution of the program, which was good for implementing intelligentizing and automatism of transport dispatch command and control, would maintain transport safety, improve transport efficiency, and optimize transport organization.

      摘要:FEA model of a B-type metro aluminum alloy carbody including weld line was established. Based on the mesh-insensitive structural stress method and main S-N curve method in ASME standard, stress concentration, fatigue life and damage were calculated for each key weld line. The results showed that the fatigue life of all weld line had reached the carbody design life.

      摘要:A porcelain positioning method based on SIFT was proposed. First, the scale invariant features of image and porcelain were extracted respectively, then, feature points were matched through Euclidean Distance of the key points, finally, the porcelain feature points were obtained and porcelain was positioned correctly. Experimental results showed that the method could accurately locate porcelain insulator and improve the computing speed.

      摘要:To settle the hard technical problem of test device rapid preparation and a mass of repeated detecting tests in metal-rubber bushing R&D for railway vehicle, a modular test device parameter design method based on PROE/EXCEL was presented. Modular test device was designed to test different structure product, which realized rapid design and assemblage with improving work efficiency for 35%, decreasing cost for 30%. With combination study of finite-element analysis and test, main factor affecting product stiffness was summarized and test results were validated consistent with calculation. The analysis result could guide product design and development to reduce test cost.

      摘要:A method was proposed by using binary search arithmetic searching motor speed, if missed then employing Lagrange interpolation method to calculating motor torque of locomotive’s traction and brake. By comparing calculation accuracy and time complexity with the classical algorithm in envelope curve of motor characteristic, the presented method was proved have better calculation accuracy and acceptable time complexity.
