摘要:For the limitation of MVB cards in railway only adapting in MVB-cPCI or MVB-PC/104 bus, a new communication method was given, by detecting buses connecting status with ARM microprocessor, automatically loading different procedures upon FPGA, to realize the interconnection of MVB communicate with other system buses (such as MVB-USB, MVB-Ethernet bus, etc.) by the universal MVB interface unit. With the designed universal MVB interface, application range of MVB cards extended, and compatibility of on-board devices was enhanced. Interface design of multiple system buses connection based on FPGA was expounded theoretically, and the prototype was realized and tested, which showed that this study could be used to develop the high-rate-communication devices of TCN5.

摘要:CKD6E locomotive, the China’s first developed hybrid power locomotive with energy conservation and environmental protection, was introduced, and electric drive circuit, control system and working methods were illuminated. Key issues and solutions measures of the locomotive development and debugging process were proposed. In addition, hybrid power locomotive features different from the traditional were summarized, and improving countermeasures were proposed.

摘要:The wheel fatigue strength assessing criterions based on uniaxial fatigue theory and Dang-Van multi-axis highcycle fatigue assessing criterions were both used to calculate the fatigue strength of the same wheel, and safety and application scope were compared. The results showed that the fatigue strength of wheel met the requirements under the two assessing criterions, and the danger zone of the wheel fatigue was on the middle point of plate hole edge in flange side; uniaxial fatigue criterion of the plate tended to be more safe, and the Dang-Van multi-axial high cycle fatigue criterion was better to evaluate the plate hole.
摘要:For the vacuum circuit breaker (VCB) breaking frequently in high-speed railway, contacts were repeatedly corroded, and tips, coarsenesses and reduction of vacuum degree of diffusing metal vapor were caused by arc during breaking. The experimental program was proposed of characterizing VCB electric life by measuring contact resistance of normal current under different breaking number. Meanwhile, the characteristics of withstanding impulse voltage and frequency voltage under different breaking number were obtained. Studies have shown that the contact resistance was initially increasing with the increase of breaking number, and after that, contact resistance was unchanged; in the initial testing period, the transient recovery voltage could not cause reignition of arc, but multiple reignitions of arc would happen possibly with working in a long term, although the gas of interrupter could not be breakdown by workingfrequency voltage.
摘要:Scheme to implement high-speed parallel bus based on FPGA technology for diesel locomotive control system was introduced. Detailed description was made to its structure, interface signal, function block and register. It was proved that the scheme cut the spending of CPU, improved the efficiency of the system, and satisfied the real-time requirement.

摘要:According to theoretical research and product development for railway vehicle semi-active damper, method to get frequency and amplitude of vibration velocity with vibration acceleration was proposed. Based on fuzzy neural network control strategy, damping parameters adjustable for semi-active damper control was achieved, which adapt all kinds of railway conditions and running speeds to fulfill the demand of speed up and comfortable quality.

摘要:In order to analyze the distribution of surface temperature, velocity and pressure field on the brake resistance chip in the process of rail vehicle’s resistance brake, simulation model of brake resistance chips was established by considering the influence of the temperature on thermal physical property parameters of the air. The results showed that CFD simulation was useful for the design of brake resistor.

摘要:Reasons of draw bar’s holder cracks on 6K type electric locomotive were analyzed, and ANSYS were applied for finite element analysis of the draw bar’s holder. The fatigue strength was evaluated and actual dynamic stress was tested. With considering the different stress and bearing structure characteristics of the draw bar’s holder, the corresponding optimization for life extension was designed to ensure prolonged life of 6K type electric locomotive to 10 years.

Network control system was described from system bus, topology, and functions, etc. With analysis of logical vehicle control module and train line, mediumlow speed maglev train hard-wire relay control system was indicated.

摘要:Harmonic-generating mechanism of rectifier and inverter for electric-drive rail-grinding car was briefly analyzed, and necessity of setting DC and AC filters for the converters was elaborated. Parameters design of DC filter and the AC filter was focused on and checked by simulation, good harmonic-suppressing effect of which has been shown in simulation as well as in actual experiment.
摘要:The AU1878L-241 electromagnet in platform screen door (PSD) systems, whose work life could not meet the requirements of PSD systems, was studied and structurally improved. FEM method was used to analyze the performances of old and improved structures of the electromagnet, providing theories and proof to the improved structure by the analysis results of deformation and stress distribution. Friction and wear tests of the electromagnets were also carried out, and the test results showed that the new structure could effectively protect the electromagnet from being worn and prolong its life.
摘要:In order to satisfy real-time and fidelity requirement of simulation training system relay protection of the metro operation control center (OCC) power dispatch, and also guarantee real-time requirement of power dispatch, traffic dispatch and control dispatch combined training, protection models using hierarchical thinking and all logic judgment method were studied, and the corresponding fault simulation flow was designed. Finally, the models and flow were verified by taking the simulation training system of a metro as an example.

摘要:Aiming at the features of side-placed steel spring rotary arm positioning bush with complex structure and short life, a simpler and longer-used structure was proposed. Prototype manufacture, type test and application showed that the new structure satisfy the practical requirement better.
摘要:Thermal resistance of heatsink was calculated with heat transfer empirical formulas and simulated with Icepak software, for testing accuracy of which, experiments of thermal resistances were carried out. Comparison of the results proved that Icepak simulation could meet engineering applying requirement, as well as modified empirical formulas method.

摘要:GCY300II rail car bogie frame structural features were described. With TB/T 1335 — 1996, simulation framework for static strength and dynamic stress test were carried out, and correctness of the simulation model was verified by comparative analysis. Based above, structure improvement was proposed for poor welding on the frame, and static strength simulation results was compared before and after the improvement. The results showed that structural strength of bogie frame before and after improvement both met rail standards’ requirement, but the improved was more reasonable and practical.
