摘要:According R&D requirement of railway vehicle electric detection technology, the idea of constructing complete recurrence of complete conditions of complete system test system was presented. The overall design of traction power test system, TCN network test system, RAMS/LCC test system and software RAMS evaluation was introduced, which implemented deep evaluation of system products and multi-system combination in laboratory, and provided technical solutions for electric equipment and system RAMS/LCC certification of railway vehicle.
摘要:RAMS element relationship, structure and the component functions of the rail vehicle network control system were analyzed. RAMS designing method for network control system was introduced, including availability designing, reliability asigning and predicting, maintainability asigning and predicting method, and maintainability verification. Based on RAMS, a corresponding network control design flow chart was put forward, which improved product design flow chart with contract index satisfied.
摘要:A semi-active damper principle based on sky-hook theory was described. Taking CRH380A EMUs head car as studying object, influence of sky-hook damping coefficient and time delay of the system on the vehicle dynamics performance was analyzed. The results showed that: the greater the sky-hook damping coefficient was, the better lateral vibration performance of vehicle was, and the biggest system allowable time delay turned smaller. So, lateral vibration performance and system time-delay influence should be considered at the meantime for design of sky-hook damping coefficient. Compared with the passive suspension, the semi-active suspension improved lateral vibration isolated performance of car body obviously, the average improvement rate of which was more than 20%.

摘要:The slid motor observer was created based on the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor. The current error was defined as the slid sign function, and the stability of the observer was guaranteed by the Lyapunov stability theory. By the backemf obtained from slid motor observer and position error, PLL(Phase-Locked Loop) was structured, with which position and speed was calculated. Simulink result indicated the valid of the theory.

摘要:Precharging process of the traction converter was analyzed, and the electric parameters and design methods of charging and discharging resistors were also described in detail. Charge and discharge process were simulated for achieving the rational design of charging and discharging resistors. Experimental result of existing project validated the design method with reasonability and feasibility.

摘要:Vehicle system dynamic models of bogie driven directly by permanent-magnet synchronous motor were established based on SIMPACK. With the simulation calculation, the structure and main parameters were selected for the primary suspension system of directdrive bogie. The relationship between the non-linear critical speed and horizontal stiffness of the primary suspension system was analyzed, and the vertical and horizontal stiffness was obtained as 10 MN/m and 6 MN/m, which indicated that the primary suspension should apply double-ring steel spring & triangular rod structure. According to the short span of the primary suspension system, analysis of vehicle flexibility coefficient was focused on, and the vertical stiffness value of 1.2~1.6 MN/m was obtained, then, spring parameters were finally calculated.
摘要:In this paper, the parametric model of a special tempered glass in a PSD system was built based on ANSYS APDL programs. Loading performances of tempered glass was analyzed according to different load styles, and relevant parameters were optimized such as the glass thickness, the size of the rectangle groove and the radius of the fillet, which provided advices for the protection and design of the PSD system.
摘要:With finite element analysis by the ANSYS software, the mechanic strength was analyzed and calculated when the auxiliary transformer clamping piece was brought to bear three direction impact of vertical 3g transverse 3g and longitudinal 5g peak acceleration, which indicated the max stress of all working conditions was less than material permitted. The reliability of clamp mechanic strength was verified by experiment too.

摘要:Performance parameters of emergency brake button with F-type micro switch applied in HXD2 electric locomotive braking control system were introduced. Structure characteristics and principle of emergency brake button were analyzed emphatically, and the 3 key factors effecting emergency brake button working were discussed. Practice showed the emergency brake button with good performance, low failure ratio, and easy maintenance but no good intelligent control.

摘要:The traction system of test EMUs used for performance and high speed test was based on asynchronous AC motor and satisfied with EN standard. Technical parameter design on system structure and critical components of the traction system were analyzed and verified, which validated had good performance and satisfied the highest level requirements.
摘要:Based on on-board data acquisition, communication and computer technologies, a set of locomotive remote monitoring and diagnosis system applicable for management of Chinese locomotive operation and maintenance was proposed. The system structure, network structure, communication mode, information processing and general applications were explored in detail. In the light of the practical system running, operation and evaluation, the current situation and future view of wide application were analyzed.
摘要:Aimed at head car of EMUs, according to different types of seals used for different types of openings on the car body, test equipment was designed for testing air tightness of different holes, and air tightness of EMUs was evaluated by the experiment data and evaluation means. Through the results, the following conclusions about air tightness was understood: pressure alteration testing could evaluated the leakage area of whole car-body and different hole part, air tightness of EMUs accorded with interrelated standards.

摘要:To analyzing conduct burn-out of HXN5 locomotive air compressor conductor, on-board current and voltage detecting devices were developed. The components and the software of device system were expounded with emphasis, and the test data was analyzed. By onboard examination, the detecting device was proved with stable performance and good operating effect.
摘要:Basic parameters and performance requirements were briefed for the electric drive system of Chongqing metro line 6 vehicles, and the design, calculation and line simulation of traction and regenerative braking performance of the system were expounded. The calculation and simulation results showed that the performance of electric drive system met the design requirements. The Chongqing metro line 6 vehicles and their electric drive systems had passed the field type test and running inspection, and passenger-carried operation worked well

摘要:Taking head circumference of infants as the higher limit, numerical models of subway train getting fire in tunnel were established based on gas dynamics and combustion theory with the software FLUENT. Smoking-exhausting required time and pressure inside and outside of the train with different speed and opening door scheme was simulated, which showed that the smoke inside the railway carriage could be rapidly exhausted when the door opening degree was 0.07 m and the speed was 30 km/h. Experiment result in the Window of the world and the chiwan 2 Line of Shenzhen metro was consistent with numerical approach, which indicated numerical analysis for emergency smoke-exhausting mode was reliable with high accuracy.

摘要:According to practical test data of domestic and imported pantograph carbon slider wearing, difference and sameness were analyzed on pantograph design, and influence of the differences on actual carbon slider wearing was evaluated. Advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of pantographs were summarized, and suggestions for pantograph design and maintenance were provided.

摘要:According to the abrupt slope of LIM line and the ED brake of LIM vehicle not depending on adhesion, ED brake priority of emergence brake was applied to Guangzhou LIM vehicle. The design and test of the scheme were introduced, which could reduce the vehicle brake distance effectively of rainy condition and ensure operation safety.

摘要:Main technic parameters, power circuit and it’s converter module characteristics of IGBT traction convertor of electric locomotives for altiplano were introduced. The adaptability design for altiplano was presented such as the working principle of heater, and so on. The traction converter was validated satisfying altiplano locomotive applying requirement by the test data.
摘要:Function of computer interlocking equipment, which was considered as one of core subsystem of signal system was discussed. Moreover, in terms of practical requirement, a modified method of interlocking logic realization was proposed. According to the characteristics of urban rail transit, the design principle of application layer software was investigated. Based on the investigation and analysis, the proposed computer interlocking logic design for main line of urban rail transit was expected to meet the requirement of customers and speed up the process of localization of urban rail transit signal system.
摘要:Taking track wheel set of rolling test-bed in NCR Datong electric locomotive Co., Ltd. as object, distributing of track wheel shaft stress and the variation rule of different working condition were studied, and the tangency stress of the track wheel and shaft with the wheel bearing the still load and acting load was analyzed. The security of interference fit joints was considered while track wheel set worked at high rotary speed. This study was useful to track wheel set design and dimension matching between wheel and shaft.
