摘要:In order to accurately estimate the rotor angle and speed for sensorless control of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM), a nonlinear state observer was presented based on motor state equations and nonlinear theory, and the stable criteria of the observer was stated based on Lyapunov stable theory. Considering the influence of load disturbance, the load torque estimation was added to the observer. Because the modeling and sampling were not perfect, errors existed between the real states and the estimated states, so a compensation method was introduced. The convergence and accuracy of the state observer were proved through simulations and experiments.

摘要:Dynamic models of 200 km/h high-speed power cars with semi-body and flexible suspensions were established respectively, the dynamic performance of which was compared and analyzed. It was showed that both of the suspension mode satisfied the speed requirement of 200 km/h and affected car’s curve passing performance little, and the high-speed power car with semi-body suspension had higher nonlinear critical speed and better straight riding quality but worse vertical riding comfort.

摘要:Operating principle of HXD3 locomotive brake and its control equipment was introduced, and reason of train pipe abnormal pressure reducing caused by control equipment was analyzed. Iteration arithmetic based on timestamp to update the position judge value of control equipment was proposed, which solved the abnormal brake problem caused by handle position locater output-value error affected by environment, and ensured the operation security of train well.

摘要:The axle box pull rod of SS7E Electric locomotive was introduced. According to the requirement of speedup, the structure of old product was improved based on the same space envelope and interface dimension. The stiffness and fatigue test results indicated that new structure product could meet the stiffness requirement and had the longer fatigue life, the application results also showed that it could provide the proper primary suspension stiffness and meet high-speed requirement of locomotive.

摘要:In the paper, to reduce the DC-link capacitor voltage harmonics of dual-cascading PWM rectifier in electric traction AC drive system, firstly, the theoretical design method of DC-link capacitor was introduced, then, the characteristic of high order harmonics of DC-link voltage in the steady-state was derived, and DC link voltage ripple of the dual-cascading PWM with carrier phase-shifting technology was analyzed in detail. The theoretical analysis showed that the high order ripples of DC-link voltage were mainly distributed around the twice switching frequency, and the carrier phase-shifting technology could reduce these high order ripples to suppress the DC voltage ripple coefficient. Therefore, the DC-link capacitor could be minimized based on traditional design method in combination with carrier phase-shifting technology. Control methods with and without carrier phase-shifting technology were compared in computer simulation and hardware-in-theloop( HIL) experiment system respectively, which showed the validity and effectiveness of theoretical analysis.
摘要:In this paper, flaw in the hauling/braking friction force mechanism of the M3919b master controller which applied in HXD1C 7 200 kW electric locomotive was researched, and based on existing structure and practical work situation, the new design proposal was provided to raise the product manufacturing efficiency and the locomotive movement stability.

摘要:The working principle of master controller was analyzed, and necessity of master controller performance testing was pointed out. According to the logical relationship between the operations of master controller, the detecting device’s hardware and software were designed, and test methods were described in detail for making comments on master controller performance.
摘要:A metro train traction motor and gear box remote monitoring system was designed in this paper, which was based on ZigBee network, GPRS remote transmission and labVIEW-writed PC software. This system realized networked real-time data collection and data remote transmission of 3D acceleration and temperature of train traction motor and gear box. Test results showed that data collected was accurate and data transmission was real-time which proved the system could complete continuous remote monitoring of running train state.

摘要:Mechanic environment test requirement of rolling stock equipment was expounded, and technic specification of rolling stock equipment vibratory and shock test system was presented. The difficulties of technic specification implementation were analyzed, and the settling scheme was provided. The giant vibratory and shock test system based on the proposed scheme had passed the measurement calibration and test certification, and all the indexes had reach or forereach the design requirements, which satisfied rolling stock equipment system test demands.

摘要:According the controller area network (CAN) used in the existing distributed locomotive fault detecting and recording system not suitable for vehicles bus, the scheme using the multifunction vehicle bus (MVB) was proposed. The key design concepts of system structure and operating principle alteration were described in detail, and the multi-function interface MVB adapter based on SOPC (system on a programmable chip) technology was designed. Hardware and software realization of the design was given, and its correctness and feasibility were verified ultimately by the network test in the lab. The improved network has farther transmission distance, higher rates, better reliability and real-time performance.

摘要:The on-line detection hardware and software system for locomotive oil damper were introduced, which was applied to obtain a large number of data for SS9 electric locomotive oil damper running on rail and filled the blank in oil damper on-line detection field in our country. The data of oil damper on-line detection can provide basis for design of locomotive oil damp equipment, as well as for design of the bogie suspension system of rolling stock.
摘要:Line converter of CRH2 EMUs was constituted of single-phase three-level topological structure. Based on the calculation of single-phase two-level converter input harmonic, harmonic characteristic of single-phase three-level converter input voltage & current was analyzed. The factors impacting THD of converter input current were studied, and the input inductance design principle was expounded. Results of simulation with MATLAB and practical test validated the theoretical analysis.

摘要:Structural analysis model of metro platform screen door (PSD) mechanical system was built, and FEA method was employed to study the modal and structural stiffness of PSD system for getting the natural frequencies and vibration modes from modal analysis, and obtaining the deformation and stress distribution of the whole PSD and its key parts. By the calculation model and method, the structural properties of the PSD system and its design feasibility were evaluated, which provided theoretical base for the optimum and reliability design of PSD system.
