摘要:Firstly, design basis and principle of NDJ3 diesel locomotive electric drive system was represented. Secondly, the main drive system, excitation system, power-supply system and control & protection system were introduced, emphasis on the improvement based on existing technology including brake design, fire-alarm design, operation stand design, multiple control design etc. Lastly, modification of resistance braking and its verification results were explained in detail.
摘要:The amount of PM iron loss varied according to different driving conditions. In this paper, the actual current of the prototype motor was used to perform 2D finite -element analysis and obtain the flux-density waveform in conditions of no-load, maximum torque per ampere control and flux-weakening control. The iron loss of 12 slots & 8 poles fractional-slot motor and 24 slots & 8 poles integrated-slot motor was calculated and compared. The accuracy was verified by experiment results. The method could be used to analyze the origins of iron loss in different driving conditions and help to design high efficient motors.
摘要:Working principle of single-phase three-level neutral-point-clamped (NPC) rectifier was discussed, and the relation between SVPWM and carrier-based PWM was established, thereby, balance control method based on SPWM for single phase three-level NPC rectifier was presented. Computer simulation and experiment results demonstrated that the proposed neutral-point voltage balance control method could solve the neutral-point voltage unbalance problem effectively even if the parameters of the two capacitors were different.

摘要:The structure of the ventilation and cooling system of HXD1 locmotive auxiliary transformer was introduced.The filtrating principle of ventilation system was analyzed, the filtration efficiency of which was presented by test data. As comparison,the filtrating principle and effects of the innovated ventilation and cooling system were introduced in detail also.

摘要:Taking into account of the input time-delay, mathematical model of the suspension system was established for single suspension module of maglev train. Based on state feedback and LMI approaches, robust H fault tolerant controller was designed under the case of actuator failures, furthermore, the gap variation in case of different actuator failures was simulated. Simulation results showed that the designed fault tolerant controller could make the maglev train suspend and run steadily with actuator failures.

摘要:Taking the labyrinth seal of the transmission gearbox for a certain type of high-power locomotives as researching object, twodimensional structured grid model of the interlocking labyrinth channel was set up by means of software GAMBI. The software Fluent was used in calculating labyrinth seal flow field and leakage flow rate, which were effected by the depth to width ratio and the tooth thickness to clearance ratio. The results showed that: the leakage decreased first and then increased with the increase of the depth to width ratio, the optimum depth to width ratio was about 0.9. Larger the width of cavity, the depth to width ratio effected leakage more obviously; the leakage increased first and then decreased slowly with the increase of the tooth thickness to clearance ratio.
摘要:Two kinds of driver brake controller used on HXD electric locomotive, i.e. time-based brake controller and position-based brake controller were introduced, the structural characteristics and the working principle of which were focused on. Time-based brake controller was a kind of indirect brake controller with brake force decided by time, which could realize minimum brake application, maximum brake application, and emergency brake and so on conveniently and reliably. Position-based brake controller included an indirect brake controller and a direct brake controller with brake force decided by the position of the handle such as run, minimum brake position, maximum brake position, suppression position, multiple unit position and emergency brake position etc, and it has nice functionality and reliability.

摘要:The traditional 24-pulses rectifier for traction power system of urban rail transit was not agree with environment friendly idea as a result of unidirectional power flow, faulty harmonics characteristic and uncontrolled output voltage. In this paper, several original traction power system were proposed by applying PWM technology, advantages and disadvantages of which were pointed, as well as the respective application situation was analyzed. All the results showed the new direction for traction power system of urban mass transit.

摘要:First of all, the development of traction inverter and power circuit were introduced simply. Secondly, the simplified traction inverter with completely independent intellectual property rights was analyzed. Finally, the radiator of traction inverter and the IGBT converter module were introduced in detail. The simplified traction inverter was proved satisfying the demand of urban rail transit vehicle traction system.

摘要:According to the standard GB/T 21563 2008 ’Railway applications- Rolling stock equipment- Shock and vibration tests’, the responses of the structure under random loading were computed by the finite-element analysis software ANSYS. From the results, the maximum of the 1 2 and 3 Von Mises stress was obtained. Utilizing the S-N curve of the materials, and according to Steinberg’s Gaussian distribution of responses under random loading and Miner’s linear fatigue accumulation rule, the life prediction of the structure under random loading was carried out. The transient dynamics analysis was also performed for shock tests.
摘要:The design of the ground analysis program system based on PDA for locomotive voice recording was described, and design &realization of FTP downloading, analysis, playback, inquiring for recorded file were discussed. The similarities and differences of locomotive voice recording process between PDA and PC were analyzed and compared in detail. The application of the software improved the timeliness of locomotive fault analysis.
