摘要:In this paper, on the basis of analyzing the core work for train network control system SIL certification, the key contents of SIL assessment activity process in TCMS development safety lifecycle were summarized, and a specific method for the SIL index assessment was brought up. In particular, a clear schematic description on determination and allocation process for the safety requirements and tolerable risk failure rate of TCMS was conducted. Meanwhile, a calculation method for failure in time (FIT) of safety function was also described in detail.

摘要:Testing system was studied and developed which could be used for real-time collection of parameters including electric, temperature, and ventilation of each critical component on EMUs tracking drive unit. Hardware structure, basic operating principle, main functions and software design etc were introduced. With the testing system, comprehensive evaluation of cooling system working situation on high-speed EMUs tracking drive unit and time course characteristics and ventilation situation of each parameter on tracking drive critical component could be taken, which provided scientific and technical support to safe operation of high-speed EMUs.
摘要:Due to the increasing speed of the locomotive, the pantograph-catenary disconnection was getting worse, and the pantograph arc occured frequently. The pantograph arc etched the pantograph slider and contact wire, and the etching level was influenced by arcing energy. In this paper, the arc voltage and current of different traction current and power factor was measured by pantograph-catenary arcing test system. The relationship between average arcing duration and traction current, power factor of load was analyzed, as well as the arc energy affected by power factor of load was studied. The results showed that the average arcing duration becomes longer in index with traction current increasing; the arcing duration with inductive load is longer than with resistive load; the arc energy decreases with the rising of load power factor.
摘要:Main technical parameter and structural characteristic of bogie for HXD2B electric locomotive were presented, as well as the frame, the assembling of wheel-motor, two-stage flexible suspension, traction device, basic brake device, and wheel-edge greasing device etc of bogie were expounded. This bogie has passed the type test and running examination, and covered a safety operation about one year.

摘要:Based on analysis of Singapore traction battery charger development, the high-risk failure source and mode of charger design were indentified successfully by DFMECA design method, and the preventive and settled measures to effectively avoid later problems were presented. Meanwhile, the ideas and suggestions for DFMECA extending application were put forward.
摘要:A spline-connecting anti-roll torsion bar was simulated by ABAQUS software, which was shown being correct and reliable by comparing the results with the experiment. With using of sub-model, the local stress distribution of the spline was obtained.The results indicated that simplifying the contact relation of the entirety model could reduce the computational cost and increase analysis efficiency, and the sub-model solution solved the problems of too much grid need to calculate, long calculate time and the poor convergence. The accurate stress results provided strong support for the fatigue analysis and the extraction of the fatigue failure mode of the torsion bar system.

摘要:In this paper, HXD electric locomotive traction rectifier topology was reviewed, PWM rectifier equivalent model and simulation structure & parameter of which were provided. In addition, the relationship of input voltage and current under traction and regenerative braking conditions was analyzed, which validated the theoretical analysis.

摘要:By taking the saloon door unexpectedly opening of the train on the main line as the top event, the fault tree based on Isograph was established and the fault tree analysis was carried out. Method and process of the fault tree analysis based on Isograph was described in detail and the result of the fault tree analysis was discussed, which validated the application value of fault tree analysis in the area of safety analysis, reliability analysis and risk assessment for the railway vehicles.
摘要:With signal and noise state model of Kalman filter, the frequency was unbiasedly estimated, which was suitable for accurate measurement of locomotive speed. Time-varying window was used to capture pulse signals to overcome shortcomings of conventional algorithm such as instable refresh time and measurement accuracy, as well as to ensure the accurate measurement of different frequencies. FPGA-based algorithm design and simulation has demonstrated that with Kalman filter and time-varying window, it was effective and accurate to measure locomotive rotate speed.

摘要:LKJ2000 monitor device was a train speed control device for maintaining train operation security. To obtain the good EMC performance for the device, EMC must be considered in each stage including design, producing and field installation etc. In this paper, EMR interference suppression for LKJ monitor device was analyzed as instance on shielding, grounding and filtering, and proper settled schemes were carried out.
摘要:In this paper, the structural strength analysis of bogie frame for straddle type monorail vehicle with the finite element method was provided. Based on the analysis results, combined with the material S-N curve and linear cumulative damage theory, the fatigue life of bogie frame was calculated, and the results showed that the strength and fatigue performance of bogie frame of monorail vehicle met the requirements.

摘要:Unique aspects in AC drive vector control system of metro vehicle for Xi’an metro line No.2 were analyzed and illustrated in the light of the basic structure of vector control, slip slide control and light load regeneration control, which presented basic functions of every link in the vector control block diagram. With type test of vehicle, the good dynamic performance and control performance of the control system were validated.
摘要:By using of the dynamic software Simpack, a certain type of metro vehicle model was established, and different anti-roll torsion bar installation ways were compared, influence of which to the wheel load reduction rate and derailment coefficient on the transition curve was analyzed. According to UIC505-5 specifications, it was concluded that: when the body’s anti-roll performance was met, using flexible installation can ease vehicle accessing curve with lower wheel load reduction rate and derailment coefficient, and improve the safety of vehicle through the curve.
摘要:Based on calculation and analysis, the conditions of wheel keeping from sliding in brake, selection of freight train brake rating, and relations between train axle, the highest running speed, distance limit of emergency brake, and brake rating were expounded. It was pointed that the train highest running speed must be reduced when the axle load was increased to 25~30 t without extending brake distance limit, on the other hand, the train brake distance limit must be extending to keep the highest running speed.
摘要:According to the speed and distance mesurement system faults presented in CRH5’s 200C-ATP application process, the cause was analyzed which concluded as a junction fallibility of the TQG15F-T speed sensor, and maintenance solution was formed for reference.
