摘要:Domestic and oversea researches on mechanism of arc, arc energy loss, discipline of friction and wear with current and pantograph and catenary materials were discussed, and probable issues during studies and related researching direction were pointed out, which supplied a foundation for further researches on electrical contact between pantograph and catenary.

摘要:For six-axle (2C0) 200 km/h high-power electric passenger locomotive with spring bogie suspension, a dynamic locomotive model was established with the multiple rigid body dynamics software of SIMPACK. Dynamic analysis of locomotive damper fault state at different speed was provided, and the highest locomotive operating speed of high-interference irregular railway was calculated. Results shows that the locomotive can not reach the speed of 160 km/h only when the yaw damper fails, the wheels are worn to a maximum or both secondary vertical dampers of bogies fail; lateral damper has the least effects to the dynamic performance of the electric locomotive, whereas the yaw damper, the secondary vertical damper and the motor damper impose relatively greater effects.
摘要:Against the problem of high-speed rail car body steel structure dynamic characteristics declining, the model of the steel structure of car body for domestic 160 km/h track car was studied.Based on the theory of vehicle dynamics and finite element simulation techniques, the dynamic characteristics of car body were analyzed, improving means of car body dynamic performances were put forward. The results showed that the car body satisfied the technic specification. In order to make dynamical characteristic of ar body better, the dimension and structure of car body should be optimized yet.

摘要:By comparing laminar and turbulent models, the flow regime of water-cooling plate with straight channels was researched; the results showed that the average velocities were different in channels, and it was improper to set the flow regime of all channels with laminar or turbulent. The highest different temperature of IGBT installing place of water-cooling plate would be 6~9 ℃ to IGBT precise model compared with uniform layout heat source. The exact temperature field and junction temperature of IGBT would be got with precise model, which helped optimizing channel structure and improving heat transfer efficiency.

摘要:SDD6 diesel-electric locomotive is used for freight and passenger transport of national railways in Zimbabwe. This article introduced the main technic characteristics, general layout, technic parameters of the locomotive, and so on. With test and operation evaluating, SDD6 diesel-electric locomotive could completely meet the requirements of the purchaser with superior performance.

摘要:To design the zero-power hybrid magnet with permanent magnets and electromagnets for EMS maglev vehicles, the structural parameters of its permanent magnets and electromagnets were researched on. The permanent magnet was located at the middle of the yoke, which made its sectional area independent from the area of the pole. The restriction between the thickness and the area of the permanent magnet was presented, and the method of designing the permanent magnet with minimum mass was given. According to the requirements of the maximum balance ampere-turn, it was concluded that the ampere-turn of the hybrid magnet can be reduced to half of that of the pure electromagnet. It was shown that the controllability of the hybrid magnet is always weaker than that of the pure electromagnet, and then a revision of the design for the permanent magnet was proposed based on the requirement of the controllability. Finally, a design example of the hybrid magnet was presented with 1 t load suspending at 8 mm, and the mass of the permanent magnet was only 6.4 kg.

摘要:This paper developed an in-depth study of the planning, analysis, design and engineering implementation of the remote maintenance management system for mid-low speed maglev train. According to the demands of Tangshan mid-low speed maglev train testing line and the practic requirement of S1 line in BeiJing, the general plan of the whole system was accomplished and a development scheme based on C/S architecture combining with NET framework and SQL Server data-base system was proposed, which realized the comprehensive design of all aspects of the system and was into practice.

摘要:This paper elaborated the design and realization of the track layout editor TOPOLOGY. The software was based on the object-oriented programming and adopted the design concept of icons separated from the devices. With strict data structure design, integrate and consistency checking algorithm and route auto-generate algorithm were all used in the software. The integrated editing function of track layout editor was realized, and the accuracy and safety of data were ensured, which met the requirement of design and application in urban rail transit signaling systerm well.
摘要:Technic characteristic and technic parameter of the bogie for UTY passenger locomotive were introduced, and the test results on the safety, dynamic characteristic and the stability of the locomotive was analyzed. The results showed that with the drive unit using flexible suspension, the dynamics performance indexes of the locomotive met the designing requirement, especially the good transverse performance.

摘要:A method was developed to improve the measurement accuracy of track circuit frequency shift keying (FSK) signal by using FPGA and ARM processor. The quantization timer was used to measure the periods of FSK signal in FPGA, and then data was translated to ARM after temporarily stored in dual-port RAM. The ARM processor analyzed the period of the high frequency carrier signal and the main reasons for causing FSK error, and compensated the distortion data which caused by switching of up frequency and down frequency. The results show that this system can precisely measure the low frequency modulation and high frequency carrier signal frequency, and it can satisfy the requirement of speed and precision in industry environment.

摘要:The principle and realization method of optimizing, uniform editing, administering and application of the basal track data used on LKJ train running monitor device in the ambit of the whole railway was introduced. The result of testing on ground as well as on board showed the application was credible and efficient, which met the uniform and flexible application requirements at practice occasion.

摘要:Design background, idea and principle of LKJ driver alarm monitor system were summarized, and the hard/software design, assembling program, main function and applications were introduced. Comparison between the presented system and the specific alarm device of locomotive HXD3 etc was taken out. All this proved that the presented system had the advantages of flexible function, low cost, simple installing and maintenance convenience etc.
