摘要:The relationship between the braking system and the security of the high-speed trains was expounded, comparative analysis about the brake modes and the corresponding braking performance as well as reviews of their domestic and oversea applications was provided. Control modes of braking force in high-speed trains were introduced, and comparative analysis about their pros and cons was given out. Antiskid re-adhesion control technologies of the train were reviewed. Development trend of high-speed train braking technology was prospected at last.

摘要:Impact factors of different speed, operation environment to high-speed train device ventilation were studied and analyzed. The result shows that speed and environment temperature have few effects to device ventilation. Operation in tunnel causes device ventilation rate slight decreasing, and humidity influences pressure head and power of ventilation.
摘要:The traction system scheme of diesel shunting locomotive for exporting to Uzbekistan was detailedly introduced for satisfying higher starting and continuous traction forces. Optimization of microcomputer control system and electric parts using under high dust conditions was analyzed, and modularization design of operating stand and electric cabinet for improving reliability was expounded. The design reached applying demand of locomotive, as well as guarantying reliability.
摘要:With the secondary development to SolidWorks by VisualBasic, parametric design method for driving gear of EMUs motor bogie was researched, and plug-in unit system of SolidWorks was compiled, which realized automated design, parameterized modeling, and automated 2D engineering drawings renewal. Design and analysis speed was enhanced, and product-developing cycle was shortened. This method makes remarkable senses on parametric design of other typical parts which have the same structures and different size.
摘要:In order to fit the requirement of modern technology development and rapid product renewal, the redevelope with VC++ based on SolidWorks platform was carried out, which implemented parametric feature modelling by parameter driving method through axle characteristic and interface designs for user. With above, a new set of parametric modeling plus-ins with vehicle axle parameter database were provided. The results indicated that it can accelerate the design and improve the quality and efficiency.
摘要:In order to simulate the relative position of adjacent vehicle end connection installment under different line conditions, a software-platform based on ADAMS/rail was developed. All kinds of templates of carbody , bogie and connecting device were established, and muti-vehicle model was built by applying designated dialog box. With designated request, relative location of end vehicle was simulated.

摘要:Introduction of brushless exciting auxiliary synchronous generator developed for 6 500 HP diesel locomotive was presented including developing background, structure characteristics and new applied technology. With field operation, the generator was proved structure reasonable and performance reliable, it reaches the domestic advanced level.
摘要:Based on light-weight design demand analysis of EMUs assistant battery system,basic performance of present batteries were compared. With test of charge/discharge rate, high/low temperature performance and cycle life of Li4Ti5O12 battery, feasibility of Li4Ti5O12 battery using on EMUs light-weight design was analyzed, and settle scheme of batteries application was provided.

摘要:With analysis of DC high-speed circuit breaker working principle of metro vehicle and its performance detecting requirements, hardware and software of a detecting system was designed and the test methods was described in detail. Through measuring DC high-speed circuit breaker performance parameters by the detection system, circuit breakers could be made comments for applying requirement.

摘要:Principle, characteristics, composition, performance and technique parameter of structure design of JK11412 bearing examination machine were introduced. With the fault diagnosis technique of generalized resonance & resonance demodulation, and related techniques of numerical control machine such as semi-motor, bilge type of elastic tonghold, synchronous pulley, linear guide rail, ballscrew nut fitting, etc, the single locomotive bearing-examining machine was developed for locomotive bearing fault detect. Practice has proved that the machine has features of high degree of automation, simple operation and high accuracy, and provides important guarantee way for the bearing examination.

摘要:Testing items, testing methods and criterion for air spring were analyzed according to domestic rail vehicle service condition. Rules for domestic rail vehicle air spring were provided to comply with the running performance and safety. Comments on the testing items, testing methods and criterion were proposed through comparing and analyzing domestic and oversea standards, including TB/T2841-2005 Air spring for rail vehicle, EN 13597-2003 Rail applications-Rubber suspension components-Rubber diaphragms for pneumatic suspension springs and JIS E 4206-1989 Spring device for rail vehicle.
