Design of Freight Electric Locomotive Body Meeting TSI Requirements
针对互联互通技术规范(Technical Specification for Interoperability, TSI)对货运电力机车的要求,采用整体承载的轻量化车体结构设计,优化车体底架和各部件结构,采用有限元软件进行车体强度和被动安全性仿真分析,并对车体静强度进行了试验验证。该货运电力机车车体结构及其附件通过了TSI认证,并且已于2019运行至今保持安全运营。
Abstract
To meet the requirements of TSI (Technical Specification for Interoperability)to freight electric locomotive, design of integral bearing and lightweight structure was adopted, and the structure of underframe and other components was optimized. The strength and crashworthiness were simulated by FEA software. Static load test for vehicle body structure were also conducted to demonstrate the conformity of strength requirements. The vehicle body structure and its accessories had passed the TSI certification and maintained safe operation since 2019.
