Analysis and Calculation of Mechanical Characteristics of Vertical Traction Grinding Device
The rail grinding vehicle transmits the power to the grinding device at the bottom of the vehicle body through the traction mechanism, so that it can run and grind along the rail. For rail grinding device, the traditional installation method of traction mechanism was cable-stayed traction with angle. In view of the problems of this type of traction, the structural form of vertical traction mechanism was creatively proposed in this paper. Taking a rail grinding vehicle as an example, the traction force, the static analysis of the traction mechanism and the dynamic characteristics of the grinding device were analyzed. Through the analysis and calculation, the mechanical properties of the vertical traction mechanism can meet the requirements of the grinding device, and the grinding device with this type of traction had good stability and curving performance. The vertical traction mechanism of grinding device can avoid the problems of traditional cable-stayed traction mechanism and had a good application prospect.
