Research on Semi-physical Simulation for Medium Frequency Auxiliary Converter
By using LLC converter and medium frequency transform instead of traditional power frequency transformer, the medium frequency auxiliary converter in railway vehicles can improve the switching frequency and reduce the volume and weight of the magnetic components. In order to improve the design and verification methods of the auxiliary control unit (ACU), a semi-physical simulation for medium frequency auxiliary converter was studied in this work, which was constructed with a real-time simulation system, a signal processing system, a data acquisition system, ACU and a host computer. The correctness and effectiveness of the simulation system were verified by comparison between the simulation results and actual test results.
