摘要

为了有效地解决地铁车辆牵引电机轴承电蚀问题，文章从地铁车辆轴电压产生的根源出发，研究了共模电压产生的原因，分析了电机的寄生电容。结合地铁车辆的共模回路，分别从源头、中间过程、终端3个方面提出了优化方案。经过分析，3个优化方案均可以有效地降低牵引电机的轴电压，并对方案1进行了验证。结果表明，方案1可以有效地将牵引电机的轴电压降低至100 V以下，达到了优化的目标。通过对比选择及试验验证，最终选择了具有实效性和经济型的方案1进行优化。

Abstract

In order to effectively solve the problem of electric erosion of traction motor bearing, from the source of shaft voltage,the cause of common mode voltage was studied, and the parasitic capacitance of motor was analyzed. Combined with the common mode circuit of metro vehicles, the optimization scheme was proposed from the source, intermediate process and terminal. The three optimization schemes were proved that could effectively reduce the shaft voltage of traction motor with analysis. Furthermore, the scheme 1 was verified. The results showed that it could effectively reduce the shaft voltage of traction motor to below 100 V, which achieved the optimization goal. The effective and economical scheme 1 was finally selected for optimization by comparative selection and experimental verification.
