结合200 km/h客车转向架的运用特点,对关键零部件进行了详细的选型分析,提出200 km/h客车转向架采用无联系枕梁结构,转向架与车体直接连接的方式。完成并通过了构架强度试验和动力学计算。试验表明,200 km/h客车转向架通过调整悬挂参数可实现160~250 km/h 不同线路条件的运用需求。
Abstract
Combined with the application characteristics of 200 km/h passenger car bogies, the selection and analysis of key components were carried out in detail. It was proposed that the 200 km/h passenger car bogies adopt the structure of unconnected sleeper beam and the mode of direct connection between bogie and car body. The frame strength test and dynamic calculation were completed and passed. The test results showed that the 200 km/h passenger car bogie could meet the requirements of different line conditions from 160 km/h to 250 km/h by adjusting the suspension parameters.
