Research on Influence of Guiding Mechanism on Operation of Medium and Low Speed Maglev Vehicle with Four Suspension Frames
In order to evenly distribute the lateral load of the vehicle to each suspension frame module, the medium and low speed maglev vehicles are equipped with a guide mechanism. Due to the large space span, large range of motion and the large load on the guide mechanism when the maglev vehicle enters and leaves the small radius curve, the installation space and weight of the guide mechanism are large. Therefore, it is very important to study the influence of guiding mechanism on vehicle operation for optimizing guiding structure and lightweight design. The structure and existing problems of the guiding mechanism in the medium and low speed maglev vehicle with four suspension frames were introduced, and the influence with and without the guiding mechanism on the running performance of the vehicle were compared and analyzed. An optimization scheme of the guiding mechanism was put forward, which could reduce the load of the guiding mechanism on the premise of ensuring the safe operation of the vehicle.
