Study on Electromagnetic Shielding Performance of Carbon Fiber Composite Material for Rail Vehicles
The main properties of carbon fiber composites material (CFRP) were introduced, and the principle of electromagnetic shielding was expounded. Electromagnetic shielding characteristics of carbon fiber composite material was studied by electromagnetic shielding test compared with aluminum, aluminum alloy and carbon steel. When CFRP was used as train car body material, some key issues which should be paid attention to were summarized in electromagnetic design, the electromagnetic shielding characteristics of carbon fiber composite materials in the frequency range of 10×10,3,-40×10,9, Hz were analyzed. Some reasonable suggestion was provided for the use of the CFRP electromagnetic characteristic.
