Discussion on Rail Grinding Technology Development Situation and Grind Strategies
The origin and development status of rail grinding technology at home and abroad was summarized, and the classification of rail grinding technology at current stage was introduced, focusing on the principles of making grinding strategy for curve and straight rail. The main principles of rail profile design were summarized. The main influencing factors of grinding amount in grinding operation were analyzed and studied. It was put forward that rail grinding should be based on rail actual use state, and minimize the grinding cutting amount under the premise of meeting the target profile, ensuring the grinding depth and eliminating the defects. Finally, the research focus of rail grinding technology in the future was prospected.
