摘要

围绕400 km/h跨国互联互通高速动车组顶层运用需求和项目目标，提出了研制400 km/h跨国互联互通高速动车组的技术创新总体目标、技术特点、技术难点、技术路线及总体技术方案。目前3列400 km/h跨国互联互通高速动车组已基本完成研制。

Abstract

Based on the top-level operation requirements and project objectives, the overall technical innovation objectives, technical characteristics, technical difficulties, technical route and overall technical scheme of developing 400 km/h transnational interconnection high-speed EMU were put forward. At present, three 400 km/h high-speed EMU have been basically completed.
