摘要

地铁列车齿轮传动系统将牵引电机转矩传递给车轴，在运行过程中可能会出现弛缓现象。通过对比牵引、电制动和气制动过程中的牵引电机转速和轮轴转速大小，可以对地铁列车传动系统弛缓状态进行诊断。该方法可以利用既有车辆系统的设备，不需要额外增加其他设备，并已在国内地铁线路上得到应用。

Abstract

The gear transmission system is used to transmit the traction motor torque to the axle, and during the running process it may have a relaxation state. With the comparison of the traction motor speed and the wheelset speed during the traction, electric braking and air braking process, the relaxation state of the metro train gear transmission system could be diagnosed. The proposed method has the advantages of utilizing the existing vehicle system equipment without additional equipment, and has been applied on a domestic subway line.
