摘要

解析国家政策对城际动车组发展的助推作用，系统分析城际、线路、客流等因素，基于行业统筹发展思路，提出城际动车组顶层指标及未来发展方向。

Abstract

This paper analyzed the role of national policies in promoting the development of intercity EMUs, systematically analyzed intercity, line, passenger flow and other factors, and put forward the top-level indicators and future development direction of intercity EMUs based on the overall development idea of the industry.
