摘要

为系统有效地指导地铁车辆的设计和生产，尽可能减少车辆组装下线后出现振动剧烈等问题，提出了适用于地铁车辆的模态匹配策略和模态设计原则，并对车体典型吊挂设备激励下车体底架振动响应情况进行了研究，对比分析了有、无车下设备激励下车体各部分的振动舒适性指标。研究结果表明：不同车下设备激励引发的车体底架振动响应不同；与有、无车下设备激励条件相比，当考虑车下设备激励时，车体的振动舒适性指标有所增大。

Abstract

To conduct the design and production of metro vehicles effectively, and reduce the violent vibration of assembled vehicles, the modal matching strategy and modal design principle for metro vehicles were proposed. Besides, the vibration responses of underframe with excitation from typical suspended equipment were studied, and the vibration comfort index of each part of vehicle body with or without excitation from suspended equipment were compared. The results showed that the vibration responses of underframe were variable with the changing of excitation position from different suspended equipment; the vibration comfort index of vehicle body increased when considering the excitation from suspended equipment compared to that of the condition without excitation from suspended equipment.
